The manager went to the bathroom and left the pharmacist in charge, poor little guy doesn’t know how to do anything… he can’t cancel purchases, he can’t receive ups packages for drop off… i waited for 20 minutes just for him to give me my receipt!!!! I understand the body needs but if you know only you can take care of the store hurry up!!! And do not leave a monkey to do your job!!! I spent half of my lunch waiting there.

CVS is one of my most preferred pharmacies to go to Great customer service everyone in the pharmacy is super friendly and always remembers you front of the stores staff is just okay but I do love their pharmacy

The store asociates are always helpful and friendly. Being this is a downtown location the sales associates deal with a variety of personalities because its not your typical CVS...its the downtown crowd, not your soccer mom. So please keep in mind they are dealing with a different crowd when you post your reviews. Also you get what you put out.... they are always super nice and helpful to me. Those of you writing negative reviews may want to remember ..life is a echo.....you get back what you put out there.

By far the worse CVS ever. Hours from 9am to 6pm and absolutely no parking. Avoid this place completely! Always closed even though its supposed to be open.

Nice and clean with fast service

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I already reported the store to corporate. Their customer service is so bad it’s actually unbelievable. The customer is not right in this CVS. My loft is literally right next store and I will walk the extra steps to the Walgreens now and avoid this trash heap. Literally they have like two customers that shop there and they just lost one. Avoid this store. The manager is a joke and has been reported to customer relations! He also wasn’t wearing a mask which just shows how “great” a manager he is...! Lead by example? Go the extra half mile down the road to the Walgreens! Please!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. We recently switched our business from Walgreens to CVS. Biggest mistake ever. This location closes at 6pm. I was there at 6:02pm after I rushed over after work to their location because the one near the university did not carry the meds we needed for our 16 month old daughters ear infection. They were closing the gate when I ran in and when I asked if they were closing, the pharmacist said, yes literally shut the gate on my face without asking what it was I needed nor did he bother to say we can help you right away, after all, its ONLY 2 minutes of over time. It wouldve taken him a second to see I just needed a pickup. Off I go back home to a VERY sick toddler whos in pain for ANOTHER night. Thank you CVS pharmacist for your lack of customer service and compassion. Were going back to good ole faithful Walgreens.
