Great store and service. Wish dummies coming to the store would wear the mask OVER the nose, especially when you think essential shopping is buying one .99 cent item!!!! And you bring a small child too! Then breathe on everyone in the line and the worker!! Disgusted by the shopper not the store.

Good ol Dollar General. Always reliable in a pinch. Line is always 10+ people when I go.

The woman working here are the hardest working in the area, quick and poliet. They are grade A employees. But there is one male employee here, stocky, heavyset with short hair and faded dyed reddish pink hair. He has harassed women customers repeatedly, stared at customers far too young. And is rumored to have stolen from the register. The other day I went and he got way too comfortable, he leaned on the register, leaned down to make eye contact, got closer to the glass (in the middle of a pandemic lockdown in El Paso) and stared at me as I was paying asking if I missed him cus he wasnt at check out for awhile. He didnt say much or do anything but he gave me so anxiety just being a larger man speaking to me like I was there to hook up and stared me up and down as I paid. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe just checking out, this may be exaggerating but I felt as though I needed to run even though there was someone else in line. No one should feel Unsafe just shopping in a store. Normally this is a great store. With fast pace workers qnd wonderful service and help, But if you see a man with red hair whos heavy set and tan working here and you are female. Turn around and leave. He will possibly bother you or make you feel uncomfortable unsafe.

I didnt like the store was dirty 😕

Nothing was on the shelf which I wasnt expected there to be anything. The lady stated in the morning a truck will come with cleaning supplies and the elderly will have priority. Help the elderly out tomorrow here.

I say this place is a excellent place to shop, and also in need of food and I like the environment.

The customer service was fast, everything was calm and quiet, the store has alot of great deals for snacks and all of other stuff, just wish most of the snack offers that come up I can get notified (HOOOOTT CHEEETTOOS)

I stand in line more than i do walking around the store gathering the things I need.

Very Clean...Fully Stocked...Employee At Register Was Very Helpful...!!!

I visited 11/30 around 5. As i entered i was greeted. I then was asked by another associate if i needed help. When i was ready to cash out there was a long line. The one and only cashier had it under control. She greeted all guest with did you find everything ok. ? She was friendly & fast. Store very clean. Hopefully with the new layout it continues.

It’s a good place to get something you need fast. It’s in and out kind of shopping. When I go there the employees have been nice or at least decent. No problems with anything.

This store did what no other store has done to some students from Harmony School. So the kids went to buy some candy after school on a rainy day and the employees didnt allow them in the store. Their reasoning was that they needed to be in no more that two kids at a time, and they the even made the kids take off their jackets and their backpacks. So I understand that some kids go and shoplift, BUT NOT ALL KIDS DO THAT!! The fact that they are kids doesnt give anyone the right to humiliate them and treat them like criminals. So this is one store I wouldnt be going back, if you dont treat everyone with respect you dont deserve mine either. You see a kid shoplift then act on it,, but dont humiliate good kids just because their parents are not with them.A piece of my mind

Need more employees for store upkeep, cashier super friendly though.

It is a nice new store but There was only 2 employees working, 1 was standing there announcing she was on break while there was a line of customers, the other took her time getting to the register. The line of customers never shortened because they were worried with other issues.

Awful the Cashier who was s older lady was texting on her phone for 12 minutes while I stood there. I asked her what was the next step for the DS App she said, wait until i ring your items up! So i waited a other 5 minutes before she even rang up my purchase. I will not go back to the Fairbanks store.

As much as I like shopping here I hate that their sales signs are not properly placed on the merchandise. You have to keep going back and foward to the cashier to ask for prices. Then you must pay close attetion when they are marking stuff because sometimes it turns out to be more than what you expected.
