Fairway Auto Center is THE BEST place to have your car serviced or collision damage repaired. From the beginning they are honest, polite, professional and fair. I’ve never had a better experience and continued experience anywhere else. You need service done right, at a fair rate, you call these folks.

All of the staff at Fairway were awesome and accommodating. Rudy and his team were able to take me in on short notice and fix my car up in no time. I will definitely be visiting them again whenever I have car trouble.

10/5 stars! This place is amazing. They dont try to upsell you on absolutely anything. They just fix what you need fixed at great prices. Their mechanic Rudy is an all-star. Rudy took a ride with me and pinpointed exactly what the front end rattling noise was just by hearing it. The positive reviews are not a joke, this place is awesome! I wont be using a dealership for anything not covered under warranty ever again. Customer service is outstanding and they are very friendly.

I would give them a 10 if I could! Fair and honest prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Rudy and staff are all amazing! I will recommend to everyone I know and use them for future needs. Rudy clearly explained the prices and services as well as set expectations on time. I picked up my car and received a clearly itemized receipt . Rudy was even able to find and replace an item that I had been told needed to be ordered and replaced by a specialist by other mechanics.

What great service! Traveling in from New York we landed ourselves in a ditch during Denvers blizzard. After putting our truck on the lift, Fairway Auto did us right! Knocked all the snow and ice out from underneath free of charge, checked to make sure we were safe to make it over the Rockies, and performed an oil change. Stand up, kind, and beyond fair. While driving from the Springs to Denver last week, my engine light came on. Worried I might damage the engine, I used the GPS for the closest repair shop I could find. Fortunately, it was Fairway Auto Service. They were courteous and professional, and they agreed to look at the car even though they were about to close. They diagnosed the problem, allayed my concerns, and had me back on the road quickly. They did not attempt to play on my fears or attempt to sell me unnecessary repairs. Given my experience with other repair shops, this honesty was impressive. My only complaint now is that they are in Denver and not the Springs. :) Highly recommend.

This is my favorite place to have the cars in my household serviced. Whether its body work or mechanical issues I can always depend on Fairway to do an excellent job at a fair price. Fairway has always done their best to work with my family and theyve gone above and beyond to help out my adult children. I found this place because they were recommended by my insurance carrier (Geico) a couple of years ago when I needed some hail damage fixed. This is a preferred service center. I can see why. Fairway goes well above and beyond fixing cars, and their customer service is out of this stratosphere! Every person who works for them is kind and knowledgeable. They seem to never forget a customer and the cars are always completed when promised. The family who owns Fairway is so wonderful and obviously takes pride in owning a GOOD repair facility. I never have to worry about repairs made at Fairway because they are done correctly. They work well with insurance companies so the time you will spend coordinating repairs will be minimal - and if you arent working with an insurance company then they will explain the repairs in plain English until you fully understand what was done, and why. I cant say anything more positive about these guys - I know you will have the same superior experience weve always enjoyed. Try them - the kids and I agree. This is the best place to go!

I had a broken Gas door and decided to give this place a shot after reading the reviews and I’m so glad I did, lucky for me it was a quick and simple fix but they were more than fair and honest. Rudy is the man! We had our 2016 Explorer serviced there for a water pump issue that Ford told us was going to cost almost $4k to fix. They did it for just under $1500. My vehicle was ready on time and we couldnt be happier with their service. We noticed a noise a few days later and Rudy immediately took it into the shop, fixed the noise we were hearing at no additional cost to us. Amazing! We will be sure to use Fairway Auto Service again for all of our repairs.

It is rare that I find an auto mechanic that I really feel that I can trust. Fairway is the first one that I have found since I left my boyhood hometown over 30 years ago. It seems that most repair shops give you a list of 5 unrelated things that NEED to be done to your car with every oil change. Not at Fairway. I have taken my Nissan Altima, New Hyundai Sonata and Volvo S40 in for repairs that would have cost me hundreds more at other shops and Fairway did excellent work at unbelievable prices. I guess its the integrity that keeps me coming back. I dont have to worry about being overcharged for work or being told that I need work that is unnecessary. Both the body shop and mechanics are top notch. I used to work in auto insurance claims and I know picky the big companies are about recommending shops. If the insurance company is going to guarantee the work, then they want it done right the first time. Fairway has earned this honor and Im just thankful that I found them when I did. Keep up the great work guys.

