5 Stars I Have Taken My Car To International Auto Body 3 Times And They Always Do Outstanding Work They Also Go Above And Beyond This Recent Work I Just Had Done 10/25/21 Beside The Scheduled Body Work They Did When Doing The Walk Around Inspection They Noticed Some Trim Below My Drivers Side Window Came Loose Well Even Though It Wasnt Part Of My Insurance Covered Body Work They Took Care Of It And Repaired It They Also To My Surprise Cleaned My Front Headlights For Me Without Even Asking My Headlights Looked So Bad Because I Never Bothered Getting Them Cleaned But These Guys Cleaned Them Without Asking Look Like New No Charge Either The Door Trim Or Headlights You Just Dont Get That Kind Of Service Anymore I Highly Recommend International Auto Body Wish Every Business Was Like This One Is. After our neighbor scratched my car, we were recommended International Body Shop and they did a fantastic job. The whole team went above and beyond for us! Sandra is very professional and nice. Josh explained the whole procedure thoroughly and parts needed. They stayed late after closing to help us pick up our car early! Josh and Shawn even buffed out some areas and fixed a small chip for us complementary. They even coordinate with Enterprise car rental to help customers rent and return vehicles for while the car is being fixed. Very satisfied and will recommend to others.

The experience at international body shop was excellent. Josh and his team were friendly and attentive. The work was fairly priced and completed on time. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair which involve the use of a complex paint on my 2021 Toyota. Of their own accord they noticed another issue with my car and took care of it. It was some thing that I was totally unaware of and I am very grateful. The car was returned to me in beautiful condition inside and out. I highly recommend this business.

Went in to get an estimate on a paint job for my 2011 Mazda 3 and they said they were going to try to buff it out to see if that worked and it did!! They did an amazing job! Christian Guzman is who helped me and he was great!! I will definitely be back if I need anything else done!

I took my car in a few days ago thinking that I would need a paint touch up where wet cement had dropped on the side of my car from a parking garage. Turns out when I spoke with Josh, he was able to take it right off within 15 minutes. He was one of the most polite guys, along with the rest of their staff. I will always remember my mother teaching me that I should leave a place or return a borrowed thing in better shape than I received it. International Body lived by this same motto with regards to my repair. Everything about the repair from the estimate to the finished product was just what I would have expected but then driving home I realized that the interior of my truck was cleaned and polished...in better condition than when I dropped it off. Their efforts would make my mom proud. Thank you for a job better than well done.As a P.S.Their communication with me through the process was excellent. Had a couple of delays but they had no fear calling me and telling me what was happening. Courage in the face of the unexpected that many business simply do not have.

Our bumper was dislodged in a car wash. We brought our car to International Body Shop and within 15 minutes they had reattached the bumper complimentary. We were very pleased with their professionalism. Definitely 5 stars!

Josh Friedman is the best, he was able to get my car done in a professional timely manner. My car looks like new! He even was able to see little marks I didn’t even notice and took care of them! I scraped my car against my garage leaving white marks and denting. I expected a very high estimate, instead it cost next to nothing and the car looks great.They were so pleasant, professional and fast. Thanks Toyota service for recommending this fine and fair body shop.

Josh and the folks at International Body Shop were great. They came out and checked my car right away and wrote up the estimate. They ordered the parts which came in quick and they called and set me up to come in the next day. It was ready later that day as promised and the car was washed outside and detailed inside for no extra charge. I am hard on the inside of my car and I dont take care of it like I should. The interior detailing was an unexpected service that was provided free of charge and was fabulous. I highly recommend them and will go back with hesitation in the future.

Chris and the team from International Body Shop did a Terrific job repairing the damaged body work on my car. I have a critical eye but to me the repaired area looks as good as new. No one would suspect that the area has been repaired.

The technician, who has got a “ tattoo of his mother Maria” on his Right forearm, is MOST kind, polite, & considerate. I think he has “ got a magic wand” that ERASED the scratches on my friend’s Brand NEW Subaru, in an INSTANT. Instant means, less than 5 minutes. And for FREE! That was VERY unusual & UNHEARD of. I’ve had a lot of trouble finding businesses that let me feel safe during the pandemic, but International has been no problem. They have been safe, respectful, communicative and thorough. They are always looking for ways to save my family money and they are quick to communicate if anything changes while they’re working. We’ve used them with and without insurance and everything has been fine. When they fixed my mom’s Audi this week, it was returned cleaner—inside and out—than it was when we took it in. I don’t really want to see these guys, because it means something is wrong with my car, but they’re the people we know we can depend on when we’ve got a problem. And they’re always nice to us when we do see them. ☺️

Cannot recommend this place enough. I lost my keys and didnt have a spare. Found out about these guys through a friend and they were super responsive! They handled everything (the tow, getting the replacement ignition switch from Toyota). In a pinch too. I need my car for work, and they got everything taken care of so quickly I didnt even have to miss a day. When I went to pick up my car, theyd even cleaned the car and thrown in a spare key for free. Appreciate the guys here, theyre super knowledgeable, professional and really go the extra mile.

What a great experience. They are well organized and friendly. They began and ended the processing quickly and efficiently. Then they drove me down the street to my dealer for a loaner vehicle. It was also surprised by the cleanliness of the reception on such a sloppy snow day.

