Very professional and thorough in diagnosis and repair of our issues

This place is the worst. No one answers the phone ( 4 calls and the phone rang for over 15 minutes each time) and there is no voicemail to leave a message. There was no follow up and all of the emails sent were not correct and provided a phone number that was not functional. When we finally picked up the car the workers in the office were not helpful and not interested in working or helping customers!! Avoid this place if you can!! BEWARE!!!! Just Awful!! I wish I could give them a zero!!

Gerber Collision did a beautiful job on my Toyota Camry 2020 they made it brand new again! I was so happy with how my car came out I appreciate gerber collision for fixing my car Iam in love with it all over again thank you again !!

I had my cars fixed at the Elmhurst facility twice. Both times they did a very good job and I was pleased with the work. I am getting ready to go back there and have my Ford Edge done. (rear bumber). I think they do great work.

I took my 2020 vehicle to Geber on Cheshire Bridge Rd in Atlanta, GA to repair my bumper after a minor fender bender since they were given to me by the other drivers insurance company. What was supposed to be a 3-4 day repair turned into 9 days. They delivered the vehicle to me with a chip in the paint of the freshly painted bumper along with a cover cap missing. They insisted the part was correct.After viewing other vehicle at the dealership, it was evident a piece was in fact missing. When confronted with the photos, they conceded and agreed to fix both issues. I was told it would be a same day repair. That same day repair turned into two full days.When I picked up my vehicle, there was a white haze all over left side of the bumper. I also noticed several nicks in two different prices. I sent it back to them 3 times the same day before I finally gave up and left. QC seems to be foreign term to them.I never received a call from the general manager nor has he called Travelers back to discuss my complaints. A manager at Travelers gave the the dealerships collision center approval to proceed anyway.Gerber actually glued broken pieces back together and used those instead of ordering new replacement parts. That is completely unacceptable for a any vehicle let alone a brand new 2020.I would never trust Gerber with another repair.

If I could give negative stars I would. My first encounter was with PAUL. RUDE person - acted like I was a bother having him inspect my car after a minor accident. The fist paint job was horrible - we noticed it immediately - and even though PAUL was quick to question us - he had to admit it needed to be redone. After the second paint job - we noticed one of the mudflaps was missing. We were told not to worry - they would get it replaced. We were promised a new one would be ordered. We had to reach out 3 times before we got back in to have the mudflap replaced. TODAY they tell us they will not replace it because we must have caused it to fall off. It is obvious that when they had to repaint -they ripped the mudflap off and were not able to put it back on - and now they are blaming the customer. THEY ARE HORRIBLE - very poor customer service and feeble communication skills. DO NOT even try to allow them to touch your car. NEVER AGAIN. I am reporting them to the BBB today - no one deserves this type of treatment.

These guys were fast, honest and have a really nice staff. Hard as I tried, I couldnt find a single problem with there service. Huh, go figure.

I made an appointment with them 2 weeks ago. They never showed up or called me. When I called them they told me they didn’t even have the glass. They then call me back hours later and want to replace the glass when I asked them if they could do it today they said no that they would have to order the glass. If you like talking to idiots I’m sure you’ll love this place. I Just had my windshield replaced by Allstar Auto Glass. They are real professionals I highly recommended them. They don’t give you the run around and the man doing the work is an expert.

These guys customer service is brutal. They replaced my glass as part of an insurance claim. First they installed faulty glass. It wouldve been fine, but when they came out to fix it, the faulty glass had damaged the interior to my door. They said they would order the regulator and take care of it. Its five weeks later and despite weekly calls, all Ive gotten is the definition of the run around. Nothing has been done. If you get referred to this Gerber stay as far away as possible and ask for another service provider.

Horrible!!! Do not go to this place!! Let me also say, it doesnt matter which location you go to, I have been to 2 of them, & I will never go to another again. The have poor customer service and their work, well its for the birds. I have multiple issues with their work on my car, my hood was rattling loud, my door leaks water, anytime my car is in the rain, my mirror wasnt fixed, my hood latch is jacked up, my window is also messed up, and some damage from the accident wasnt repaired at all. Seriously!!! My insurance paid for the damages and I also had to pay for an additional week of the rental car, because they didnt do the job. I dont see how they Come H ighly recommended I wouldnt recommend anyone there.

One star is too much for this scammers!!! People be careful with this place, they cheated me and my insurance. They fixed my car and from one amount they went close to my payoff at the end, plus somehow they report my car as TOTAL DAMAGE on CarFax, so I’m going to court with them, because I can not trade my car worth 20k, basically I can not do anything now!!! Also they lied when they said they fixed it at BMW, when I found out(recently) that they were using shop across the street!!! My name is Nenad Cirovic....😡

This place discriminates and are rude! especially ivonne I experienced 1st hand if u show up with a expensive car or well dressed u are treated ok if u have an old car and show up in work clothes and look blue collar I was accused of lying, stealing do not recommend this place to anyone!!

If you want a quality job DO NOT go there.I brought my car 3 times thereFirst time: because bad iligmentSecond time edges of the door werent painted good and you can notice the white material they add before paint it and.I talked to Mark (shop supervisor and quality guy) and he looked my car I TOLD him what was bad and after I left my car there he only fixed one door side a little be.And I forgot to say my color didnt match and I call mark and told him about my doors and color BUT THE lady manager came and say if I wanted my color be matched I have to pay for paint the entire !!!! Mark didnt say anything because I think he knew I was right but manager can only thing about $$$$Thanks GERBER NOW MY BMW looks two colors car like shtPeople please dont go to that place!!!

Appraisal guy value my bumper damage of 332$.Watch me like I set up the collision. Dont give me nothing, trying to investigate, not to be professional. Lets see for how much they gonna fix it.When I asked can they fix my car they told me 2000$ I was in shock. Look for Ray auto in Bensonville - cheapest bodyshop in the suburbs.Ask for Mitch.
