TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...When I walked in there was a more than full waiting area.I asked if I could leave my phone number and Wait in the car until it was my turn as to not wait inside with so many people.The manager refused and said I would have to wait inside if I wanted service.Took my business to Northport Verizon as they are always kind helpful and courteous especially when it comes to customer safety.

Dakota is the best ! He was so willing to show me how to use my new phone, and answered all my questions . We have always gone to your store to purchase our phones, but Dakota is by far the best employee we have dealt with. Sooo very knowledgeable!

My husband and I had the pleasure working with Tony at Russell Verizon in Englewood yesterday. I can be extremely challenging when working with electronics. It is a standard joke with my children. When I need help they all run! Let me tell you, I was ready to adopt Tony.... he was knowledgeable, patient and extremely pleasant. Tony was professional, took the time to walk me through and explain things, and he did it with a smile. I do not give out complements easily but, but this one is well deserved. This Verizon store is very busy so you must be very patient and wait your turn. We recently had the most pleasant experience with Miranda. We love her! She is very personable and very knowledgeable. My husband and I were each upgrading our phones which is a very stressful task. There was a problem with my Apple ID and Miranda helped me to trouble shoot it-in turn getting a large credit for my trade in. Over the years we have also had other pleasant employees help us there. We will always visit this store in the future and will always wait for Miranda. She is great!

The staff should make it a point to immediately greet any customer entering the store. I realize that when they are assisting another customer, they should, and do, concentrate on giving them their full attention. That being said, it costs nothing to acknowledge someone that walks in, letting them know that they will be seen ASAP.I was greeted immediately and Thomas assisted me and took care of my problem. This Englewood location is a busy one.Miranda was very pleasant .I scheduled a appiontment so i didnt have a real long wait.

At first everything seemed great. Now I am having problems with auto pay and verizonshould be able to make the auto pay process be seamless (other companies can)The phone I purchased for over $600.00 a few months ago is now free from other providers.I wish I could start over.
