Worst big lots ever! The store was clean.. well stocked. The issue is the only one register was open and there was a lone of over ten people waiting for the check out. A manager was called to help with change help and did not open another register. After about 20 minuets of the line not going down then 3 people head up to the register but only one additional lane was opened. Stood in line to pay for 3 items a total of 30 minutes. Worst experience ever!

Its been a long time since since I had visited a Big Lots store. I was very pleased and surprised to find a huge variety of items. And at such great prices, best of all are the rewards discounts.

I enjoy the store however they could be more organized the iles are way to narrow where the home decor is

The boy at the furniture dept was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. Attentive, courteous, patient..i ensured to speak to his supervisor to commend him on a job well done. Lets award you a PAID day off =]

Staff is great. The management is great. I find that they have many items that are very affordable. I bought an electric fireplace with a 100 dollar coupon for 400 dollars and I am very pleased with the quality of the fireplace. This item would have been double the price most places. Most of their items fall in this range. You can get 6 and 12 months interest free financing for items over 250 bucks.

Always great fall sales very good prices. All summer items on sale as well as furniture.

Whenever you go to this store, check your receipt, they ALWAYS charge you more, Cashiers even get upset when you complain about it. Never buying at this store again.

Has a good selection of items but doesnt have everything Albertsons type stores have. Of course it has a lot of non grocery items that grocery stores dont have.

The associates at this location are always helpful. The shelves have been stocked lately. And it was easy to find what we needed.

Good prices on a lot.of household items, furniture department is not bad at all. From what i was told they have some good deals on financing if you open up credit with them.

I shop Big Lots monthly. Its easier than going to Target or Super Walmart. Usually buy Holiday or Birthday filler gifts.

As a new resident in the far East I am very disappointed in this Big Lots location. I have to drive to either the Montana or the far Northeast stores in order to shop in a clean, orderly Big Lots that actually has what Im looking for.This location desperately needs to be remodeled!!

If youre looking for healthy snacks, THIS is the place to shop 👍 I couldnt choose so I bought a variety; there were dark chocolate covered berries, trail mixes, shelled nuts/seeds & a lot more!!! 🙆🏻‍♀️

Shopped for gifts for kids in Mexico. Great prices . We were able to get more gifts than expected .

Fantastic selection of outdoor furniture! Lovingly, bedroom n kitchen furniture as well. It reminded me of the old Kmart but with lower prices.. All of which are posted for u to see..But with great customer service. The manager was on the floor helping customers. Nice 😊. This Big Lots is on the smaller side. Pretty disorganized. I searches in personal and household care, which was pretty sparse.

I love shopping at Big lots! They have excellent prices, and so many items for your basic home and food needs as well as furniture now! My only complaint is the cleanliness of their bathrooms. The walls look dirty, the restroom smells like urine, the sinks have dirty film on them in the sink and on the base of the faucet...they need to put some real elbow grease into their cleaning. Welcome customers with a clean fresh scent like other places do. That is my only complaint. Other than that prices and quality products are great!

The people were very helpful. They have a variety of types of items including groceries and furniture. They have sales that vary (usually weekly) as well as clearance items. I found an outdoor pop-up gazebo that was 20 dollars discounted. They have a fairly large assortment of outdoor furniture and accessories. They offered carry-out assistance. They said that the item could be returned with the receipt and in the box if it wasnt suitable for our needs at home.

I hadnt been in this place since I was a kid. Theyve definitely improved in selection and quality. Clearance items are a good deal.

I love going to Big Lots, especially this location. The staff is always very friendly and they make sure youre finding everything you need. The sales and rewards Program are fantastic, always great savings.

Been going to this store for years! Cant beat the furniture prices here! And they always have sales going on. Its best to go by the start of the week cause they run out of stuff fast.They have a lot of imported food that I havent found anywhere else.

We had previously bought a futon and assembled it, unfortunately it did not fit. I called the store today and spoke with Lorena asking if we could return it assembled or if we had to disassemble it, she did not know the answer but asked me to call back so she could get me an answer. I called back and sure enough she had my answer. Once we got to the store i spoke with her and even though she was swamped she was kind and courteous. Lorena has great customer service!!!

Very disappointed to witness a towing of a poor ladys car that was parked next to McDonald. According to the lady we helped, the towing agency said BigLots owned that area of parking associated with GoodWill. Parking was not full, bit the Big Lots manager said it was oit of their hands. Reading the Towing Laws, Merchants can and decline towing of vehichles on their property. So shady, we refuse to shop there again.

Hire a different trucking service or learn to share that BIG LOTS OF SPACE you have cant believe you have so much space and it’s empty and you hire a trucking company to come and tow rude and inhuman tow trucker to I never see Walmart on Montana doing this kind of stuff to chick fil a or other businesses around them it’ll cause you to loose clients lady and kids couldn’t pay 100$ for the towing someone offered to pay for them and the tow truck was rude and disrespectful didn’t accept the money be a human being with that BIG LOADS OF SPACE

The store is neat an organized. Not as crowded as other stores. Seems to have things that other Big Lots dont have.

They usually have decent lawn ornaments and solar lights. I walked out of there with not a single thing this year. Crappy selection.

Employees are usually helpful. Just the store looks in bad shape. There are never any shopping carts and what they so have dont work properly. There is always a line though they arw usually quick to open another register. Overall....its clean just ran down
