I havent put on a couple of brand new tires and that was okay they took a lot longer but I had some real issues as far as dealing with my valve stems sensing the pressure correctly and I told him Id add it worked on before and they were just very good about its not going to happen and whatever and I wasnt very happy with the way they dealt with me you know youre dealing with the public and should be polite courteous and they werent so I wont be going back thank you very much

Normally, I get great service with Tires Plus, not this time. I have never been treated in such an insulting/condescending manner. Luke just lost you all my business, and as a business owner. I will tell my female customers to never go there.

Went for an axle repair, they were unable to source the correct part. Luckily, my fiancee did some research and found that a similar Hyundai part would be compatible. So $350 later weve got the axle fixed, but left with an alternator issue

Have had my tires replaced and work done on my two cars for years. The whole dynamic has changed and I wont be coming back. Last two times I went 2 separate occassions two different cars and I get a call that rhe lug nut key is missing and they need to replace then each time 100.00 extra between parts and service. Each time they asked what we did with them when they were the last ones to use them. Told me my glove box was clean so I must have tossed them. I questioned the oddness and got bit back. I think anyone would question this. I dont have proof but my gut is telling me to steer clear going forward.

For battery or tire issues this is the service location I trust after a very bad experience with a location tire kingdom. The gentleman that assisted me was polite and helpful. Quick service. However, I was quoted $60 for a full synthetic oil change over the phone, and when I went in, it was $72 AFTER a $15 off coupon was applied.

I drive about 50k miles a year for my job so you can imagine how often I have to change oil, tires, brakes etc . Tires plus in Englewood is without a doubt the best auto service shop I have ever used. My wife and I have trusted them for years and they have never let us down . Excellent customer service! The team was great when I called to ask about a coupon I had found online. They told me that they wanted to earn my business and asked me to bring the coupon. I wound up getting more than the wheel alignment I initially wanted due to the service and prices. Good people and fair.

Very professional, I only had a nail in my tire but took care of it quickly. The mechanic even torqued the lug nuts to the proper setting after reinstalling the tire. Who does that? Reasonable cost as well.

I’m in Englewood and need a new battery, so I go to what WAS my favorite place: Tires Plus. I explain situation. Luke, the manager, explains it will be a 2 hour wait. Uh no, not to pop in a new battery. He says, “ You can either sit here for 2 hours in AC or alongside the road somewhere.” Then he guffaws about his ‘witticism’. He was rude, obnoxious, and mean spirited. I phoned in a complaint that Luke definitely NEEDS coaching. I stop at O’Reilly’s across the street and have new battery in 15 minutes. Really sad, that a cretin like this is giving Tires Plus a bad reputation. I’ve dealt with TPs all over and never had anyone treat me this negatively.

Had my truck aligned here. The service writer, Dave, was very friendly. The waiting area is nice enough. Kevin did a great job on the alignment, he also took time too explain a bit about the steering sensor calibration and answered a few of my questions. Ill definitely be back!

Erik was the tech. Great knowledge. Subject matter expert in his field. Parts were ordered and delivered in less than 30 min. Guys went straight to work. Job came out great. Highly recommended.

The guy lied to me about my tires. I went in to get an alignment for Mom. The guy tells me the front tires were legally bald. They were not. I had been to the Ford dealer for a recall fix and they told the truth, watch the tires as they are wearing down. I grabbed my keys and ran and will never use these liars.

The service tec found my tire problem and explained what was causing the tire noise.They did not over charge me and infact were less expensive for a digagnostic than two other places I called. I felt they were very trustworthy and thorough. Well worth the inspection fee. No pressure nor sales pitch.Tires plus will be my go to car place in the future

Our daughter and granddaughter drove into town for a visit on a tire that had supposedly been “fixed” at an out of town dealership. The first day here the tire lost half it’s air so late yesterday afternoon we began a search to get it fixed.Englewood Wal-Mart, all bays empty except for one, employee said 2-3 hour wait. Tire Kingdom, same story. Tires plus, with 1 hour to closing Bruce made room for us and had the tire checked, 2 inch screw near the sidewall unable to be repaired. Got a new tire installed and was out the door in 45 minutes.Also discovered the last repair at the dealership was a plug and not a patch, most places will not use plugs as they are not as safe or reliable as a patch. We would recommend Tires Plus over the other businesses listed above.

