I Hate the fact that we are not Walmart employees and we are doing their job. Excuse some people for not scanning ALL the items since they have not been Walmart trained.I would have definitely given you absolutely no stars but unfortunately youre obligated to enter at least 1star.

Shelves are becoming more and more empty. Kinda disappointed to see this but trying to look at the state of the economy. Prices are still reasonable but a few items are starting to get a bit expensive. Associates are hard to find and really make me feel more like a inconvenience than a customer. Luckily we were only there for a few items.

Love love love it. Food is fresh and doesnt die soon as you get home and throw it in the fridge.

We really like this Walmart. We find everything we need. My family especially likes all the new Fall clothes for the new season. The prices are very reasonable. We had a great time!

This Walmart super center is not going to take you much time to get in and out with workers who is willing to take the time to help you with what you need. Easy banking as well. Security are always keep up with the same protection plan that is at the highest levels of honor to their department and store. I want to be able to tell the rest of the story of the man who is not a person who has been religion but I only met him once the days that he was walking towards me and my wife to buy us out lot stock cause hes has been disturb by us. This one man choice of 😞 many of lives in stake here for the generation who wasnt even born yet.

Wal-Mart is hard to get away from. I buy when I can, which is most of the time, but with 3 kids, sometimes if Im buying something that I can also get at Wal-Mart cheaper, Ill get it. But when it comes to decor I buy from locals or veterans! Still, depending on your location, this may be your only option. No shame in it.

This particular store doesnt keep the shelves full with the products I need, it happens several times,I have to go to a different Walmart to buy the products I need. And they raised the prices, I wish HEB was here they have better prices

Thankful Janette was kind enough to tape up the bag of items we were returning for refund.She originally stated we had to take items back w/us, repackage and bring back for refund. However she considered us returning items in same bag items had come in, in.Do request that Walmart consider doing away w/plastic bags and request its customers to bring in their own reusable bags. Or perhaps use paper bags.We need to save our planet.

Took 30 minutes in the electronics section just to ge an employee to unlock a USB extension cable. Not even with the superior calling for someone to open it by radio !

I should have remembered the first time buying bread in their bakery....bought rolls on Sunday.....went to eat them on Wednesday but covered in mold.....again. Baked fresh? Maybe the month b4. But its no surprise as the service provided is just as rotten as the bread. The employee behind the deli counter saw me waiting at the counter...as we made eye contact so it was obvious....and without giving me acknowledgement she vanished into the back. I assumed i wasnt being ignored n she stepped into the back to briefly attend to something. But the jokes on me .....10 minutes later i was still waiting. Hey! U saw me so extend me some courtesy n let me know your not coming back. Its called customer service at its most basic. Hey Walmart supervisors!!! Your employees are not doing their job because your not doing yours. Hey Corporate!! You could have learned something from all those Mom n Pop businesses you wiped out.

Currently has only 2 cashiers open for the entire store. This is an area that needs improvement. Many people cannot self checkout due to many reasons...not just technology handicap. I for one have lymphoedema in one arm and pins and other equipment to repair two breaks in my arms. I cannot self checkout due to my two bad arms. Please consider this as you continue to do away with cashiers.

I should have given it 2 stars. Every time I go the scanners dont accept your card payment. You have to be put your Card in about 6 times before it will work so I have started going to Target

Im a Senior Citizen and I needed help on my phone to order a part for my Oster Blender and the customer service desk clerk was more than helpful. He walked me through all the steps of ordering on my phone and we got it done in no time! Thats great Customer Service in El Paso, TX.! Thank You, Wal-Mart!

Worst experience ever. I love stores that have registers open that way the person charging you its the only person touching the station. They had absolutely no registered open. Not one. They were 100% self checkout meaning hundreds of people touch the self checkout and They dont clean the stations. Stay away from this walmart if you want cleanliness.

This Walmart is very easy to get in and out of and I can always find parking very close to the entrance here considering Walmarts are usually packed. Customer service is great and Im usually able to find whatever Im looking for which is great being that its a little over a mile away from my home

Most of the time you find everything here, but on my last visit for some reason the toy section was empty for boys toys and I was looking for 1 for my sons birthday. There really isnt any real toy stores in town ever since Toys R Us closed other option is on the web, but its hard to pick by just a picture.

