We went in with our car asking for 3 lights to be inspected and replaced and an oil change. Our auto was thoroughly inspected and a few more items were in need of attention. All of the repairs were finished by early the next day. We were more than satisfied by their honesty, thorough inspections and quick service. Also all employees are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We will recommend this establishment over and over for their quality work and efficiency.

Xpertech replaced my badly compromised headlights, a complicated job because the front end had to be pretty much disassembled to install them! They charge 69.00 for diagnosis which is fine. However to replace my AC fanI payed 300.00 in total labor. More than what the Jeep dealer would have charged. People are nice and my AC is working now. I just feel I paid to much for a AC fan replacement.Total bill 500.00. Parts 200- Labor 300

Being a retired auto repair shop owner I was impressed with their level of repair on my Toyota Camry. I had steering lines go bad that would cost about $800 to replace. Xpertech manufactured the lines for less than half. Professional, friendly and they made me feel like they cared. I have already spoken to my neighbors and they look forward to going there...if you can really look forward to a car repair.

First off they are extremely nice people, they also mark up the price of parts to the extreme! One job I had done the price of the part (using their part number) was $89.99 they charged me178.96.Another job (using their part number) was $140.99 they charged me $254.39I also think their labor charges are inflated, I am working on that one.I do think the quality of work is very good, at least I hope so.

Going to this shop was the best experience I have ever had at a Mechanic. Jamie and Sara(h) are awesome and take the time to really listen and are very clear when explaining estimates and conveying pertinent information. That Jamie has a great sense of humor and is very personable. I had my water pump and battery replaced as well as getting an oil change. I am very very pleased with the service, Sara was even kind enough to come pick me up at my house so I could get my car back. They also offer a discounts with AAA- 10% off labor, I believe. My tire pressure light came on and I called to see if I could come by - in was late afternoon. They said to come on in. I got there and the girl check my tires and put in air however she told me the rear passenger was significantly lower than the others and she was going to see if they could check it in the garage. They took it back and found a large nail in the tire. They fixed it and I was good to go.I use xpertech for all my auto service needs. Being an older single woman, it is nice to have someone I can trust to look after my vehicle. They always show me pictures of what needs to be done, they prioritize so as to not break the bank. They always make me feel at home if I wait for my vehicle. It is like extended family. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend them!!

I had a sunroof leak in my 2010 Malibu. It was recommended to me by another business to have someone blow compressed air into the suspected drain, assuming it must be blocked up and causing water to back up.I asked Kathleen, the owner of Xpertech Auto Repair, if her business would be willing to do this for me. She advised me that this is not a recommended solution to the problem. She explained that sometimes compressed air can blow out the drain tube completely, and cause more problems. She also explained that sometimes the drain tubes are cracked and they need to be replaced. She warned me that the headliner of the car would need to be removed and this was most likely a 3-4 hour labor charge. I agreed to her recommendation, knowing that Kathleen can be trusted to recommend the right solution and do the right thing. Sure enough, one drain tube had separated completely and another drain tube was close to coming off. So compressed air would have offered no help and instead would have caused more damage. The repair came in at or below estimate, and I was given a thorough explanation of what was wrong and what the mechanic did to solve the problem. Yes it cost more but now I have a vehicle I can trust to be out in the rain again without any worries about water damage behind the dashboard. Spending less likely would have led to a moldy car with wet electronics behind the dash.

Our second visit to Xpertech has yet again been a pleasant experience! We had to have bad spark plugs removed & replaced, and oil gauge pressure fixed this time around. I had a tread detachment blowout while driving on river road.....on a pair of Goodyear tires with only 25k miles on them....I called Xpertech for advise. Kathleen spoke with me.....the owner herself!....had me send pictures of the tires rim, vehicle tag everything. Not only did they inform me that there were various recalls on Goodyear tires from back in 2016, they looked up my tire sizes and gave me a quotes on several different tire options....within minutes via email.In the end I decided to give them my business and go with the highest end tires they offered for safety and comfort. This was my first experience with Xpertech and it wont be my last. I was pleasantly surprised at the electronic side of their communication, a full report to my email of the 27 point inspection and even an email to let me know they had started work on her. When they called me to update me at the end of the diagnostics I felt that they not only understood my car very well, but also me, her driver, and I felt I was given very personalized recommendations taking that into account. If you want to be treated like it is a friend who is working on your car I would highly recommend Xpertech to you.
