Pretty good Burlington compared to others in the other Boroughs. Normally the other store clerks are eh, scan and cash out in other Burlingtons, but Nikki (I believe she was a manager) was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She carefully and thoroughly explained the new Burlington card offer and I signed up. It made sense since I shop at Burlington often anyway. May have to have her work for me and my company. Great representative.

Ive never had such an easy time finding shoes. Nikki was so kind and took the time to make sure i found exactly what i needed. It was so refreshing to have someone like Nikki who actually seemed to care and take pride in their job

If you are on a budget shop here. Shoes are a hit or miss here, but I bought a pair of Aravon leather boots here for $40.00 dollars! You dont you know what you will find, but it was better years ago; the buyer needs to do better honestly. They sell cosmetics, tolietries, and bags as well so its worth browsing which is free. They also have a limited amount of shoe care products and sock as well.Visit, it cant hurt.

Store is always neat and clean. Lines move quickly. Associates are friendly and helpful. I witnessed an employee being treated very rudely by A patron and handled it with class and grace. No complaints about this store.

Great buys. I comparison shop a LOT (especially Amazon). The shoes here (name brands and otherwise) are often waaaay less than other places, Im talking over 80% less. Example: Calvin Klein suede boots $29, $150 online. They may not have all the sizes but if you check often or luck in when shipment comes in, youre good. One of those hidden gems.

Great place to snag a pair of shoes —- update. They have changed how they sell the shoes. Now all the shoes are put out on shelves. They shoes look cheap and it looks like a mess. I do not ever go in there anymore. Who wants designer shoes without the box? It is just a mess now. I miss the box. I like to store my shoes in the box. I tried to complain to corporate but you can not get through to them. The staff has nothing to do with it is a corporate issue. Don’t waste your time going here.

Love the bags, wallets, some sneakers are okay, some not ..but a try is worth it for the great prices!!!
