Not a corporate Verizon location. Just an authorized dealer. Very useless. Wish they would update their store name to say Authorized Dealer so people don’t waste their time driving here.

This was an amazing experience and not all Verizon stores are the same. This Verizon store in Englewood, NJ provided my wife not only with a new phone but copied everything across and guided her. Debbie was superb and is an asset to Verizon. Use this store and not the store in Edgewater. This is what customer service is all about.

So i purchased a phone thru verizon online i made the hole process trying to carry on my phone number to them, so i completed everything online i paid for it and its been 3 days and i was not able to pick up the phone i went to the store 2 times, and they couldnt give it to me because of a supposed pin number that i never got or created when the order was completed they sent me an email saying that all i needed to pick up the phone was mi goverment id.But not only that the didnt even know how to create me a pin or how i could that pin or who to call because that department over the phone that creates it is closed all the time. so i got in the phone after i left this store with nothing i called verizon customer service and i was on the phone on hold for like 40 minutes and then when i got to talk to a rep. after 40 minutes explaining myself again he couldnt figureout how or why i dont have a pin to go pick up my phone that i already paid. SO thats how verizon looses a new customer i just cancelled everything and good luck guys! and verizon.

My phone was hacked a few.months later.and they solved it promptly. Great people that can solve problems! Shop here!
Went in to upgrade my phone and Steven handled everything. Didnt have to do anything other than sign in my email. Service was extremely good and he was professional. Would recommend this store.

In Sept 2020, the salesperson told me that I would receive $150 per line when I transferred my service to them. I asked him as well as another salesperson three times to confirm that I would be getting the $150 per line as I was transferring five lines over. Both confirmed that I would get $150 per line ($750 total), no cap. In October, I called Verizon to check on the status of my $750. I was told to check my email as the “reward” would be a digital reward sent via email. I called again in November for the $750 “reward” and was told that it would follow “soon”. I called mid-December and was told that the order for the reward was never inputted into the system by the salespersons at this location or any of the other customer service reps that I spoke to previously and that a rush would be placed for the reward and that I should have it in a couple of weeks. I called today to follow up and was told that no such reward is available to me because the $150 per line was only applicable if I bought new phones for each line. In the three months that I was chasing them down to honor the money promised to me, not once did anyone say that to me. I was on the phone for an hour and chatting with Verizon for another hour and no one could resolve this favorably. I feel that I was promised this money so that I would open the account with them. I am extremely disappointed and will be cancelling my account and going back to my previous carrier and will be reporting Verizon to the Better Business Bureau.
One of the employees, Steve, helped me with a new phone purchase, and in the process, figured out that I could get a better discount on my existing plan. He also meticulously confirmed that everything transferred to my new phone correctly. Thank you very much for great service.

The tip of a lightning connector had broken off and was lodged in the port on my iPhone 12 Max Pro; charging was no longer possible. Steve immediately recognized the problem and was kind enough to see if he could do anything to remove the broken off piece. Lacking the proper tool, he was unable to remove the fragment,, although he tried for several minutes. He suggested a nearby phone repair store and the piece was successfully removed. Alls well, and I really appreciated Steves gracious attitude and desire to be helpful with a problem that was not of Verizons remit. Thanks so much for helping me solve my problem!

We’ve spent over a month speaking with Verizon, fixing our bills due to this store’s incompetence and overpromising owner. Our whole experience here has been of deception and negligence. Yes, we were given “friendly service” but it doesn’t mean much when you end up paying more in time and money than just going to an official Verizon store. We came here trying to help a local business, but wow what a mistake. I hope all the reviewers do a double check of their bills because they may be in for a rude awakening!

BEWARE!!! I went to the the store at the end of December 2020 to get upgrades for 3 phones. Two of the phones were not eligible for trade-in. I asked if there were promotions if you were not trading in your phone. They did not know of any. I told them about a promotion that Verizon rep had told me about on the phone. They said that they will give me that promotion. But when I checked my account after, the promo was never applied! I also traded-in a phone and that was not entered either. These promotions added up to about $1,000 for the 3 phones that they had not applied!!! They also did not include a sym card in one of the new phones! They are very dishonest and do not know how to do their job correctly! I am not going back to this store again!!!!

