Always busy for customer service I prefer CVS myself just my opinion

Good people a bit pricey though

Extremely bad customer service by the woman at the cashier around 7:40 on 10/9/20. The man who checked me out was great but when I asked to use the restroom the woman said she closed them already even though the store closes at ten and they’re public bathrooms. Clearly she just wanted to leave early and doesn’t care about her customers. I’m from out of town and had nowhere else to go. What was I supposed to leave my dirty tampon in the parking lot? Terrible customer service by that woman definitely won’t be going back.

Does Jewel in working the counter is very very rude. Give me the impression that youd rather be somewhere else

Dosent feel safe there a lot homeless outside asking for money & crying they need to do better than that

The woman very rudely would not let me use the public restroom at 7:40 pm saying they were closed when I have used that restroom well past that time in the past. Very rude about it and Im from out of town. Clearly she was too lazy to open it for me. Never going back there

Horrible store could not have been more unsatisfied manager and a worker were refusing to let me print my own child’s picture never returning here do not recomend horrible place and management

The CSR Luz, was very helpful, and went above everything to make sure I had everything I needed, I will definitely came back

This is the only drive thru pharmacy and the second in El Pasos downtown. Their restroom is accessible and available upon request. This establishment is generally busy with patrons that are traveling to or from Juarez, Mexico. There is plenty parking spaces.

This store is supposed to close at 10pm and when I showed up at 8:50pm the store was already closed. Why are they deceiving people and closing earlier than they should???

Now I am here at the pharmacy, I came to do a refill and the employee very despotic tells me, wait an hour, the pharmacy employees are always angry and are very despotic, they are not friendly at all, very bad experience. Its the walgreens at 302 S oregon st in texas pass 79901, its 4:00 pm .... Thank you.

The place is always very clean and they serve you kindly, the only problem is that sometimes they take a long time to assist you when you request help in areas with locked products.
