Lost my husbands $3,500 wedding band. Might have mailed it to a different store, but we will find it . . . Not the first time this happened in 2019 they lost my wedding set too. Unfortunatly, we started business in Georgia where the customer service was a lot better, not to take away from how our situation was handled. It was evident that both the Ladies that helped us with the situation were embarrassed.Impressed we are not.
Having second thoughts about trusting Jared as my first choice of jewelry, brought my mom and her fiancé wedding bands (14K) and two days later the gold was tarnishing (black stain), I called and they said something about the person lacking vitamin K, lol sounds pretty interesting, never experienced this with real gold items before, might be thinking twice before buying from here again and probably will be looking into retuning this items that don’t seem legit!
I am very pleased with the service and products at this store. The Branch Manager greeted me at the door and assisted me with my watch needs. While I was waiting, Mss. Ceci kept me company to make sure I was completely satisfied and answered all of my questions.They all did a fantastic job, Thank you!

Extremely helpful and great customer service. Considering the pandemic, they are assisting customers on an appointment-only basis to limit the amount of people in the store at a time. All associates are wearing gloves & masks, and they disinfect all jewelry in a tray before and after handling it. These precautions made my shopping experience stress-free and comfortable.
Initial review based on a call. I called, mind you I was outside so the person that picked up the call probably couldn’t hear me well, but oh my was she rude, tacky, and inappropriate. Her comments were “ I can barely hear you, you sound like you are talking under water.” Ma’am what? Is that how you speak to a customer? I then stated I would try to call back. Before I finished my sentence, she hung up? Like excuse me? Ma’am you lack training and you need to take a course or two or even three on customer service!
I’ve always loved Jared’s. Between the quality jewlery to the professional staff, I always have a fun experience. Even if I’m just dropping off for repairs or services. I love how John, the manager, can either see a face or look at the jewlery and remember the client or the time and experience of the purchase. Everyone is always helpful but never pushy.
I had an AMAZING experience at the Fountains location! Cecy assisted me and she was just FABULOUS! Cecy had the best attitude, gave off great vibes and fulfilled what I needed. My ring got fixed and polished faster than expected! Thank you so much!
They are very friendly and have the best quality jewelry. They assist you in a timely manor and answer all your questions completely. I had my wedding ring downsized that was purchased from them in 2018 and it was the fastest service with excellent quality work. Definitely recommend this place over anyone else.
Covid restrictions are everywhere, but this store is taking it to an extreme. My wife needed her ring inspected in order to keep the warranty valid. I dropped it off and all she had to do was pick it up. She took our kids thinking the max a pickup might take is five minutes. Try THIRTY-five! She had to leave our kids in the car due to their insane capacity restrictions. They have the doors locked and won’t just let you walk in. She had an appointment and was still forced to stand in a breezeway waiting on others who did not have an appointment for several minutes. My wife has PTSD from an incident related to our child and had a panic attack once she got inside the store and realized she was locked inside with our kids left alone in the car. To add insult to injury, she called ahead to confirm the ring was ready and was STILL asked to wait even longer, locked inside the store while they photographed it. After her outrageous wait to get her ring she had to then stand by the door just waiting for someone to let her back out. Locking the doors and forcing people to be stuck inside is horrific policy over a freaking virus. Jared: the COVID jail. So ridiculous and really disappointed that something we HAVE to do for our warranty is made into such a fiasco!
Very friendly staff, I have shopped at Jared for over 10 years. This El Paso location just as friendly and helpful as the others I have frequented. When its time to get the Wife something special, Jared is my first stop.
From start to finish they (Carmen & Frank) treated us with first class customer service when looking for our engagement rings (weeding band, etc.). They didnt oversell us and went above and beyond to get us our ideal rings. After looking in several locations I could truly say this place was worth the wait.. as the saying goes, save the best for last.