I visited this store to purchase two iPhones as the Verizon site indicated that they had them in stock. Upon speaking with the salespeople, I was informed that the upgrade fees would be the same as online, and that my device dollars would be applicable in-store. However, the device dollars would not apply, and required Yunus to get on the phone to speak with Verizon. He reassured me that he would take responsibility and guaranteed that I would receive those dollars. I left with the phones, fully trusting Yunus words.He later left me a message saying that he was still working on the issue and that I can call him anytime on his personal line. Unfortunately, he never picked up his phone, so I ended up having to call the store to get an update. I was told that I would receive a call back as they were busy (they never called back). With no progress on the issue, I spoke with the Verizon rep on the phone myself, and ended up fixing the issue within 20 minutes.I also realized I never received a receipt so I called the store once again to get it. They ended up sending me the receipt to the sales tax only, so I had to speak to a Verizon agent to figure out how I was charged by this store. Not only was I charged the full upgrade fees, I was also overcharged for the two phones. I called them back asking why that was the case, and they came up with some weird excuse saying that it was for shipping and handling. What happened to the prices being the same as online?I gave up on getting any help from these guys and I cant recommend them. I hope my case was an outlier, but Id say its safer to just buy your products online and avoid dealing with authorized resellers.
Jay is wonderful! He helped us get the best deal and phones that fit our needs, totally understanding of the insane amount of questions we had and even dealt with my son running around the store. I usually dont like coming into Verizon its a headache and we were kinda sour walking in at first but honestly Jay is the best Verizon worker Ive delt with. Kept an understanding tone and listened, I was way more willing to consider buying more for my phone due to it. I got two new phones, phone cases, glass protectors, And aux converters. Working in customer service is super hard and I appreciate the helpfulness, cant wait to get my phone Friday!!

Yunus was our Verizon specialist in their Englewood store. My wife and I visited him 4 times researching and then purchasing the new Apple 12 iPhones. Yunus was excellent each time answering all of our questions and giving us superb attention as he transferred everything from our old phones over to the new ones. He even kept in contact with us to get the best trade in deal and to advise us when best to come down to the store ( when it wasn’t busy)!
Imagine having a broken phone and not being able to earn, because you conduct most of your business on your phone. Imagine having this issue while with your 3 and 1.5 year old when you realize that your phone is damaged, and needing to attend a Verizon store ASAP before an opportunity for an important meeting falls through. Well, that was my problem when I arrived at Oriana’s store with my toddlers.If you are a parent, you will understand when I say; toddlers are constantly moving around, and are aware of themselves and their surroundings.” And what better place to be then a place with plenty of phones!Oriana to the rescue! She was very professional and knowledgeable. Oriana went above and beyond offering snacks and water while helping me select the best phone and features. She did not stop there, she helped me figure-out how to back up the contents on my broken phone. We spent a descent amount of time together during the time. What impressed me the most about Oriana was that even with crying babies and me haven to ask her numerous time to repeat herself because of my divided attention, Oriana remained professional. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. They helped me choose the best wireless plan, answered my questions about add-ons like insurance and explained all the charges on my bill. They even made some great suggestions on phones that took advantage of manufacturers promotions. Ive gotten better service here than in some larger Verizon Wireless stores.

Shoppers beware! I went to this store and was helped by the manager Jay, who yes can be very nice. However, apparently he lacks in the competence area. I upgraded 2 phones in March 2019, it is now June 2019 and the old phones are no where to be found by headquarters at Verizon. Theyve charged my account with over $800 charges, have suspended my account now twice because of pure laziness I think at this point! If you need a phone go to another shop, unless you want to have months of frustration!Today June 17th, I wake up to find out that my account has been suspended AGAIN. Because even though I went to the store, called 4 different time and was assured by the manager that it would be fixed. It still hasnt!GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE!
