I’m so grateful with this store. I recently took in a heirloom that was passed down to me but the ring did not fit so I had to get it sized. I was a bit worried about all these places having to send it out but the staff here checked it out for me and to my surprise they actually found that my ring was about to loose a diamond. I felt educated and assured that my ring was in good hands so I gave in and let them do it. I picked up the ring today and tears came to my eyes because the ring looked perfect so thank you all for the amazing service !

The staff is EXCELLENT. The ladies here have been working there loyally for years. I know of at least 2 employees that have been there 25 years+. So the expertise is definitely there. Anytime I go, I get the red carpet treatment even though I havent spent millions there. The girls there are just really friendly and you can tell they love their job. They know all the selection and can get you into something you are exactly looking for.

DO NOT BUY HERE ANYTHING! Clerk will treat you like you dont know what you are there for, and ruin your jewelry and blame you for that when clearly they just dont listen to your requests and do as they please and will even try to charge you for their mistakes, not coming back ever again and definitely not recommending it to ANYONE. NOT KIND, ATTENTIVE OR PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Shopped here for Valentines for what was supposed to be a sale. I’m not really sure if I got the best deal or not but my wife loved it so that’s what counts.Once I was going to leave to try another store, the manager cane over and gave me an extra discount. I’m happy with the service and the selection was fair, I just wish I understood the pricing better than every store telling me they gave the best price.The item is excellent. Wifey loves it!

My family and I are frequent customers at the Plank and Frisco, TX locations. My wife and I recently moved to El Paso and this location is below par. Specifically I would like to discuss an incident that occurred 2 weeks ago and is still currently going on. One on my watches stopped working and a part fell off which controls the settings. I brought it in and the jeweler said that they will send it out and give me a quote. A couple days later they gave me a price of 65. I said that would be fine. I picked up the watch and everything was fine for a couple days. Later I noticed the timing kept going off bcuz the watch kept stopping. I took it back and this time they said it was the mechanism. I got a call today stating that it would be an additional 65. I told them when I first gave the watch to them they charged me 65 to fix the watch and now they are saying its an additional 65 bcuz the mechanism is another issue. The manager, Samantha, was not accommodating at all. Had I originally known that the entire watch would be 130 rather than 65 which I was originally quoted I wouldnt have done it. Please have someone from corporate reach out to me as this has put a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you.

Very bad customer service by Samantha “ store manager”?? Was rude, insulting, ignorant, unprofessional. She was insinuating I didn’t buy my ring there,” because she had no idea how to look it up on the system, and asked me well how did they find the ring in the system because it’s not here. So she was asking me how to do her job???.. How did they send them to get cleaned up if I didn’t buy them there lady???? U need to find yourself a new job that doesn’t involve customer service, because you are really bad at it. Finally another worker came and found my ring in the system and was able to assist me. If not it would of given them 1 star.

Employees are rude and treated me like they were doing me a favor. Took my ring because diamond fell off for the second time. I took my inspection card snd the lady questioned why I had not taken my ring for clean up, I told her I do it every 6month but last time I had lost my card and the guy had given me a new one. The lady said “ well we are going to repair your ring for this time as a courtesy” I got so upset because I paid for the lifetime insurance, I paid for the service and she is saying they are basically doing me the favor. She kept on questioning why I had not been taken my ring for clean up and then another lady said that the handwriting on the inspection card was from a guy that hadn’t not been working there for three years (basically saying I haven’t done the cleaning of my ring in three years) when I bought the ring less than 2 years ago. I hate having to go back every 6months and going through this hell. Unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever. I know nothing would be done about this but at least I can save the pain for some people.

Quality and pricing is questionable. Better discount and we’d have bought a watch here but we found it cheaper elsewhere as you only wanted to give a small discount. Pass if they don’t discount enough because there are other places to buy than here.

These people were very nice to me. I put something on layaway two years ago and then forgot about it. I found the reciept and called them; they sent the check that day! These people have great customer service even if you dont purchase anything, which is a sure sign that they care about the people they serve.

We were told 2 weeks ago by an employee (name omitted for their sake) that the appraisal for our ring on the day there appraiser was there would be $60-$80. So we waited and came back today 07/21/2018 and we are told $140. Spoke to store manager and she was able to knock it down to 100, but still not the quoted price. Time wasted. I do not recommend this location.

SO IF YOU DONT MIND BEING GOSSIPED ABOUT AND LAUGHED AT EVERY TIME YOU WALK INTO THE STORE TO GET YOUR RING INSPECTED (BECAUSE I HAVE NO CHOICE) THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I took my Wifes wedding ring (15 years old) into Helzberg to have it resized and cleaned. They had it done exactly when they told me it would be. When I got it back it looked brand new. I was really pleased. Less than a week later the diamond fell out. I took it back to them and asked them how that could happen and they said they would “work with me” on replacing it. I had them send it to their jeweler to get a quote on the repair and diamond replacement. They said they would call me in two days with the quote. A week later I still had not heard from them. When I called to find out what was going on they said that the quote was in and the reason the diamond fell out was that the prongs had worn down (which should have been noticed by them when they inspected it the first time) and it would cost more than they originally valued the ring at to do the repair and replacement. Then they told me that the jeweler (the same one who did the resizing) noticed a line in the ring from where it had been resized and for an extra fee he could fix that. So now they were not only charging me more than they originally thought my ring was worth to fix it, but they want to charge me extra for their screw up. I told them NO and to send my ring back. They told me it would be in at 7pm. I went in the next day on my lunch break and guess what. NO RING. They apologized and said it would be ready to pick up the next day. I then took the ring to another jewelry store to get a second opinion. They immediately pointed out the worn prongs and said that the shank (where the line was from the resizing) was done wrong and that they didn’t leave enough material to keep it sturdy and that it was already warping and going to break (from less than a week of wear). Save your money and time and the emotional turmoil and send your business elsewhere. This place is full of crooks and criminals and just want to provide a shoddy product and service.

Husband purchased a ring from this location less than a year ago. Stone came out!I do not live close to a Helzberg and not sure what to do. The closest one is 6 hrs away, this location is 13hrs away. I called first thing in yhe morning, Samantha was the one who helped me she didnt care at all. Didnt let me finish my question, on how to fix it or replace it. She cut me off & said I needed to bring some papers in (I didnt hear what type of papers). As she rushed me off the phone, then I asked if she can repeat what forms she needed. This was so unhelpful, Im having to call abother location to see if someone else who has time & customer service to help.I thought they had a shipping option, but she didnt offer any help other than drive the 6 hrs away to another helzberg. When it was this location that would service the ring & where he had purchased it.I dont suggest you coming here to buy any expensive jewelry. They dont have time to help.
