They were AMAZING!!! I dropped the car off Monday night and had it back by Tuesday at 1pm. They vacuumed the driver side carpet, left the outside impeccably clean and were kind, professionaland prompt. I will definitely use them for anything I need in the future!! Thank you Danser!

I was referred to Danser from Liberty mutual insurance after being hit on the driver side pretty hard. There was bodywork needing done as well as suspension work. They were good at keeping me updated on all the changes to the end date. They had a vehicle for 23 days and was waiting the majority of the time for parts as they told me. That part I understand even though it’s frustrating. When I finally picked up my vehicle there was damage to my back bumper that was brand new. As if it hit something while they had it on the lift. Then I took it to fire stone because I still heard rattling in the front end. Fire stone Told me that all of the Lugnuts were so loose the wheels could’ve just fell off. Then today I got under the vehicle to see why it was making a rattling noise again and I see the bumper bolt all the way to the ground. Both issues could have killed me or someone else… Judy called and wanted me to leave my car with them on a Wednesday. I use my car to work. They are not willing to adjust and why would I want them to work on my car again when they had it for 23 days and still didn’t do the job right? The bolt was found to be an engine mount bolt!!! Even worse to be loose

I called July 2 to get my truck in for a hinge replacement and latch replacement and they were absolutely awesome they got the parts fast and had my truck fixed and ready to get back on the road in 4 hours and the washed the inside and outside of my truck and let me tell you my truck was super dirty. Kevin really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service to my truck. I definitely will be recommending them to everyone who needs Autobody services. Thank you for quick service and making my truck look great.

Everyone was very professional and personable which I thought was awesome and eased things up a bit while dropping your car off to get repaired. The desk lady( think her name was Judy) was great and kept me updated everyday on what was going on that day. Attempted to make appointment for some small detail work. Provided I have a good experience I had plenty of future work to have them complete. They hung up on me several times without taking my information as if my business was not worth their time although the secretary answered positively that they could complete the work without an issue and wouldnt take long. I cant recommend this place. I only needed my tail lights re-tinted but I had other body work that I wouldve had them complete provided if I had a decent experience with them.

My truck comes in Wednesday but the staff is very polite

Had a drunk hit my parked truck and this is where his insurance sent my truck. The communication sucked and one of the guys working on my truck cracked a spark plug. Never fixed it.

My car looked very nice when I got it back. Danser went out of their way to make sure I had my car back in the most reasonable time as possible. Some parts were going to take up to 30 days to get but they made sure they were here much sooner. And I greatly appreciated that. I only had a rental for 11 days. Excellent work. I got my car backed into my car, denting both driver side doors. Danser’s team fixed it perfectly and you could never tell anything happened to my car. After they finished my car, they cleaned my car inside and out.They also took care of getting my rental car and returned it for me as well. Dropped in for an estimate, was told to come back the following week and set up an appt which I did. Went back for my appt and end up waiting 20 minutes. The receptionist said he was working on a file. I should have walked out, my mistake. It just shows how unimportant my business was. When he finally came out, and I dont have his name because he didnt introduce himself nor did he he even ask my name. His greeting was you have a Kia?. Very unprofessional. When I went to show him the damage he suggested just painting over the damage. For one thing the car is one year old and a lease. I told him know. I entered up going somewhere else where they appreciate my business, shook my hand, smiled, called me by my name and even gave me an estimate without an appointment.

Since meeting Kevin, the owner of Danser Collision Inc, I absolutely refuse to entertain the thought of going elsewhere for my automotive needs. They are extremely precise, detailed and efficient with everything they do.I couldnt find a body shop to paint my truck with the quality and standard that I was in search of due to having Lamborghini doors. Kevin didnt hesitate nor was he intimidated by the size or detail of my truck. Kevin and his staff at Danser Collision Inc, provided me with a showroom quality paint job. When the unexpected happens, you can count on Danser for all of your autobody and collision repair needs. A large tree limb had fallen on my car last fall during a storm and crushed the roof and damaged the trunk, hood and doors. Danser repaired my car to better than new condition. Meticulous detail was paid to not only the outside body work and paint but also the interior and any items damaged as well. In my opinion, the best body shop in town, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.
