I am every jewelers worst nightmare. Ive never had a ring, I dont wear jewelry, I didnt know my ring size, I dont know how to make up my mind, couldnt find anything I liked or even felt comfortable. I basically didnt know what I wanted until I walked into Zales and met Ana Luisa. Mrs. Ana was so helpful and patient with me. She was able find me a ring that I feel suits me perfect and is so comfortable. This is my wedding ring btw. Im so glad I didnt just walk away or settle with something else. I would definitely recommend this Zales and ask for Ana Luisa

Grwat choices and prixes for the holidays.

We move often and this Zales has the best customer service weve ever received anywhere. My kids were being wild during my last visit and they didnt have to be so kind, but they were. It was wonderful to be treated well in a jewelry store as many places Ive been the sales associates have been condescending and rude. We love the Zales warranty service and they have earned my future business.

They have an amazing staff of experienced people which display the utmost professionalism and knowledge of the buying and repairing process.

Poor selection and priced high unless they have a good sale. Not on my list of jewelry stores to shop at again.

Terrible customer service. Over a month and a half for a resize. No answering machine, no store hours.
