Amazing service here and the prices are unbeatable. Even after the repairs, Baudelio followed up with me to make sure my car was doing good. I was given a detailed list of all the issues they found and made sure to explain each of them. I asked for their opinion on what seemed the most important to fix at this time, and then I could come back in for all the other issues later. They were very honest on the recommendations and understood that I don’t want this car for too long. After the phenomenal work they did I might want to keep it longer than I had planned!

I first brought in my f250 to have my lift kit, wheels, and tires installed. Great value and great price. Followed up by bringing in my Expedition. Had a few issues with the Expedition, but they handled it with ease. Even worked with me on pricing since ive been here so often. Great guys. I know cars and repairs very well. Never felt as though they were lying to me or over charging me. Theyve always been fair. As a business owner myself that is a HUGE deal for me and they knocked all my expectations out of the park. This is my go-to shop, FOR SURE!

These guys are outstanding. I came in at 530 when I heard something wrong with my car, then they stayed an hour and a half passed closing time just to make sure I could drive home that night. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will be be recommending them to everyone.

The owner of this shop, Baudelio Villalobos, and his mechanics, go out of their way each time to complete repairs on time and on budget. Unlike other smaller shops in the area, big investments in tools and technology were made and they’re able to provide any service that a new-car dealership could and can compete with much larger US franchises nearby. Tried other repair shops in the past but now I’m using Auto Pros exclusively as I think they are the best shop in the area around Elmhurst and Addison.The increase of business and return customers are a good indication of their success and outstanding service.

I was traveling across country and my car broke down and these guys helped fix my car right when I went in and they did a great job fixing it that day for a great price too. I would highly recommend them!

This place is outstanding! Highly recommended for any kind of fix! Baudelio and Manny are the ones that’ve made sure my repairs were completed on time and without any problems. I first started coming here about a year ago but keep coming back for the first-class customer experience I get every time. Their prices compete and outflank other spots in the area and no doubt, I’ll be back for repairs. Don’t get fooled by other Elmhurst shops, this is the one-stop venue I trust my car to!

Horrible business. Took a car in on a Tuesday, Wednesday was closed for the 4th of July, but had Thursday, Friday AND Saturday to look at it but still had no straightforward answer for an estimate. They need to get their stories straight: one second its a loose bracket that was causing the noise and they already fixed it, no big deal, and the next minute, its an issue with the timing chain and gonna cost a lot. Very hard to get ahold of them. Left a voicemail to call and when we called at least 3-4 times AND texted, no answer. When they finally called me back, I picked up and was hung up on. Also took me 3 times to call back to get ahold of the owner, who I was told would be in at a certain time but didnt talk to him until an hour and a half later. Took the car out and took it somewhere else.
