Wow! Im so impressed with Steves American Lifetime Muffler! I dont know anything about cars but the pipe that leads to my muffler rusted out and instead of making me replace my entire exhaust system to the tune of 1000K they gave me a quote of $360 to do only the work necessary and when I came back once the part came in I paid exactly what they quoted me! Super fast, professional, and nice. Highly recommended!!!

Absolute awful place! I’d give 0 stars if it let me. They lied trying to drain $500 from me saying my entire exhaust system was needing to be replaced and all my brakes and rotors needed replacing well I’ve had two other people look it over and it was absolutely not the case. Do not go there unless you want a million other things tacked on. I have a newborn and a 10 year old I’m trying to financially support during a pandemic and they are trying to take advantage of people. Absolutely disgusting.

The best experience Ive had with just about any store. They were extremely patient and worked with me through the whole process. I visited three times, two of which I never got any work done. They were always pleasant and extremely helpful even when I never had work done. Installation was very quick and they let me watch the process which I really appreciated. I will be returning again and am really looking forward to it. The only shop I will bring a car to.

Looking good! Seems I need to come get a new exhaust every three years. Patty is very pleasant and thr guys do a great job and in a very reasonable time. Dropped off at about 8:45 AM and was called about 10 AM that it was done and ready for pickup. Just put your paperwork somewhere easy to find and you are good to go when the time comes for a replacement. Highly recommend this place!!!

Was at Watkins Glen for a track day. My o2 broke off my test pipe. Steve and company took care of the issue right away. Was careful putting the lowered car on the lift. Welded back the o2 and my weekend was saved. Awesome guys. The weld held up the whole weekend of tracking and the drive home. Was going to replace the pipe but the welds looks great that I’ll just keep it there.

The best place for honest, reasonably priced exhaust repairs! They do a lot of other vehicle repairs as well! I recommend them to everyone I can!

After replacing my catalytic converter for over $500, and me bringing it back, the employee said to me, well maybe you didnt need the converter replaced after all. Then I found out they only replaced the down stream sensor and not the upstream. Can assure you I will never go there again.

Would never go there. Brought my van there for a new muffler declined it because of fuel leak ended up taking it to the dealer and they said there was no fuel leak. Before that one of thier supposed techinans used a torch to cut off some of my exhust on my Subaru he sliced threw my downstream O2 sensor and it was hell to get them to replace it.

Trustworthy, Quality parts and service, getting the best gas mileage ever probably 6 to 8 miles. Great people.

If you buy a car from Simmons Rockwell dont let them take your car here for a muffler my muffler only lasted a year and already needs one really sucky jobs and when they say lifetime Muffler doesnt mean that they wont replace it