Poor treatment, we have been customers over 10 years and spent thousands there. My wife took her ring in to get worked on and ended up having over 3k in repairs made. Went to pick it up and they didnt have the courtesy to call and say there was a delay in repair waiting on a new diamond to come in. Two hours of my time was wasted to watch the employees wonder around the store looking for her ring to find it was not going to be done. Now a second trip to El Paso and another two hours in the car. All because they could not bother call or email us about the delay.
3 of us went there today after visiting the Rolex store with a friend that is a watch aficionado. The first sales rep was fine but the second lady that was supposed to show us Omega watches harassed us about opening up lines of credit and wouldn’t take no for an answer. We left because she wouldn’t stop. It was very awkward and it seemed like she was either desperate or just wanted to get rid of us. I will not shop there. I will return to the Rolex store because they were kind, accommodating, and did not pressure us or make us uncomfortable.
I recently went in and dropped over $400 on a ring. I’m 18 years old and I was asked if I’d like to make an account with them and DID NOT (nor was I asked with the words “credit card”) agree to signing up for a credit card application. They still took all my information and sent in the app with the information I thought was for my account. I received a letter in the mail today saying I was declined and it affected my credit store a lot. I think it was based on age judgement and the woman that checked me out probably assumed I didn’t even have a credit score yet. I work for a corporate company myself and work with credit card applications and membership signups as well and do not agree with the way I was treated.I do have a credit card of my own and I am educated about credit etc.
El Paso’s best place to buy jewelry! They treat you great and they have nice selection. This is the only place I’d buy. Get all my daughters Pandoras here. Watch for sales to save!
Customer Service is great however the actual merchandise is 4x overvalued and if you don’t believe me go get it appraised after you purchase anything. Great customer service but your definitely getting the short end of the stick.
My fiance and I are both military (we dont get paid a lot of money), so we were looking for an engagement ring within our budget at this place. We walked in, and were ignored for about 10 minutes before someone even spoke to us. Eventually, our rep begn asking what kind of rings I liked, etc. until we had narrowed it down to four rings, of which, I liked the cheapest one. The sales lady then began to drop little comments like Oh, she really loves you. Shes going for the cheaper rings! And was doing everything possible to turn my fiance and I against each other. We settled for a ring that was around $2,000 but the sales lady went out of her way to bring at least a $5,000 ring in hopes that I would like it. Um, no. After that, we were awkwardly handed off to a male sales rep and he began to down-talk other stores and explain why Jareds was the best... It was easy to tune out until the male sales rep got an attitude with my fiance and they began to go head-to-head. They treated us pretty badly and didnt understand that we werent spending a lot of money. So we went to Zales and found a better bridal set for more than half the price at Jareds. Dont even bother with this place!
Be careful when financing with Comenity, make sure the balance is paid of in 365 days. They will hit you with a huge finance charge otherwise.
Kays and Jared are a very shady company so beware!
Went in looking for an engagement ring and was treated rudely for wanting a lab-grown diamond for ethical reasons. The person helping us was not well informed about gemstones other than genuine diamond and continued telling me misinformation in a rude way until I left. You are better off spending your money elsewhere! Its a big purchase, make sure your salesperson is polite and knowledgeable.
Always very attentive and nice when you walk in. Everyone is available to help. I love Jareds!
Great service and fast
Went there to resize and tighten some prongs staff was very helpful and help clean my ring to make it look like new condition. was a little pricey but looks like they added gold not stretch the existingone.
First lady we talked to was rude. We werent dressed like a rich person so she assumed we werent going to buy and was very short with us. The second lady was a little better and we ended up buying our rings. She didnt seem very happy to be there but the rings were perfect!

Walked in to get my ring cleaned and the staff was wonderful. They even checked my ring to find that some diamonds were loose. They were quick about repair and adjustments.
Such poor quality. Bought my wedding set there less than a year ago and will be returning for the THIRD time tomorrow to have a diamond replaced that fell out. Of course, only being done because we PAY for a coverage policy. They should be paying, they are ones selling garabage marked up 1000% (probably more). Beyond disappointing.

The worst Jared I have ever been to. I buy ALL my jewelry and family gifts at Jared and we are currently getting ready to upgrade my 10k ring. I will NOT be giving this store my business. I have had 2 interactions with Norma and shes so stuck up every time. Shes very judgemental and makes subtle remarks and questions if I even bought my jewelry here...just bad customer service. Such an unpleasant experience!

Terrible customer service. Went to buy a wedding band and the staff members I dealt with seemed bothered to help me. I regret buy my wedding band here. We need to get the band ASAP, so I felt like I had no choice but here. Look elsewhere.