Its not too crowded the employees are professional and very helpful they almost all speak Spanish which is awesome.

They couldnt loosen the lug nuts on my tires, which was odd but the shopping was great and the tires I purchased online were ready for pick up.

I did not have a receipt but they were able to see my purchase on my credit card. Very fast

Went to get my warranty flat tire repair. Turn out it was not repairable, so i needed to be replace the tire turn out they did not have the tire size for the car. So there suppose to accommodate you with a different one. But the store Mgr. ( PATY) said no way i would have to order one on line and wait a week for it. Mind you my wife and I are Disabled. So how are we going to get home? Lucky a family member pick us up. That is very wrong of the Mgr.( PATY) to leave us stranded That is why we bought the warranty for the tires. Also she said I would have to go to the original store I purchase the tire. The warranty is supposed to be valid at any walmart. This store mgr is very unprofessional, needs to get us a apologize.

3 stars because the store was alright but bought a salad that had rotten ham. It was disgusting. Yuk, wont be buying salads there again. Sticking to Albertsons.

This Walmart really had a very nice clean appearance. And the staff that I encountered were very friendly. I just wish they were more consistent in having the products that you need. One week they may have something in particular that you purchase, and the following week theyre out of it. But other than that I enjoy shopping here.

One of the nicest Walmarts Ive been in. It was pretty clean too! In fact walking in they had a motion sensord hand sanitizer station that hit both entrance and exits. I dont know, *I* thought that was pretty nifty in the time of a pandemic. It is the absolute least a giant muti-billion dollar corporation could do, and WalMart did it.I was pretty in and out pretty fast too do to the overwhelming majority of checkouts being self checkouts. 👍 Innovation.

Nice Walmart, however, we have experienced not finding common items many times. Seems with all the technology nowadays, keeping tabs on their inventory would be better than it is. Other Walmarts around us do not seem to have this problem as much as this one does.

This store is NEVER stocked properly in the beauty and care department. We have gone multiple times at different times and we never find what we need. They are always out of stock. THIS USED TO BE OUR FAVORITE WALMART TO SHOP. NOT ANYMORE!!! We are actually going to start shopping a different one. Were not sure if its management that is not ordering properly or the people that stock that are just plain lazy!!! Whatever it is its a lost for the store as theyre driving customers away...

They were doing some type of remodeling so some things were not accessible. They moved some things to smaller coolers but they didnt seem to be the right temperature....the chicken breasts seem warm.

They literally had green meat out for ppl to by. Last time there was a peice of meat with worms in it! Out of stock of alot of things.

Terrible store....lines a mile long guess they want you to self check which I wont.....just shop at Albertsons rather than deal with this aggravation.

Purchased almost $400 in merchandise and had to scan and sack everything by myself. No cashiers. No registers open. Only self check out. Third time Ive had to check myself out.

Its fine. Masks are not really monitored and mandated and not a lot of variety in meats and products that would normally be in stock. Not sure if due to current situation or just poor management. Very friendly and sweet cashier

On Friday August 28th my wife paced an order for pickup and she met the $35 requirement in order to do this according to Walmarts policies. We actually only needed just one item but she decided to place an order for other items in order to meet this requirement. She picked our order to be ready between 2 and 3 p.m. the following day Saturday August 29th. On Saturday, 3pm, she had not received any notification that the order was ready for pick up. She decided to follow up and found out that 2 items we had she ordered were suddenly out of stock . This brought our total down below the minimum requirement of 35.00. Due to this policy, our order was bumped off and we could not receive any of the other items. It is NOT OUR FAULT that these items were IN STOCK at the time of our order and OUT OF STOCK WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PICK UP. If an order becomes out of stock you should still honor the rest of the items that were placed on the order!!!!!...otherwise, you just wasted our time for placing the order in the first place. We understand the law of supply and demand, but as an online customer, I have arrived at your store PRIOR to any customer that shows up AFTER my order was placed, and we should get priority of your stocked items. Otherwise, it falls on the failure of your management staff for not keeping up with on shelf availabilty to meet the demand.My wife ended up speaking to someone regarding this matter. The woman stated that she would relay our concerns to her supervisor. My wife requested specifically to have a supervisory call back to speak with personally.....the womans response was, I dont think they do that. Well just go to Target then.......
