Josh our car sales man was outstanding on our car buying experience. We also had the opportunity to meet Charlie Clark and he took the time to introduce himself and ensure that our needs were being met. What expressed me the most was seeing Charlie walk around and checked on his employees and made sure they had lunch. You take care of your employees, they will take of business the right and professional way. I highly recommend this dealership for car buying needs.
Celeste was our salesperson. She was quick to offer her assistance,we showed up 2 hours before closing and she didnt hesitate to help. Her customer service was amazing,made the process swift and easy. Her manager Michael E. was also very friendly and provided great service as well. In 2018 I had purchased a vehicle for my mother and that was a great experience. Here we are in 2021 I went back and its safe to say their customer service has been consistent! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I was greeted right away by a polite young man who escorted me to the service center. I waited for a few minutes while other employees were just standing behind their service desks and an attentive gentleman who introduced himself as Paul entered the service area, immediately asked me if I had been helped yet and was extremely polite and genuinely interested in taking care of my vehicles needs. From that moment onward, Paul handled it all with outstanding courtesy and promptness. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I asked if my tires had by any chance been checked and without hesitation, Paul offered to take care of my tires, confirmed the tire pressure number of my vehicle and whisked off with my vehicle and returned in no time. Very impressive service with attention to detail. My father remarked, I hope this gentleman is making good money. He sure deserves it. I could not agree more!!! I stopped by today and Charlie Clark had a big event where they were raffling off a car. The atmosphere was exhilarating the vibe was so positive, I could not help but feel happiness for the family that won the car. I had never seen anything like it. There was so much commotion and excitement, the employees were phenomenal they danced to the music, and offered customers free food. But the most awesome thing is that I asked an employee if Charlie Clark was always that friendly and hospitable and she said she drove from very far away to work everyday because she loved her job that much. Charlie Clark is awesome like that all the time hes for real. And I believe it he seems like a genuinely nice person. God bless him and his business.
I bought my truck 2 years ago, and this store was cheated on my document, I came back to get my money back but they took 4-5 months to send my money back to me. NOT the whold of my money. And they said we will get free oil change, and wow…. Its free. But they alway let’s us wait 2-3 hours (I always get appointment before i came). But today, we got appointment about 10:45am, now is 5 hours already. But they have not touch my car yet. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND BUY CAR HERE. What becarefull the number when they do your document.

I’ve only been to Charlie Clark Nissan twice but both times super amazing! The last time was over the weekend and advisor-Paul Duran and he was so helpful. I ended up having to get my Rogue towed to the dealership Saturday morning and I was super worried because I didn’t know what was wrong with my new car and almost immediately Paul had an idea of what was wrong when he sat in my car. He informed me that he would get my car taken care of and have it to me by the end of the day and that he did! My Rogue was fixed and with a new battery! Super grateful to the whole Charlie Nissan dealership! And special thanks to Mr. Paul Duran! You are awesome! Great customer service!

Came in at 10:30 for my 10:45 oil change appointment and was told it would be about 2-3 hours wait. So after about 3 and a half hours later but still havent seen my truck yet, I went and asked the service advisor for an update, she went to the bay to check it and told me the truck is still on the waiting line so it would be another hour and half... They took FIVE freaking hours just to do a simple oil change because I got the free oil change for life when I purchased the truck from them. I would rather pay for an oil change and get it done in less than an hour. Whats the point to make appointment when you still gotta wait 3-5 hours. Such a waste of time!
Still waiting for my car to finish an oil change appointment that was scheduled to start 4 hours ago. What is the point of the appointment at 11 when they said my car was still in line to get into the shop at 1:50 when I asked for an update. I do not recommend staying and waiting in the lobby. Instead get picked up and wait for them to call you back. It will not be finished within the estimated hour and a half time they give you at the start.
Always a great time going to get my car serviced! The work culture they have is so positive and energetic. Paul helped me out with my oil change and he educated me on other things to be aware of as far as maintenance!! Super helpful, highly recommend!!