Had my battery and alternator fail late at night and chose to have my car towed there. What a great stroke of luck for me. They fit me into their schedule and got me back on the road home. Great service and solid work!

I was in an accident on November 11th, 2018 and my insurance company recommended that I go to Fairway for repairs. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. I’ve outlined below the obstacles that I faced each step of the way.•The shop is only open until 5:30pm Monday-Friday. These limited hours made it extremely difficult for someone with a family who works a full-time job.•Communication is non-existent throughout the repair process. If I wanted an update, it required me to call. Each time, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience.•This is the only shop I’ve been to that didn’t once ask for customer satisfaction feedback. This tells me that they aren’t interested in adjusting their practice to ensure that it meets customers’ needs.•I made a total of three visits to Fairway and they were still unable to fully restore my car.•Fairway returned my car with a damaged wheel bearing.•On a separate occasion, Fairway returned my car with a damaged strut.•During one visit to Fairway, I spent 3.5 hours in the waiting room. After my wait, I was told that they would need more money out of my own pocket to fix my car’s yaw sensor. They said this part was unrelated to my accident. After taking my car to a mechanic of my choice, I was told that my car’s yaw sensor was in fine condition and had nothing to do with the repairs that were needed.•Fairway told my insurance company that they would like to “wipe their hands clean of me and my car” before completing the job.My car was fully restored, thanks to another shop, approximately 90 days after the accident. It’s evident that Fairway relies on insurance companies for business. They do minimal and mediocre work in hopes that their customers will accept with the fact that their car will not be the same as it was prior to an accident.

Leah in the front office was friendly and helpful. Special call out to John in service, who was quick to take my calls and answer questions. John was great, went above and beyond to solve a couple additional issues beyond what I was scheduled for. I am new to Denver and have been looking for a place to service my vehicles - problem solved! Highly recommend Fairway.

Very friendly staff! i brought my vehicle in with what I thought may have been a bad gasket on my water pump. They looked it over and ran some test and didnt find any issues. To my surprise they didnt even charge me! They called me in a timely and very professional manner.

Fair pricing and thorough

Recommend this place to anyone. I brought my 370 in, because i thought my starter was out, it turns out my brand new battery was just completely dead. They could have easily just did what I asked and charged me for somthing I didnt really need but John explained the situation to me and only charged me $60 for their time and labor.

Came in for an oil change late in the afternoon, they fit me in and I was out in about 30mins. Great place, highly recommend.

Want your car to smell like cigarette smoke? Want someone to scratch up your interior? Want them to call you and say its ready only to wait forever in their smoke filled lobby? Then this is the right place.Rear ended this winter and the person that hit us had geico insurance, geico sent us to this place. Fairways estimate was $400 higher than the other two I had already received from what Id say are way nicer places. However thiss as where Geico chose and the couple other reviews seemed promising.They called me to tell me the car was done, I came 20 minutes later and they were shocked to see me. He said you were coming at 5:30-6 (after they close) I said no, he just called me and said it was done. These people have their workers smoking in the building where your car is as well as the lobby of the business! 45 minutes in their smokey lobby later it was ready. Get in the car and it smells worse than a casino, they literally had to smoke in the car to get it this bad. New scratches on my interior doors.Horrible experience, maybe if this was 1975 this place would be top notch but in this day and age the place is gross. Also I tried to call in to the guy who I worked with, Angela at the front desk was not nice, kept me holding for the guy, then would pick up and give me wrong information and tell me he wasnt available. Called right back and someone else got him immediately. Frustrating from the moment of drop off to days after pickup and my car still smells like their cigarettes!
