I took an uber here just to get my ipad fix cuz of black screen of death and when I came they said they dont do that here

If you plan on coming here just know the products they use to replace iPad screens are very cheap and flimsy, don’t let them telling you “ it’s under warranty” as you walk out the door catch you off guard, it only covers manufacturer warranty and they are the judge of what that is exactly. I would recommend going in person, when you call they won’t answer but they will send you a text asking you what you need. This is ok for the initial visit as they will answer your questions promptly but if you took your device and are having issues the person answering the text messages will become irritated and tell you to read your receipt, honestly it’s better to go to a legitimate establishment and pay a little extra to get exactly what you want with quality replacement parts.

IPhone screen repair in around 20 minutes, it seemed quicker than that. Fast service, phone looks as good as new, awesome. The place is set in between auto repair shops but plenty of signs to know where to go. Parking may be tight at busy times so arrive early.

I was very impressed with Joel and Carlos. Carlos did an amazing job on my Ipad. It took just a little over an hour and the cost was, at least, 40 dollars cheaper than most other places I called. I highly recommend these guys.

Best quality repairs Ive seen in this city. The fact that they repair your device on the spot is very important. They actually have all replacement parts in stock! This other place wanted to keep my iPhone over night. Yeah, right. Like that was really going to happen. This place is awesome!

DO NOT COME HERE !!! Got my daughters phone “ fixed” on the 2nd and on the 9th her screen went blank, brought it back and he refused to honor the warranty or just look inside my phone to check the issue . Due to a small scratch on her screen protector . Then I brought it to his attention that the screen was bulging out of the phone and could be the reason for the phone not working, and he said it could be that the battery isn’t good but failed to mention anything at the time I initially brought it in to get it serviced . I brought my phone to CPR and they offered to just look inside the phone before they fix anything and showed me that there wasn’t anything wrong with the battery, in fact my battery was at 91% and nothing was wrong with the screen on the phone only that he placed it on incorrectly! Not sure if it was on purpose or an mistake but either way he refused to check it himself .

Im so happy I found this Repair Shop. Carlos and Diego are so awesome! They work so well together. Carlos fixed the screen on my iPad Air while Diego repaired my iPhone 8 screen. It was a pleasant experience. They had me in and out of their shop in no time flat. A+++++++++ for the best customer service Ive witnessed in a long time.

However, I had to let the world know about the positive experience I just had at this location! My friend tried fixing my iPhone 7 and in doing so, made it worse! I brought my phone to El Paso iPhone Repair in pieces! They literally reassembled within a matter of minutes! In addition, they repaired the issues I was having to begin with. If I could give it a zero star I would. This guy is so rude especially when you text them. I didn’t answer one question cause I over looked it and he replied so rude to me. I also am trying to sell my iPhone 6s Plus I don’t know how much they go for and he mad a big deal cause I said $90. I went on asking him if he would give me a price and he said “we only buy to resell, and we can’t help you!” He went on saying he needs to “find out if you’re trying to retail, in which case Send you on your way.” Bye. This place is terrible! My husband cracked the screen on his iPhone 6 plus. I looked online and found this place. It seemed decent. I called, but my call was cleared and a text message was immediately sent to me. This should have been my first warning sign. When I took in my screen, it was fixed within an hour, the fingerprint scanner was no longer working. The worker had the audacity to tell my husband that it was his own fault, trying to say he tried fixing it on his own before arriving there. Well he didnt. In fact, the phone was working just fine, all we needed to do was replace the cracked screen. I even called T-Mobile and they advised me that the third-party must have done something wrong in the rewiring because that is the only way the scanner would not work. The worker said there was no way this could happen... because Im the old man working sure knows more than the technical support at T-Mobile. When I tried to text Carlos about the bad service, he did not respond, although he responded within minutes when he was trying to get us to go in as new customers. After 24 minutes, I sent another text telling him how quick he was to respond to me when he wanted a business deal. He responded within 2 minutes, saying I just spoke to him. He said he already explained to you that all he did was swap screens. If your home button didnt function, that has absolutely nothing to do with him. My response to him (I wish I could just post the screen shot of our conversation): Ummmm no. When I took it in, everything functioned properly. Including my fingerprint scan. And now the fact that you are rudely returning my text...instead of calling me like a professional...says a lot. It has nothing to do with him, but it has everything to do with your business. Itll be noted online in your review Mr. God Bless. Why did I say Mr. God Bless you ask? Because thats how he ends his texts, saying God Bless!! What a joke. I will make sure to tell as many people as I can how terrible this little hole-in-the wall is. STAY AWAY from this type of dysfunctional business. I love this shop! I have been going to them for years. They have fixed three of my iPhones and two of my iPads. The best part is they fixed them super fast! They even offered me lunch while I waited. They had one of their employees making hamburgers while I happened to be there. I wouldnt dare go anywhere else! Theyve earned my business for life.