Diidnt have an appointment but was Occomedated and I really appreciated it cause I work 6 days a week at the hospital and he didnt want me to struggle with an appointment which I would have had to wait 2 months! Customer service was good but they said it would take 2 hours and it took a little over 3 hours. And next day I got a text saying I didnt ho to my scheduled appointment

Thats the Charlie Clark that we knew! Thank you!Charlie Clark USED to have a superior service department. We always took our vehicles there and were always pleased with service. Im so disappointed now. They dont meet deadlines or commitments. They dont provide regular updates. They are no better than Pep Boys in my mind at this point. We may try them again in the future, but were going to take a break from CC for a while with hopes theyll make customer service and satisfaction number 1 again.
Staff make you feel at home. The staff were friendly, respectful, helpful and made sure you are treated well. They did not preasure you in taking something you dont want. Even if you have an appointment its not going to matter you will wait 3-4 hours for something as simple as an oil change, anything a bit more complex will take more time and odds are not be done correctly. Ive had my radio worked on, brought in for a recall, then completely replaced yet still having issues with it when I bought the car brand new. This last oil change the tech broke a lot of the retainer fastners that hold up the skid plate they remove to do the oil change yet rather than replacing them they just put in 2 of the ones that didnt break to hold it up and left it as is.Only thing that matters to anyone there is if you buy a car or the survey they send, asking you to give them a good rating even if the entire experience you had was horrible.

Went in looking for a 2021 Nissan rogue, i was very specific about ONLY wanting that specific car. They didnt have it which was understandable, but they were SO stubborn on selling me a Murano, i asked for price for a Nissan and they brought me price for the Murano. I asked for a test drive and they made me drive a Murano. Its so obvious theyre being pushed to sell Murano Im definitely never going back to purchase a car from here.
Came in for a possible advertising opportunity for this dealership to make money but it is difficult to speak directly to someone in advertising or marketing. Was just redirected to a phone number to reach someone. They asked for my email and phone number, when I only provided an email they just replied with providing a phone number. Then why did you ask for my email address in the first place? Nissan always makes this kind of thing difficult. Oh well. I’ll try another Nissan dealer that will want to advertise their page in our group.

I had an appointment for a Recall and showed up early. The reception of the car was fast and smooth and I was later informed that due to being short staffed, Nissan might keep my car up to five business days until someone could look at it. I was surprised when they called me theee hours later letting me know they had my car ready!
Their services for oil changes are is getting bad … I tried to get a oil change on a Saturday they were full and was told need to make an appointment so I did make one on line and I thought I had it already schedule for next week for Thursday…when I called to verify appointment on Wednesday I was told that I didn’t have one….this is Sept 29 earliest available appointment for a OIL CHANGE was until Oct 12!I have that free oil changes for life as part of the deal when I bought the car …. But I rather take it somewhere else and get it done probably have to pay but at least get it done quicker than waiting for weeks

One should think really hard about buying a car from this place when the lifetime warranty and free oil changes for life are super tempting.....but.... 4 hours for a simple oil change, no other services, and made an appointment with the dealership, who confirmed 3 times prior to the day scheduled, but yet... it would be still a 4 hour wait for an oil change. They did let me know that they were short staffed. Would highly recommend that you think long and hard about buying from here. Because, with this lifetime warranty, service has to be conducted here, otherwise the warranty would get voided. And they only have 1 service department in El Paso. Just overall not good service with these wait times. And what really sucks is I have to continue going there. 😕

Had to make 2 separate trips from Las Cruces to get oil change because when I showed up for the first appt I was told I would still have a three to four hour wait so wasnt too happy about then was told that my gas tank would be filled for free just like my oil change was but nope didnt get that either dont even get me started on how the whole shopping and purchasing the car fiasco went . Overall not happy at all

This review is strictly for the Service Dept.I bought my Nissan with Rudolph Honda..but since Day 1Charlie Clark Nissan has been top tier customer service.Paul Duran yall this man does everything to make sure that you get treated right.I know dealerships get a bad rep for selling you what you dont need..... Ive never once gotten that feeling here.Even if I go in for just a carwash Paul and the other guys there make you feel like youre familyAlways happy to see you. They always tell you whats what and they never oversell or try to get you what you dont need.The service dept for this location is 10-star worthy.They even send you out surveys and they deserve nothing short of perfect on those surveys.Mine unfortunately expired (completely my fault) but might as well do some good here.Yall if you have a Nissan... Even if you didnt buy it with them. Take your car here. Take it to Paul! Cuz Im telling you itll be done correctly every single time.
I love this dealership, bought our car here, service is excellent. Every employee is nice. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is that, we rented a car, scheduled to pick it up today and Ive been here 45 minutes waiting for rental person to finish with another client but 45 minutes???
This day I had an appointment for my vehicle to have just an oil change, with appointment it took 3hrs for my car to be done and that was without the car wash, it was ridiculous how long it took, while I was waiting I saw 3 customers walking in without an appointment and they were dismissed before me with both oil change and car wash.This time I wasnt to pleased with the time waiting.I dont get why they say its only by appointment and they take walk ins before appointment
Came in for an oil change at 7:52 am, drove from Joe Battle and Edgemere, was asked if I had an appointment, informed service I didn’t because I wasn’t aware about appointments being made.Service rep stated, they began scheduling appointments four or five months ago and since I didn’t have an appointment, it would take 4-5 hours to complete the service.If I had known, I would’ve made an appointment for it to be worth the trip from the opposite of the city. Instead of wasting a Saturday morning.

