A complaint I never imagined would be necessary. But if you want to sell, and charge for, a game as new dont open the packaging and store the disc in a paper sleeve. Really not rocket science; that game is not new at that point.

Gamestop at Riverpoint in Sheridan was amazing. I got one of the limited Xbox series X consoles today, hardly any line, they were very well organized and very friendly despite the lines. The associate, Jeff was very informative and made sure I got my membership points and coupons. I was in and out with my new console and controller in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this gamestop.

The worker was quick and efficient. I sold a couple of phones and was very satisfied with the service we received. My boyfriend even asked some random questions about fortnite and the Xbox one and he knew exactly what we were talking about and responded with facts and not just some guessed answer. Super clean and organized store also!!

Jeff and his staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly and all around perfect salesmen (and women) who always know what I need or where to get it. Being disabled myself, they even help my service dog who is always welcome in the store. I would never go anywhere else with Jeff &co. there to help.

Very rude and will give you wrong information. I would stay clear of this location run very poorly. The manager is rude and condescending. This all spawns from me calling asking when I can pick up a pre-order, I was told Thursday at 12 was the soonest. I adjusted my schedule to make it there when I arrived I asked for my pre-orders. The manager was the only one in the store, he said this game dosent come out until tomorrow. I asked about the staff member that gave me the wrong information. He said again ruder the game comes out tomorrow all my staff know this, I dont know why you heard different. The fact that the manager did not ever attempt to show compassion for what I just had to go through, will make me never return to a gamestop and I will tell ever other gamer I know about how I was treated.

This place is awesome!! They trade in old games for new games, granted it takes quite a few games to get some good money, but in the end its worth it!! These guys are professional and very courteous, and if you have questions about any of the games they are pretty knowledgeable about alot of them.... (One star on 03-14-20) Ive bought a couple times from here before, but the most recent time the salesmen suggested a PS3 video game (I told him some of the games I enjoy and he gave me a suggestion, which I thought was great). I finally opened the game to play it four months later and it gave me an error, stating that it would not open the game. I googled the error and it was a common error listed specifically to that game. The salesman told me that they dont test the games they but used, meaning the games they sell could have errors. Poor business. Be careful when purchasing from this store.

Lmao. All of their used games that I looked at were more than Walmart or Amazon has them brand new. Im Confused by the concept. Buy used gaming gear for more than we can get it new. The prices of their consoles were silly too. Costco has brand new ones with awesome bundles for cheaper than theyre selling used ones for here. Once again confused by the concept. I mean I know that people are kind of slow but take 2 seconds to use your smart phone and save yourself money.

I swear, video gamers are some of the coolest people, always. Awesome staff. Gamestop is great, what would I do without then? Great service, they pay well for games and gadgets. Big selection, lots of rewards and coupons, never a problem with returns. I love them.

Literally the worst location in Denver. Benjamin, the associate who sold me some games, is either super lazy or just doesn’t care about his customers. Grabbed a Fallout 4: GOTY Edition & Mass Effect Deluxe edition case. He instead sold me a regular copy of fallout 4 (didn’t include the dlc like the case I grabbed said) and gave me an already used code for mass effect so I don’t even get the dlc. If you don’t care about customers, don’t work retail. Ruined a gaming experience I was eager to try for the first time. Not everyone wants to go digital. Definitely will be suggesting other locations to my friends and fellow gamers here in Denver. Not worth wasting your money here.

I work at the Subway across the lot and since its a convenient location I usually come in after work to see what all they have. I have been saving my tips for the Kingdom Hearts coming out in January and drop by to put some money down for it everytime I have time. I have never had a bad experience here myself and the staff are always welcoming and friendly when I do go in. Keep up the good work!

This GameStop plays favoritism by its store manager JEFF. Which I called him out for not fallowing GameStop policy which states if an item is on preorder or paid by a preorder customer has 48hrs to pick up said item,if not GameStop has the obligation to sell item. Jeff doesn’t fallow store policy thinks he owns his store went on and asked him for his general manager info and went on to say I don’t need to give u that information. I have never Dealt with an employee so disrespectful as Jeff in all of GameStop’s In the tristate area

Most of these reviews are probably from store associates and lead to a false overall review. My experience is really similar to those that left a more honest review. The customer service is surely lacking here. Most importantly their policy on purchases and returns ain’t the best by far. Check your disks before purchasing or you might be back to get one that works.