This is the WORST place to go! First they charge you $35 just to look at the phone. They addvertise they can repair water damage. water damage repair at minimal means theres a short circuit of some sort which means you need to solder. This place doesnt do that even though its advertised they repair water damage. They only replace batteries and screens. Replacng batteries and screens doesnt fix water damage. Before I even came I already knew what the problem was. I researched it and found a video of exactly how to fix it. When I was told by them they couldnt fix it cause all the new parts didnt work I told him why. He said well we dont solder on the mother board. Basically they do NOTHING. He stated my stuff was corroded and I asked him to let me see, he said he closed it so I couldnt. I ended up going to a different repair shop where they showed me the inside and it wasnt damaged to the extend that guy had said. In fact one of the water damage indicators was removed by him and he claimed he didnt even do it..... the other indicator was white.. meaning my phone had little water damage and was shorted out via the new repair place! Dont go here!!!! They are not real repairs. They just replace parts!ALL STAR WIRELESS will actually repair your phone and thats where I had to go after I wasted my time at this first place.

I literally just left El Paso iPhone Repair and I didnt even want to wait until I got home to write this review.I dropped my iPhone in the pool, and I thought it was done for...Carlos knew exactly what to do and after running several different tests, he got my phone working again. I have all my photos and phone numbers in there, and I dont know what I would do without them.Carlos, Joel, and Fred treated me like a king while I waited for my phone to be fixed. Horrible experience. I took my phone to fix a screen issue and now the FACE ID doesn’t work. I called to asked about the issue and the gentleman did not even consider the possibility of making a mistake or suggest to bring the phone. Basically right away denied the possibility of taking responsibility.

I got a battery and a screen for my daughters iPhone 5 and its supposed to have warranty for a year I got it done in Feb of this year, well they forgot to put a bolt back on which in turn made the screen re-brake and now was making the phone split open, well now I bring it for the warranty and this man will not honor it, I have to pay full price again! I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT COME HERE THEY DONT HONOR WARRANTY! U PAY ALL THAT MONEY for him to say oh you broke it.. And that hed give me a deal on the two, I told him it should be free thats why we got warranty, and it was his fault anyway cuz he forgot a screw the first time...... Never again will I come or recommend this place!

I ended up bringing my iPhone to El Paso iPhone Repair in about a hundred pieces after I couldnt figure out how to put it back together. They managed to put it back together again just like Humpty Dumpty! I LOVE THESE GUYS! They are true professionals!

Horrible Service!!! My wife took her iphone with El Paso iPhone Repair (which is in a residential area) because the home button was acting up, he fixed it but in the process he damaged the connection from the battery to the mother board and the phone kept turning off and on by itself after that. When I called, it went directly to voicemail, then I got a text message from him asking what I needed. I asked him to call me back but he said he couldnt because he was too busy fixing iPhones. So I told him about my wifes phones situation and he said that he couldnt have done that, I asked him to take a look at it anyway and he said that he would need another diagnose fee. If you need good service and warranty, I recommend you look up Cherry Fusion, theyre professionals and are not in a house in the middle of nowhere.

AVOID THESE CROOKS! After being informed that I could get my iPad screen repaired for $89 and a 1 year warranty, I decided on this company. Initially I was told over the phone that it would take about an hour to do. When I arrived around 3:30 pm I was told by Carlos not till the next day since they close at 5 pm even though he would start on it right away. My wife and I questioned the time difference and wondered if he needed the extra time for snooping around. We thought this because we got a call from him about 35 minutes later saying he was done. Why so fast? I left him my iPad completely erased so nothing for him to snoop around in. So I get there to pick up the iPad and since it was on I assumed it was working. Not till I get home and start using it that it starts to cut off, no matter how many times I restart it. It turns on and as you start using it, it shuts down. So I call Carlos within a couple of days to tell him that the repair didnt work and that my iPad is worse than before when I took it to him. Although the screen was cracked the iPad was working fine so much so that I could still work around the cracks on it, back it up and erase my info. Now it wont stay on when I try to start working on it. So Carlos tells me the warranty doesnt cover this problem and the owner refuses to give me a refund. He says they could charge me more money to look at other repair options, (for damage caused by them). What a joke these guys are. Save your time and money get your repair at the manufacturer. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!

Netflix, were back on track! Thanks to this place, I can continue watching Netflix on my iPad. After a horrible accident, my iPad was cracked so bad, I was afraid to use it. I had no idea that it would be so affordable to have it fixed. A friend on mine on Facebook told me about El Paso iPhone Repair. My only regret is not knowing about them before. I NOW LOVE THIS PLACE!

They fix the screen on my iphone and 2 weeks later we had to bring it back because was not propertly install and the screen crak in the corner . We had one year warranty and of course they didnt wanna honor it . Unprofessional, low class and very rude stuff and owner . Dont go there, save your money and better spend a little bit more and fix it at Apple store where they have qualified stuff to fix it .

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I took my iPhone 6s screen to be fixed because they offer a 1 year warranty. Took 30 mins for them to replaces my screen everything was great. Then about 2 days ago the whole left side of my screen popped off (no provocation/drop) so I tried pushing in the bottom left corner and it cracks. I contacted the store but they did not answer because they would rather do all their business through text like 15 year olds. This is when they explain to me that even though it was a mistake on their end since I tried to fix it and cracked it, it was no longer under warranty. I paid $130 for nothing. DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND

I had just got a new screen from here and it was noticeable that the screen was not all in place so I go back to get it fixed or just put back into place and the guy (Carlos) didnt wanna do anything about it and laughed at me and found the situation funny he didnt have any other solution for me but put my old screen back and he was 100 percent positive that the screen was perfect Im very disappointed with the customer service and will not be taking my business here anymore and Id best advice to not go here and just spend a couple of extra dollars somewhere else and get it done right.