The customer service is exemplary! The time wait needs to be addressed!!! I have to say the service people are definitely accommodating to the customer, BUT.....NO ONE should have to wait 2 to 5 hours for a oil change and a tire rotate and balance.That is unexeceptable service, and the expectation for any customer to wait or make arrangements for a full day to have those minor things done is quite frankly Ridiculous!!!! It makes your customer want to find better services. No matter how good the customer service is, if you cant take care of the customers needs in an customary time frame, it will leave them no choice but to find better service. I know Im not important, but many customers who experience the same as I did, will affect your business.

Since they “only” accept appointments for service, you need to know someone to have a service.. not even a good, is unbelievable that for a oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours ..first need to schedule a service 2 weeks before, then appointment was at 7:00 am, the shuttle begin to work at 8 am. Returned at 10:30 am just to see the vehicle still in service .is not worth 4 hours of time for any person for this kind of “service “Charlie Clark please stop to announce the free oil change you cannot handle the service .

Just need an Oli Change they only do appointments. Which I thought it was a good Idea to avoid long waits. I was schedule for an appointment at 7am I get here 6:45 there was already a long line. I asked the wait time they said 1.5 hours. I decided to wait. Long story short its almost 11am still here. I just wish they would just let me know it was gonna take long i could gone to work and come back later.
Please don’t waste your time coming here the mechanics don’t care about your vehicle they will mistreat it, they really need to fire everyone and get better staff including the gm of that place, because he’s not helpful at all when it comes to his workers mistreating my vehicle he claims they didn’t but clearly on the cameras they slammed down my hood they don’t care they break parts, and they don’t wanna be liable for it honestly i trust anyone else to do my work on my truck then Charlie clark Nissan employees i can’t believe that a big dealership like them can have such terrible service i watched them first hand mistreat my vehicle it’s funny how they do business don’t buy a car from them, or if you do don’t take it over there because of the “free oil changes” take it somewhere else where your car is will get treated right after all you did buy a car not to get ruined. hopefully this helps someone else go somewhere else because these people are ridiculous and the manager at services has no clue what’s going on he really doesn’t care about any issues
Best customer service! the sales Agent Luis was helpful, polite, honest and made my experience great. I am usually not a fan of sales agents but Luis changed my mind. The overall purchase process was easy, and fast. They helped me get the car for the price I wanted and trade in was fair. They did not try to nickel or dime me. Even the finance manager was extremely helpful. I would buy from this company again.
We had an appointment at 9:15 am for a recall check and Oil Change, we didnt get our car back until almost 1:00 pm.... almost 2 hours for the oil change and 15 minutes just to do a tie rod inspection.... its almost not worth the free oil change and inspection if youre going to spend all morning there.... not happy at all Of how long it took to do this.
Staff is courteous & polite. Its great to have a large area to wait while your vehicle gets serviced.

Charlie Clark Nissan has always treated me with respect and the people working there are always incredibly helpful. Today, I needed an oil change and it was the first time I was going to request one since buying my new car. As soon as I got to the dealership I was directed immediately by employees to the service area so I had no chance of getting lost. Richard Murphy came out to help me right away and I was able to drop my car off and relay any concerns I had very right away. It was so fast and I’m glad I didn’t have to wait around. When my car was ready Rick told me that my car had been checked thoroughly, all the fluids refilled, and my oil changed. My car was also washed and vacuumed which was a great touch which I really appreciated. I was nervous to take my car back the the dealership, but the staff made me so comfortable I feel great about going back.
I took my Nissan to get some work done. I bought this car 4 years ago in Austin at a mom and pop used car dealership and it is now 8 years old. Still, the customer service reps working in the Service department were excellent, took my car in no problem, fixed it the same day and the car was WASHED AND CLEAN. They never tried to sell me something and were completely focused on helping me out with my car. IN FACT they saved me money by changing my cars oil for $20 less than if I took it to a lube shop and never charged for the car wash. I would definitely come here again. Thank you Nissan!!

