Went in to make a payment on my phone, $70 plan and told the man its usually about 78 and some change with taxes, aaron insists that its 65 cause thats the most expensive plan. He takes my money only charges 65 I leave and try to use my device, of course I get a notice that its $5 short, so i pay it but end up paying an additional taxes and fees to which I originally paid. Super irritated that I paid those fees twice and it could have been avoided had I been heard.

Called first, thinking Id need an appointment. Not! They said come on over. Zero wait time. Was helped by Tony who was friendly, efficient and thorough. What a refreshing change. I was on the verge of leaving Verizon after visits to the Fountains and Zaragoza offices but Tonys service changed my mind. He had all my problems solved right away. I highly recommend this location.

My experience was everything I expected it be. Victor gave me all the time that I needed to understand what I was getting and how everything works and made me feel like a friend. He also extended his services beyond his normal work hours by let me know that if I need something pertaining to my relationship with Verizon as a customer, to feel free to call him.Thanks for everything Vic.

Ruben was very attentive and helpful. He patiently listened to what we thought we wanted and explained that we had several options we might like to consider. When we finally decided on one of the phones he had shown us, he did all the setup for us in the store including screen protector and case. In the end, we got a much better phone for a cheaper price and a better plan with unlimited data for $10 less than what weve been paying. In short, Ruben knowledge, professionalism and people skills are exceptional!

If I could rate this a 0 I would, this location was horrible customer service. I definitely don’t understand how y’all can work customer service but have no edict or empathy for customers. The manager “Fernando” had the audacity to tell me if I didn’t like the way he was or the service that verizon has to just pay off my phone and go with At&t. I was there to get credit for my activation fee that was not supposed to be charged by the manager “Edgar” but was never done. Avoid yourself the disappointment and go to another location.

I gave this place 1 star because I wasn’t able to leave 0 stars. I purchased 2 apple watches here and the associate charged the card I used for a higher amount than what I had consented to. And they did nothing to help fix it. Terrible experience here.

Awesome place and great environment while I waited for the reps to set up my new iPhone. They listened to my needs and ensured the greatest customer service I’ve ever received. The manager at the lee Trevino location definitely knows his products and I’ll defintiely be referring all my friends to him so they can get the best deals in town! Horrible taste in his football team (he helped me out on a Sunday and they have Jersey days) but very professional and excellent service from both him and his staff.

They added on device insurance without telling me. I didn’t find out until I got an email from Verizon telling me I was enrolled in the program. This was an additional $15 a month.Also buyer beware - they tack on an additional $14.99 for, “Set Up and Go,” fees. When I paid the fee, the sales agent just said I was paying for taxes. This is a predatory method of conducting business. Besides scanning in my device to activate it, the only thing they did to possibly warrant this fee was taking the lid of the box off for me.Make sure you go over each charge line by line before paying! I can assure you I will never be visiting this store again!

I wont do business with this place. I went in on Black Friday to keep it local and take advantage of their free powerbank with purchase. The asst manager, Gilbert handed me to sales Ida. I purchased 2 phones but she didnt have the banks in stock, they would call me in a few days when they had them. I have called Gilbert several times since then and I keep getting the same answer, still nothing so I request store credit. He said to call Edgar, the store manager, left 2 messages, but no call back. I called again and requested to CJ for Edgars boss, Angel call me and again nothing! Its now been four months and no one has made an effort to fulfill their word. The irony is that Ida attempted to give me a receipt as if I had received them, good thing I told her to write on there that I hadnt received them. Shrewd practice if you ask me!

Went there bought my wife a pixel 2. Had to order it because they didn’t have the color she wanted, they told us it would take 2/3 days. It took 9 days. We were suppose to get a free google mini. So we waited it was midway through June and I texted Gilbert asking where my google mini was he told me it would take 6 weeks for it to be delivered. Once it had been 6 weeks I text him again...with zero replies. It’s almost October and I still don’t have it. I had to call Verizon for them to start an investigation on if we would be able to get the promotion we qualified for. This store is trash. I wish I could give negative stars. They also want you to purchase over priced screen protector and cases and are pushy about it. I’ll go to a real Verizon store from now on.

The manager needs to learn how to be a manager. We had to visit the store a couple of times to get things in order with an employee. That was not the problem, we understand circumstances come to up. I adapt and overcome. But after the 4th visit, the manager sees us walk in, he turns around and calls the employee to let him know we have arrived. He used to greet us but I guess he got tired of seeing us at HIS STORE. Customer service is always number one.

I visited a corporate store at the Fountains and I was told lies. I decided to leave and I visited this authorized dealer and they treated me way better than corporate. I upgraded my device with them and they even installed my screen protector for me and transfer all my information from my old device! Thank you to all the Staff and the sales rep EDGAR!!

Nick at this Verizon store was awesome! My phone broke and I needed a new phone and was eligible for an upgrade, but for some reason could not get the actual phone at Sams Club or Cielo Vista Mall. I had been talking to customer care and they would tell me that I had a $00.00 balance but still can’t get a phone.Nick spent two hours trying to resolve the issue with customer care. In the end he got us Two brand new iPhones and and it only cost us $230.00The customer service was great and Nick was very understanding to our situation.I highly recommend this store and ask for Nick.

