Always has everything well stocked, neatly organized and friendly staff if they dont have what your looking for is willing to walk with you to view a substitute

The employees who work here are super unprofessional and not friendly at all, they are never around to help nor offer assistance or anything. They sit in the back where you can openly see them and gossip about inappropriate things rather than being helpful to customers. They don’t even smile. Prices aren’t listed anywhere. I always want to give this place a chance but each time it’s disappointing coming here. Armstrong is much much better.

I’ve been coming here for a few times now and every single time it’s a problem. first of all, they gave me the wrong shade of color i ordered for a client and completely messed up my clients hair the first time. i comeback for a few simple supplies only to find the door locked, the front lady giving me attitude and playing 101 questions with me simply to buy a few supplies, only to be rejected for business simply because i didn’t have a credit card (which is bogus, i’ve always paid in cash) not to mention the behavior of the manager on the phone call back lashing at me for SIMPLY for asking him why they didn’t accept cash. i was in need of last minute supplies early in the morning to fix that clients hair and now they didn’t want to help serve me what i needed..... bad customer service in my opinion.. i’d suggest going to armstrong on george dieter or gateway instead..

This is my go to place to buy my salon color products! I just wish they would open one on the Westside 😬

Always late on delivery orders for weeks. My clients shouldnt have to be rescheduled because of products not being available. Very Unreliable. Communication skills on orders suck. Wish they could get it together.

Cashiers do not pay attention, second time Ive been overcharged due to neglect. Customer service is rude, no Im sorry, no nothing. Going to stick with Armstrong, the selection is better and more organized anyways.

Nice store with plenty of space. It is for professionals only, so you need a cosmetology or other beauty license to shop there.