Quick in and out. 2 tires installed, balanced and front end alignment in under 45 minutes

Although the sales staff up front is very courteous and professional I have to post about the mechanics. As the Sales staff are only able to go by what the mechanic states, this was not their doing.I took my 1996 Mazda Miata in for a front end alignment and two tires. I was told by the mechanic that he got the alignment as close as he could but there was something binding on the passenger side lower control arm. He stated it would need to be replaced.So here I am two months later and my two new front tires are severely wearing on one side. I mean more than what it should be for the amount the mechanic said it was off and by the paper. Instead of taking it back to Tires Plus I took the car to a Mechanic that a friend suggested.He took the car and put it up on the rack and checked the alignment. Yes it was off. But it was off by twice what Tires Plus stated. And the binding in the lower control arm... NON EXISTENT!For those of you who are going to say that I must have hit something to cause it to go further out. NO, I assure you I did not.The fact is I was told that I needed a NEW lower control arm by Tires Plus and I would see some wear on the tires but it would not be drastic.This is not a place to be trusted.

I went there to have my mint condition spare tire serviced. Guy looked at the tire and said it was 9 years old and they dont touch tires that old. I had this serviced and balanced in less than hour and half at wallmart. Bad Tire Plus !!! I dont even want to share the prices for basic TPMS valve I inquired about. You can buy valves half price online and have Walmart service it for a faction of the cost. They even program it for you !

Thought this was supposed to be a tire place.. went there to get an oil change and tire balance and tire rotation.. they told me they cant balance my tires because they are to big.. They are 35in tires.. what kind of tire place is this.. didnt rotate them either.. im gonna guess that maybe they were to heavy?? Deff lost my business and business of others.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Car issues are never fun but Englewood Tires Plus has your back, more specifically their new mechanic Kevin is amazing. He never pushed me to buy unneeded parts and was prompt and professional.

I called ahead of time to get a price for battery. He asked for my car info and looked it up and said yes and gave me a price. I asked if i could bring it in he said yes but he only had one mechanic working right now and would be a couple hours, I said thats ok i can drop it off i leave it with you,I got there at about 9am and he looked up my personal in the computer and asked if the number in the computer was the right one i said no thats my husbands and it wrong i gave him my husband number and also gave him my cell number. i went about my day and around 130 i called becausei hadnt heard anything they said it was ready. When i arrived they said that the battery he told me wasnt the one right one that the one i need was a different one and was more money (almost $100.00 more money) and was put into the the car. I asked why didnt you call me they replied the number in computer didnt work i said i gave you the right number and also gave you mine. I said if you would of called i would of told you dont put it in because another Sams had it in stock cheaper. The one guy answered if youd like i;ll take it out and you can go to Sam;s. At this point i was so upset and felt taken full advantage of. I had to get a jump because of battery just to get there.When i got there, there was a $10.00 off coupon and the one guy said i even gave you $20.00 discount instead of $10.00 and thats suppose to make this alright. then was charged $30.00 to remove and replace battery and another $29.07 for labor fee.Its about the cost of the battery but its more about the fact its not their call deciding for me!!!!! I have done something i never do i called their corporate office didnt want a full refund want them to honor the price they quoted me at. Because he was busy and only had 1 mechanic one duty at the time i should have to pay for his mistake. will never go back there!!!!!

Found a screw in one of the new tires I had installed at the Englewood fla store, called them up for an appointment to have it repaired, was told that it would take 30 to 45 minutes to have it patched. i showed up at the store on time, only to wait 90 minutes before I was told their tire man went to lunch and I would have to wait even longer. why even give people appointments if you cant keep them? better yet, why employ someone at a tire service that isnt a tire man? two of your employees were standing around playing games on their phone, while only one was working in the bay. unbelieveable