I went to a dealership and they told me I needed a new door panel and it wad going to cost me $800. I wanted to get a second opinion and went to International Body Shop. I would like to give a great big thank you to all the staff at International Body Shop Inc. In the last three years, my 2009 Saturn has been damaged twice. IBS repaired my vehicle both times, and it came back to me looking brand new. This was definitely not easy to do for a 2009 vehicle. The folks at IBS did all the wrestling with the other insurance companies so professionally and efficiently that I did not have to think about it at all. Fantastic body shop. Very friendly staff. My jetta was repaired in a very quick and professional manner. The insurance company (Founders Insurance) of the guy who hit my car initially wanted to lowball and pay only ~$450 for damage that was estimated to be ~$1300. Well I came to this body shop and told them I wanted my car to look how it looked before the accident with a brand new bumper (and not a lousy aftermarket bumper like the insurance company wanted), and they managed to get that done hassle free and very quickly without letting me get screwed over in the end. Very very satisfied.

The rear bumper of my new WV Tiguan got dislocated due to back up into another car. Nothing was damaged just need to be push back up. I couldn’t do it myself and I tried to go to my WV dealer for help, they wouldn’t do anything. So I find the nearest body shop for some estimates and fix. I end up find International Body Shop Inc. Josh was the one help. He checked the conditions and try to fix it. He even lay on the floor to check it for me. He fixed it right there. It saved me so much headaches and money. Josh rocks! Very pleased with the staff and quality of work at this place. Chris was very helpful and walked me through getting a rental car before I brought mine in. My car was less than two months old when it got rear-ended. I took it to International Body Shop, and Chris and the rest of the crew there did a great job of getting everything put right again. When I picked it up the exterior work was perfect, and the interior was spotless (and it definitely wasnt spotless when I brought it in)! It was almost like getting a new car all over again! Highly recommended!

Someone backed into it my vehicle and it required repairs. My initial contact with International Body Shop was by calling and speaking with Jill -- her calm and friendly attitude made me feel at ease. When I went to the shop, I met Chris who immediately stepped out of the office and physically looked over my car. Throughout the days my vehicle was being worked on, Chris was in contact with me giving updates and keeping me posted on when the car would be ready for pick-up. The damage was on the outside of the car; but, when I picked up my vehicle, I was happily surprised that International cleaned the inside of my car! My lasting impression is that the folks at International truly cared about my car and my situation.

My car was stolen and taken for a joy ride. No major damage but enough cosmetic damage was done. I spoke with my insurance and the BMW dealership down the road and they both noted that International Body Shop was the place to use. They werent kidding! Had a quick and smooth drop off - they coordinated with my insurance. I was called a couple weeks later to pick up my car. They were incredibly helpful - I live nearby and they were kind enough to pick me up so I could get my car. It looks as good as new!

I had my Toyota Highlander and my BMW 535 recently fixed by International Body Shop. Both experiences exceeded expectations... First, their work is top notch quality: Im about as Type-A / OCD as they come with my cars - they fixed up both vehicles to perfection, and youd never know the vehicles were banged up (their work looks like new, as when the cars rolled off the lot). Second, they go above and beyond by offering to assist with little one-offs, and helped me address additional items that werent part of the original quote. Lastly, they get it when it comes to process... their front office (Chris) kept me informed daily, met their scheduled timing, and made it all seamless with my insurance company and their coordinating computer / electrical work needed at the dealership as well (and my dealerships and insurance company both give them kudos). Thank you to their entire team for their top-tier work and customer service!!

Their work speaks for itself. I absolutely recommend this body shop. They go above and beyond to help the customer out. They’re on top of calling you with any updates. Unfortunately my truck had been hit twice and both times I brought it to them. Shoot, they’ll help you out with your own insurance company, At least in my case. At first my insurance didn’t want to replace a panel that needed to be but international explained why and got it done.

The service is excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone! My car (brand new Toyota Corolla 2017) was hit in the middle right side. I thought that my car would never look the same. I did a little research and ended up choosing International Body Shop. I was a little skeptic, but when I picked up my car I was speechless. It looked like it had never been hit. It was my brand new Toyota that I had before the accident took place. The service - people that work at the body shop are amazing! They got me a quick estimate, they gave me the time needed to fix my car. They answered any question I had and return my calls within an hour. I hope that I will never have to see these guys again, but if I need to, this would be the place!

I just had my BMW fixed after I got hit . They did wonderful job in details. Josh was awesome. He communicate with me every day and updated me with every process. They arranged a rental car and a ride. They even did a total car wash interior and exterior. I gave 5 starts because they did excellent job to meet my expectations and beyond.

We have been using this place for many years now, but today they surpassed all my expectations. We arrived in a car that had MAJOR damage to itself (long story) - they not only got us the estimate, and all that, but when my (88 year old mostly using a wheelchair) mother could NOT get into the SUV to take us to the rental place, the receptionist came out and helped lift her into the front passenger seat - which was well above and beyond what I expected. Good place, good people (although it probably helped that Mom weighs about 125 pounds.)

Just got my Toyota 4 runner back to replace bumper a dent on hood and came back perfect.!! Plus got it done on 3 days which is awesome. My father who has passed away, used these guys more than 25 years ago. This shop has great customer service and everyone is really friendly and very helpful. So I extremely recommend this body shop.

This shop was recommended to me after I hit a deer and my vehicle sustained major damage. From the first phone call to the day my car was ready, I was kept informed of the progress. Ultimately my car was ready sooner than the estimate. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. My car was returned to me good as new and clean, inside and out. The customer service here is unreal!! I took my car in to get the bumper completely redone. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car and made it look brand new!! They did not have to clean my car (trust me it was atrocious) but they went above and beyond to make me happy when i got my car back. I will forever suggest this place!

Excellent Quality work with a quick turn around . They repaired the entire side of my Ford F-150 and it looks showroom new ! They kept me advised of progress the entire time. I would definitely recommend!!!
