Slow, slow, slow. If you going to have a covid vaccine line and one for pickup have separate people working them. Same lady working both and its really only one line. 30 minutes to register two people ahead of me.
I would give this Walgreens Pharmacy less Stars if I could. I went to fill a prescription for a three month supply that I was going to pay for with no insurance. The pharmacy tect told me the manger said that I could only get a one month supply because state law prohibts 3 month supply. Thats ridiculous. I went accross the street to CVS and they refilled it for me in 10 mins. It seems like they dont want to work. They should have said something the day before when I left the prescription. This is why I dont go to Walgreen its always something. Its sad because I use to work for Walgreen and back then customer service was essential. CVS is blowing you out the water. You have lost my loyalty.
Awesome pharmacy WHEN THEIR OPEN!! Ill never have my doctors email the prescriptions to any pharmacy again, Id rather walk in with my prescription on hand, and wait for my Meds, specially if we need them to get well!
I made a covi test appointment w 2 days anticipation. They never called me to canceled it. I was late at work my daughter was half of the day off from school too . I was talking w farmacist s manager Mr. Winnie a bold guy. Was extra rude. I ask for the store manager (Roberto Alvarez)number. He just give me regular store number. Never never answer. I hope corporate can do something about it
Just spend 35 minutes in the drive thru with just 4 cars in front of me (almost 20 just on one person), got up to the window and not all my meds were ready (ok, I guess) but the staff was talking and laughing like it was break time! Really?!?!
I called the pharmacy on Sunday, May 2 at 6 pm thinking that the pharmacy closed at 9 p.m. The woman who answered scolded me for calling and was rude to my elderly mother who simply wanted the price for her prescription. I can understand she wanted to go home but she didnt have to be rude about it. She agreed to give me information about the RX but, in the end, did not provide any info. Big mistake taking my moms prescription there! Never again!

Customer service is horrible. The young lady at the pharmacy was rude and irritated when I asked her to transfer some medications from CVS to their location. She said I had to do it myself. This is untrue. The young women had no idea how to do her job. Poorly trained. Only reason we still have medications there is because the prices are lower for insurance purposes.Personally Id rather pay more at CVS for the great customer service.
I’m here from out of town for 3 weeks. Both times I visited this Walgreens I had exceptional customer service. I’m so thankful to the 2 guys who honored my coupon when it wasn’t scanning right. Also to the girl who explained the cosmetics reward program to me. It’s the little things that matter so thank you!
We went to get our daughters Christmas present at Walgreens and took her with us. At the check out we were trying to pay discreetly so she didnt notice what we had gotten for her; the cashier was so careful and fast that my daughter didnt suspect a thing. That was pretty awesome for us and made us feel that she really cared about her customers.

Please dont here for immunizations. The wait (even when there is no line ahead of you) is very long; half hour at least.
The worst Walgreens I have ever visit. The manager Jesus was horrible at customer service. He told me I can only use on catalina per transaction enough there is nothing writing on the coupon that the store printed out. THE WORST experience ever!!!!
Absolutely the worse Walgreens pharmacy I have ever had to experience. They have screwed up my prescriptions so many times that I give up. I have had to pay out of pocket for meds that were covered 100% by my insurance only to be told it was my insurances fault. This is bs. Im taking my longtime business elsewhere.
Bad service at the pharmacy. Not only one or twice, but every time. I have to use them for my moms medication. I get mine at CVS. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!

Ive had bad experiences with the pharmacy. They screw up your order and blame it on your insurance company. You might need to go in several times just to get one prescription taken care of. They hire people who lack basic math skills and who cannot listen to you and process information that you provide to them. Then when they realize they made a mistake instead of being professional and apologizing they just say your prescription was not clear. I only went back there recently because my hospitals pharmacy was out of the supply that I needed but it ended up being a huge hassle so I do not plan on using this Walgreens again.
