This doesnt even deserve one star. ordered an item to be picked up in store. Item was late. when it did arrive they told me I couldnt authorize another person to pick it up and I had to be there myself. I had ordered this item from a store in a town I dont live in as a gift, and was having a family member pick it up. Even calling in person and saying I authorized this person to go pick it up did not work. I offered to send pictures of my ID and card to confirm my identity but I was still not allowed to have another person pick it up. The staff was rude and not helpful when I called the physical store. I had to spend several hours on the phone with customer care to fix this issue. In the end all they said they could do was cancel the order. its been 2 hours since I spoke with them on the phone and I still havent gotten confirmation that the order is cancelled. Will not be purchasing anything from them again.

I usually shop at the Kays at the Outlet Mall, where the vibe is soooo friendly and welcoming, from the second you walk in the door! The last few purchases Ive made have been at Cielo Vista, and WHOA! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! you wait for long periods of time, nobody smiles or acknowledges youre even there. After several purchases, there was a problem with one order, and Amanda, the manager was called. She didnt say one word to me, as if I wasnt even standing there, and spoke only to the associate. I couldnt believe someone so abrasive and rude was actually the general manager! Even when communicating with the other associates, she was horribly cold and short--I felt sorry for them! Esmeralda was the ONLY breath of fresh air I could find in that store. Rest assured, Ill be returning back to the west side Kay for all of my future shopping!

Only leaving a bad review because of Delia she is the most rude incompetent employee ive ever met and she threatened her pregnant assistant manager in front of the whole store including customers. And the Manager Amanda is completely irresponsible she essentially let her employees do as they please and then proceeded to blame them instead of actually taking charge

This is the worst place Ive been treated at. They told me that if I ordered the ring online friday by Amanda and Armano their would still be one available Saturday. I listened to them and the next day they said it sold out and now I have a unmatching ring and they keep telling me that if I waste my gas money to come back they will refund me my ring but for me to get there its a 40 minute ride. I will contact my lawyer about this shady business practice since Im a soldier aand they like lieing to soldiers.also they kept handling my girlfriends engagement ring like it was a piece of trash but dont worry whats goes around comes around Ill contact their corporate about this as well.

Quality level should remain the same after a purchase, but that is not the case at this place. The staff did not acknowledge us even tho we were waiting in line and when it was our turn they let us stand in front of the register for more than 20 mins. until I asked one of the staff members, if anyone was going to help us. She asked another woman to help us, she said yes and walked away as if she had something else to do which it was nothing she just walked behind the lady that asked her to helped us and came back to the register. You would think that the person who was so helpful and friendly when we bought the jewelry would give you the same service but she wasnt . Same woman that helped us made the purchase was the same that ignored us today not even an apology for keep us waiting. All we needed was to make a payment. Unfortunately I can not give a negative star otherwise I would. We will not be buying anymore jewelry from here and we will make sure to let family and friends know about the lack of manners from the staff.

They wrote the wrong name on my ring stating it was for another person.. if it wasn’t for us having to get it cleaned and redipped as well as get diamonds replaced since they fell we would have never have known this place seriously sucks go somewhere else!

Horrible service every time I go, Ive held my self back from writing this review but it happens time and time again. Ive purchased 3 rings from them in the past 2 years and every time I go in for service or simply just to get a cleaning they first of all take forever to acknowledge you, once they do the back up employees take more then 20 min to come out from the back. Every time you want to get something done to your jewelry, like resizing or a repair youll have to wait at least 2 weeks to see your jewelry again, no local shop. One of the times me and my wife went in to get the service done since we have the extended protection they cleaned both of them, while she cleaned mine one of the diamonds fell out and she said she would have to send out. So promise date was 2 weeks away, promise day came and no call, so I go in to ask whats going on and the manager Amanda finds out my ring got lost. So I freak out, but then she says dont worry Ill get it back, another week goes by and the ring comes in, everything is fine after 3 and a half weeks. Now I want to get my ring cleaned and re sized and Im scared. Never again am I buying more jewelry from them.

I wish there was an option for a negative star, I had the worst experience ever so my husband bought me a ring on may he didnt have it to me till October the inspection was due on November I never went since I had just got it long story short on December the diamond fell it got lost so I call and was told it will be replace next week I go and the lady was really rude I explain what happen and she basically say she coundlt do anything because I didnt went on November I was so mad that ring was expense and it was not my fault so instead of helping me and using her customer service I had to call customer service nobody was able to help me but they were able to charge my husband for the ring I talk with 4 reps and one sup name Alex at this point I was really mad I had to call corporate I talk with Christina and again I explain everything she told me since the ring was 6 1/2 months old from purchase they had another insurance that covers everything less than 1 year so she told me with who did I talk to I didnt know her name she say they were supposed to help so she call the store and told me to go again and ask for the mgr they were going to replace my ring for a new one one hour later 4 reps 1 sup 1 call to corporate and the problem was fix I was so glad she was able to help me so I go in the store and ask for a mgr guess what it was the person that didnt wanted to help and was really rude everyone was looking at me like if I stole something I felt so umiliated and sad she knew that I had the other guarantee and didnt even tell me but corporate call her and she was able to do it as a customer I would expect when I was explain my situation with her to tell me let me make some calls and see what we can do for you but no I had to do everything myself I cannot believe shes the mgr what customer service are you offering very rude didnt help me until I call corporate she really needs to be train properly if she has this position people spend a lot of money hear you have to have consideration for the customers and always try to go above and beyond so we will refer people and keep been customers there like I say the manager there at cielo vista mall in El Paso tx needs to be either demoted or be train properly for this business I really hope CEO sees this she really needs to train Im really thankful when I made that call that Christina was able to help me, she literally knew what she was doing since the beginning, but over all the experience I had in the store and the mgr REALLY were very DISAPOINTING

Horrible the jewler they use is trash every time i have to take my ring in it will come back 10xs worse and will have to get sent back out its like they dont even bother to look at the work just throw it in bag n send it back as done and idiots as store dont bother to check it before calling either.

Rude customer service, ring came back worse than when I brought it in... me and my husband went and got the ring inspected three days later a diamond fell out and we bought it back another lady told us that there are other loose diamonds in the ring which was weird because if we just got it inspected the lady should’ve noticed it the first time however she was not working that day and we did not remember her name I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews for this place but this is the closest one to our home now I’m scared to even come back!