I went in to location and asked about buying a replacement PS4 for my unit that went out. It seemed as though the manager was too busy to sell me a PS4 pro (I was the only customer in the store). Im a hardcore gamer with $$$ to spend, but I will never go back to this locationfor any of my gaming needs. Absolute awful customer experience. Went across the street to Target and dropped $1k there instead (PS4 pro, VR bundle, games, extended warranty). I wouldnt recommend this GameStop location to anybody. I dont think the manager understands how a paying customer wants/deserves to be treated!

I was trading for a new game. Simple math would be $29 trade + $20 less the new game price = $49.00. Again, either deceptive advertising or a misinformed sales associate.Never going back to this Game Stop or probably any in the future. Planning on letting my Pro-Membership lapse.

Went in to this store yesterday and bought a game.However, without being told, I was sold a a pre-owned game. I didnt find out until I got home since they keep the games behind the counter.Then to make matters worse, it was discounted a whole $3. Horribly shady business practices. Ill be writing to their corporate office as well.Go to a different GameStop or Target across the parking lot.

I signed up for the PowerUp Rewards PRO membership here and the associate did not ask me if I wanted my Game Informer subscription to be print or digital. I would have said print because I dont want to read a magazine on my computer or smartphone, I dont like reading magazines digitally plus I wanted all the coupons to be printed out that came with this subscription. But no, the associate signed me up for digital without asking me, and Game Informer online refused to recognize any of my powerup pro details. A call to their customer service number did not fix the issue. So, I am unable to get the full reward from my Powerup Rewards PRO membership. Definitely make sure to specify print edition at this store or you might be in the same boat.

Terrible service. I brought in a chat adaptor and the manager didnt seem knowledgeable on the product and refused to take it. Sure enough a more knowledgeable gamestop was able to identify the headset and took it. Take your business elsewhere

I would rate 0 if I could, these people are extremely rude. When I went into the store there was a verbal ugh and no welcome in or hello, I went in to do a return and told him multiple times and he still put it as a trade, he told me multiple times that I needed myt receipt even though with a pro membership its saved in the computer for the last 5 transactions he finally told me to Give him a while and look around or something while he pulled them up then just talked to the other clerk and wasted my time then instead of saying thanks come again he said ok bye I refuse to use this store anymore Id rather drive out of my way to the one on colorado

Worst Game Stop Ever just went in there to buy a mic for my Xbox One For $40 because it said it comes with an adapter piece. So Ashley one of the two rude workers there just grabs whatever box she could and rang up the wrong box a different version of the Headset for $30 BUT WITH NO ADAPTER piece in it. then i go back in the store about 2min later (i opened the headset it in my car outside). the i go back trying to be nice about the situation and just said hey i think there was a miss understanding. Explaining that there was no adapter piece like the display box said there was. she replied that those kind of headsets didnt come with the adapter piece anymore even though the display box clearly said it did on the box. Then the other worker Jeff was giving me attitude like he didnt want to help me like i was a waste of his time even though i was the only customer in the store at this point! he took the headset box away from me, looked at it and said I dont think we have another headset in your piece range $30. EVEN THOUGHT THE STANDARD XBOX ONE HEADSET ARE $30 BRAND NEW RIGHT BEHIND HIM and when i pointed that out he turned around with attitude looking clueless and made the EXCHANGE WHICH CAME OUT TO BE THE SAME DAM PRIECE AS THE ONE THEY TRYED TO SELL ME WITH NO ADAPTER......MORAL OF THE STORY, THEY ARE RUDE ASS PEOPLE WITH SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE ID RATHER GIVE BESTBUY MY MONEY WHICH IS A FIVE MILE DIVE FROM ME BUT SCREW IT THIER THAT BAD PEOPLE

Went in to preorder a game and asked about some of the rules because it didnt make sense to me. The guy behind the counter was so rude and acting so inconvenienced by my questions I will never go to gamestop again.I buy most games that come out on ps4 and I usually get them here. I went over to Level 7 games on Federal and they were much more friendly so it looks like I found a new place to preorder! Gamestop needs to step it up if they want to compete with everyone else.

THE best gamestop around. Everyone is friendly and know video games. I play a lot of games and follow the industry pretty closely but its always nice to have someone working in the industry to know whats going on, it makes it seem like this is more than just a job to them.