Horrible experience with the Sales Manager BRIAN ANDRADE. I felt he did not care much to sell me a vehicle. He ran my info and the first bank to say no he went off by that. Rude service by the Sales Manager he kept saying he has 30 years like if it matters. Made false promise that my cosigner would help my chances and he came back to the table for a signature just to bring down my cosigners credit by running it. And still he came back and said no bank wants to loan to us. Thanks BRIAN ANDRADE hopefully your coworkers don’t follow your lead to do the minimum to get by for the day.
It was a nice time there at Charlie Clark while Mr. Torres was so nice and friendly. While I waited I drank coffee and ate a sweet bread. Then after awhile I ate some popcorn. It had been such a while, I had not eaten that good popcorn. Mr . Torres came and got me, when my car was ready.I was happy and had a wonderful morning.
The worst service call I ever had. Paul Beltran never contacted me to let me know the status of my vehicle. It stayed 3 days in the service department and come out with a non sense answer when I asked him whats wrong with the transmition. I hope he is not using the same attitude with all the customers. I am putting one star because is not letting me post cero stars

As expected from any dealership service. Busy and you better bring lunch if you’re going to stick around. I’ve never been in and out within 30 to 45 min from any dealership. It’s always going to be a couple of hours or more.At least at Charlie Clark Nissan they provide good coffee, cold water, popcorn and some fresh sweet bread.

Overall my experience at Charlie Clark Nissan was very good. My salesperson, Robert, was exceptional. He spoke honestly and was able to answer all of our questions. We did not feel pressured into buying this vehicle. The asking price on this new vehicle was very competitive. We also had a fairly complicated trade in with 2 vehicles which was handled professionally. The only real negative with the experience was that the process literally took 9 hours at the dealership. In their defense they were having some computer issues which did slow everything thing down but we still felt the length of time to complete the deal was very excessive. Additionally, their location is very modern, clean and professional looking, but the music playing was extremely loud to the point that it was often difficult to hear what was being said. Overall, the experience was good and we are happy with the vehicle and we would recommend Charlie Clark Nissan.
Im not sure which was worst... Everyday, for 3 days, a different manager telling me they need a day to figure out how to proceed with the purchase, and then completely acquiesce on their commitment. Or, later learning that the salesman (whom I wont disclose), the finance agent (whom I wont disclose), and the sales manager, straight up lied, regarding the procedures they took to make this sale. Lesson learned. It smells like this dealership may have some dirty diapers regarding their business practices.
I purchased a new car from there about 2 years ago. I have gone to get oil changes and repairs with no problem and I’ve never had to have an appointment. I took the day off and went early for an oil change and the service member said I needed an appointment. I told him that I never had to have one before and that I drove across town. He said they can’t do it but only if I drop off my car which I would of been there all day! He offered to schedule an appointment but 1 week from now. Such horrible service! I guess it’s like any other dealership once THEY make their money on the sale of the car they can care less about anything else. I would not recommend this place!
My call to schedule an appointment for service was a comedy of errors.Call 1: Asked for the service department and was transferred. When a hesitant voice said Hello?, I launched into my explanation of why I called and that I needed suspension checked and new tires.........Aghhh, I dont work here. I was calling to schedule an oil change. :( My call was merged with someone else waiting to talk with the service department. We wished each other luck and both hung up.Call 2: Repeated reason for call and explained how I had made a new friend when my last call was merged. Conclusion, Telephone Rep lacks funny bone or sense of humor. Was again offered to transfer to the service department. After waiting though a long series of tones that I think were intended to let me know I was still waiting but instead sounded like I had another call coming in, my call was answered by a joyful soul who I seem to have irritated in some way by actually getting through..........Me: Hi, my name is .......and I need ............Joyful Soul: Uhhhhhh well let me transfer you to the parts department to see if they have the parts for your vehicle and then they can transfer you back to me so I can make the appointment.Me: You want to transfer me so I can find out if you have the parts so that they can transfer me back to you so you can make an appointment for me?Joyful Soul: Well, I need to know if we have the right parts.Me: Launches into an admittedly long-winded plea to not be transferred and just make the appointment, that a delay for parts was fine if I had to wait and that if they could not or would not make the appointment, I would be happy to find another service provider.Joyful Soul: Can I speak now?Me: Of course, but not to me. Easy to work with, i have been to other dealers (Viva) who make it seem like they are forcing you on a deal and when You disagree they dont treat your right. Charlie Clark was meant to be from the moment i got there and how they took the time to go over all benefits and features that would benefit me and my family. Great experience even inside so many activities to keep you and your family entertained as these processes can take a while.