Poor customer service policies from A Wireless aka Diamond Wireless. Had to return 2 glass screen protectors because they werent the correct fit for our phones, we bought them because they assured us they would fit fine.Upon arrival I stated my concern and my needs as a customer. First associate tried to educate me on how I was wrong, gave me his high tech speel, and stated their policy on returning screen protectors...NO. I reminded him that I had people waiting for me outside and that it simply didnt fit properly and I had already been to a corporate store to confirm that. He then proceeded to trash talk corporate stores and made it seem like corporate stores and premium retailers dont work together.I wasted 10 minutes speaking to this associate and finally I let him know that a manager needed to be involved. The manager was on the phone with his boss and I had to wait another 10 minutes.When the manager came out, the same response was given to me. Policy of no return only replacement was stated. They wanted to replace it with the same one...I reminded the manager that I had people waiting for me outside and I needed my money back. He insisted that he would be unable to make the return due to policy. I asked to speak to his manager and he let me know that he couldnt give me his phone number (what kind of organization doesnt have corporate phone numbers?). He gave me his email and I immediately sent an email letting him know how absurd the situation was. Also I let him know that I would be canceling my new service completely over this matter (sorry, whats right is right, its principle).The district manager proceeded to text the store manager that it would be OK to refund the 2 screen protectors. The whole process took about 30 minutes.1. Its 2017, customer is always right (for purposes of increasing sales and overall customer satisfaction) is a concept thats been around for several decades. Time to learn it?2. You actually have a store manager that needs someone elses permission to return something? (Micromanage much?)3. Dont flood your salesfloor with employees thinking that is good customer service. Its not.....

Carlos Escamilla was a horrible service adviser/saleman... Sold my wife a screen protector explaining that it is liquid glass and the same cost as tempered glass. Tempered glass was half as much, and he kept pushing her into situations avoiding work rather then helping her. I wish I could give this guy negative stars. P.s. I found that liquid glass online for $13.00... charging $45.00 + after a military discount is ridiculous.

Was not greeted at all upon entering or waiting in the store for almost 10 mins. Was not awknowledged by staff at all, had to actually ask one of the employees if he was busy and all he could tell me was that he was with a customer who wasnt in the store. Im a veteran in this industry for 8 years and was absolutely amazed at the complete lack of customer service at this location. I needed to make a quick payment that could have been quick and out of the way and wouldve happily waited for full attention for my other concerns. The location didnt even have more than 2 customers that another representative was handling. I actually like going to authorizes retailers over corporate locations because they tend to have more accountability and better customer service and was waiting to ask questions about Christmas deals hopefully adding another tablet and another phone line. Really disappointed in this location Ill go to the one on Zaragosa from GoWireless MUCH better service.

There was only one employee working we didn’t get greeted and had to wait a long time before we got helped and there was only one person infront of us in line. The employee did everything he could to speed up the process but with only one employee at the location the customer service was lacking. Very disapointed.

Worst Customer ServiceAfter breaking my current phone, I found an old cell phone of mine and I went in to have them activate a sim card on it -- pretty routine stuff, right?TWO HOURS OF HELL ensued upon entering said establishment. I walked into an apparent HAZING. All the employees were standing around one employee, gawking and laughing with their cell phones out, recording him as he chanted something while the boss had a pair of scissors to his neck... cutting off his tie. I was in disbelief. Oh, and did it matter that I, a paying customer was in the store? Oh hell no.. They couldnt be bothered. One of them finally said, just pick one of us to help... yes I am serious this happened.Not only was there a hazing going on, but one of the male employees was trying to pick up one of the female employees. He failed.. had no game. Then the two female employees were talking about him, and then one strutted around asking the other about her clothes and if she looked fat in them. ( I seriously cant make this stuff up guys) Then they went on to gossip about their other side jobs like Scentsy and such and they make-up that they liked and their party plans and how much they drank AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF IN THE WORLD THAT WASNT A PAYING CUSTOMERS BUSINESS!!! All of this was really happening. From time to time one of the female employees would come over and look at my phone and try to tinker with it. The male employee... Ill name his name when I find the receipt for service at a later time... sounded confident that he could activate my sim card in my old phone and I would be on my merry way.TWO. HOURS. LATER,-- two MISERIBLE hours later after two failed attempts with two different sim cards, he decided that he was going to do me a solid and only charge me for $22 for one sim card... though my old cell phone wasnt working. I told him that I shouldnt have to pay for a sim card thats not going to be used when the phone wasnt working. He just couldnt get it to activate in the old phone. He then said, well... then you can buy $22 worth of accessories for your phone, like a case or something. I said, ITS BROKEN, you cant get it to work-- its absolutely unusable at this point sooooo.... why would I want a case?? So the genius then offered a power cord to charge my phone. I said again, ITS BROKEN, why would I want that????? I told him to refund my money and he plain out said no. He had not yet charged my card but he definitely wasnt going to refund my money. When I told him I wasnt going to pay because MY PHONE WASNT WORKING & THEY DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM THAT I CAME IN THE STORE FOR, he quickly snatched my cell phone. I asked him if he was holding it hostage and he smiled and said yes. I told him I wanted to talk to the manager.The dim-witted, country singing manager mozied on over (I know this because while his employee was trying to help me, he was singing/competing with their PA system-- at the top of his lungs SINGING, as if he was auditioning for the final season of AMERICAN IDOL)
