Paid phone bill there and was quick and fast, friendly staff who knew what they were talking about regarding phones, services and overall knowledge regarding cell phone specific questions. Would recommend this store location to a new and/or existing customer of MetroPCS!

Naret is the most helpful and respectful young lady at the Englewood location. I appreciate all of her help, good communication and the eager willingness to gladly assist my cousin and I. The rest of the team at this location need to learn customer service skills. All in all, Naret is a good example of what a great team player should be.

I went in and was told that if i switched my phone on my second line that i could get the hotspot from there. Cost me 30 dollars to do it.Found out quickly that it was not the case. I asked for my money back because i cant use it and was told no. I called metropcs and they told me that it was the stores problem.So i lost 30 dollars. Horrible customer service.EDITED-- Metro contacted me and refunded my money. I changed my review to reflect the fact that they addressed it. Thanks.

Bought a new phone because my phone screen was cracked, after paying for the p.o.c they offered a discount on screen protectors and cases. They failed to inform me without either of those it would break less then 12 hrs of buying it. Im sitting in the room now with an employee telling me theres nothing they could do without the insurance they never asked if I wanted. Before I was helped I heard someone else in the phone with the employee about the same issue

Went metro pcs to buy a new phone and they sold me a old phone that was owned by someone else for new phone prices. Take your business elsewhere they will test you badly.

My boyfriend and I went in today 6/23/2019.And we were amazed! The customer service was outstanding!!!! Omar is one hell of a sales person, and very patient! He dealt with a very drunk and confused customer without hesitation Even after the liquored up young man had threatened him. Omar made the best of a situation that could have gotten ugly fast. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience Omar! Its much appreciated 🖤

Amber was a life saver! Competent and fast! Google maps takes you to the wrong location, and poor Amber was answering the phone every two minutes directing people to where the actual location was. Trying to report this to Google now! Great customer service here! Highly recommended.

The store provides an excellent experiment for new and preexisting customers. I switched over from cricket in hope of getting a free phone, not only did the employees go above and beyond to help learn the phone, they also helped me transfer my contacts, pictures, and set up the phone the way I wanted it. They put me on a really good promotional plan and gave me a HUGE discount on a case to insure I dont break the phone. The new management really takes care of their people and works on resolving any issues that may come up.

There was only one gal behind the counter. Several people were waiting to be helped. Was told an approximate 45 min. wait before i could be helped. Definitely wasnt planning on hanging out just to switch accounts....went to another location and got immediate service.

AWFUL!! We went in to buy two new phones and were treated like criminals. The manager was snotty and spent over 2 minutes looking at my drivers license and credit card in order to make sure I was actually the card holder. How hard is it to match names? Whenever she wanted to say something rude, she spoke to her coworker in Spanish. Unfortunately (for her), I knew exactly what she was saying. We were on the phone with MetroPCS Customer Service while in the store and they ended up waving fees because of the way we were being treated. Customer service told us to just buy phones & leave so we could activate them for free; however, the owner would NOT LET US LEAVE THE STORE without activating the phones, even though that is what MetroPCS told us to do. The owner was more interested in immediately getting his $30 then providing good customer service. As a business owner, I do everything possible to make my clients happy. Keeping a client is certainly worth $30, but the owner of this store clearly doesnt care about his customers. On top of it all, this store sells phone cases for $20+ when you can buy them on Amazon for under $10. MetroPCS has treated us well, but we will never, ever go to this store again. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

We got double charged for our phones. They said they refunded our card for the 2nd charge. 2 day later...still no refund. They also sold us a screen protector that was tempered glass. It shattered first time it was dropped and completely fell off the phone in less them 24 hrs. My wife barely dropped it. Now I tried calling them. 1st time I called they answered now they wont answer at all. It seems like they are screening our calls. We just want our money back that they double charged us.

The new employees suck! The ones that worked here last month were more respectful. Especially when it takes awhile to set up a phone and my 3 year old needs to potty. The other staff would have let her instead of making her wet herself.

Each time Ive come there the people were friendly but they didnt seem to have the knowledge that I needed to take care of my cellular needs. When the new iPhones came out I was told that they would be there on A Wednesday but by Friday they still hadnt shown up so I did feel very lied to. On Saturday I walked into the T-Mobile store at bear Valley and they not only have the iPhones but they had instructions on how to use them very friendly counter people with great knowledge and that even stayed after their closing time to make sure I understood what I was doing with my new phone.

I want to start off by saying that Amber was a very nice and tried to be helpful as possible being there for only 2 weeks as she in formed me an i want to clarify that she was sweet and nice to the customers. She how ever was left in a store at night to work alone with the most minimal training and had to call not only another employee but her manager over at least 5 times in the hour time frame it took to complete my transaction. She was trying to do her best but seemed nervous that she may mess up. I will shop there again only because Amber was working very hard to have awesome customer service with no job knowledge. I want to say shame on the manager for leaving a high school student to close a store alone and not give her the adiquit tranning. That made your employee, your store, and your self look utterly unprofessional.

Day 1, Spent 3 hours in store they guaranteed our phones would be working within 24 hours. Nope. They cant port our phone over from Cellular one apparently but still guaranteed phone service. Went back spent another 1.5 hours there, phone still not working. Called twice to have the store manager call me, still waiting he hasnt returned my call. 11 days in, phone still not working, manager still hasnt called. Went back for another 2 hours yesterday and still they cant get the phone working. Also gave 4 different prices on our plan. 11 days and 6 hours and counting of our lives and still nothing!

BY far the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store. I went in just to purchase some accessories. I picked out my items and paid for them. I opened the phone charger cable and noticed that it was an HDMI cable and not a charging cable. So I returned to the desk and asked just to return all items. The idiot at the counter fumbled around and ended up calling her manager on the phone for refund. The manager said that they DO NOT accept refunds on accessories. I left pissed off andcame back a while later. I talked to the manager on the phone and he thought that reading my the return policy would help. The policy is clearly printed on the wall stating that devices AND accessories may be returned. The clerk couldnt do anything and told me that a manager would be back 2 days later. Ill be sure to be there bright and early! Dont use this store if you want quality customer service and legal policies!

Find a different store! Service here is significantly worse than other stores. To the point it is almost impossible to do anything. Prices are also arbitrarily higher. Be warned.