Very professional and helpful. I took my Q60 in for an oil change and their level of customer service was great. From the first time calling with minimal hold time, to the on-time shuttle service. They also set the right expectations for my vehicle to be ready so overall, I am pleased with Infiniti and Charlie Clark.
Gotta say the place has great Service Department and Maintenance Department. My truck was quickly taken in by Richard Little Richard, who met me with great customer service and clean neat appearance. He also did a excellent by keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle.So I give them a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review.As far for the facility it was very loud and seemed like the everyone was getting the morning started. Just had to suggest to the customer service that there were beer bottles in the parking lot and in the beds of some of the new vehicles. That they should have the salesman walk the lot before they get out and sell. And to this 3 stars.Other than that flaw good place, nice vehicles. Just tighten the shot group.
4 and a half hours for an oil change, kind of defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Great staff, but the wait times is unreal
Extremely disappointed and annoyed from this place bought a 2018 maxima was missing parts on the door panel of the rear passenger side which are the bracket, screws, covers and the plate you step in when you step in. Sales man had told me not to worry they’ll order them and get them installed now I see that was just to get the sale and have me take the car. This was back in March salesman kept telling me nothings came in told me to talk to the service advisors to see if they know anything. They didn’t but the guy said he’ll look at it and have them ordered I was like great. They placed the order for the parts. Months go buy no call so I decided to call and ask they told me they’ve been here the people that had helped me didn’t work there anymore so I guess no one decided to call in their absence. Finally went to get them installed and they only got the plate for the bottom of the door. They have no communication whatsoever and salesman tell you and promise anything to get sale. Decided to order myself and install them myself.

I would highly recommend using Clark Nissan for services to your vehicle. The staff members were very professional and helpful. Rick especially took great care of me while my car was being serviced. I went in for an oil change, alignment, and to update recalls on my vehicle. The service took around 3 hours to complete and I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. They provided shuttle services to my home. Highly recommend!!!
Charlie Nissan experience was a great one. They treated us great. The sales person was very helpful. The place was lively, not dead like in other places we had gone to. Cant say enough good things about Chalie Nissan. We will recommend thus place to our friends and family.
Trying to purchase a vehicle.I have been communicating with the sales person back and forth, finally made my decision to go over to Clark Nissan went to the trouble of asking for someone to take me, I called back to make sure I got everything right and the information correctly on guarantees, cashier check for down payment etc. Waited and waited and no response. Finally the person that was going to take me give up on them.What going on? Unprofessional sales personnel.
Really disappointed on the fact that i had been waiting close to a month for a oil change, i had to be rescheduled because I was told 4 guys quit the night before and they could not service my truck.... ok I get it.... but a courtesy call the morning of the appointment could of been really nice instead of me driving 40 miles amd canceling my plans.. smh ... sad

They did great. Brought car to me for a test drive. The initial paperwork done from home.. they came to the house to do the audit for my trade in. But they were very accommodating, helpful, resourceful, friendly. Luis, the salesman, was great and so was Jose, the finance manager. Only thing missing was the pan dulce at the Joe Battle location. But they were awesome.
I took my 2020 Nissan Versa in for services and they were able to help me and get my car in and be done within an hour and a half. I have been to other dealerships where my car would just sit for hours no one would tell me anything. Crystal was my service advisor and she was so sweet and helpful. Her manager Frank was also kind and helpful...this was the best experience dealing with a dealership especially in the service department. This is the only dealership that I will go to for my car!!!!

I actually wanted to wait a full year before writing a review. But the service has been so excellent I had to come on here and write one sooner. When making such a large purchase youre hoping that the dealership stands by what they say. They do here from top to bottom its been an excellent experience. But Ive been most impressed with the service department after the final sale its been excellent customer service always willing to go the extra mile for their customers Rick is an amazing guy very friendly and nice. Little Richard was informative as well as professional. Stated that they were going to perform an oil change as well as a wash. And took me inside to wait and let me know 30 minutes before hand that my car was almost ready.
