Its not every day you find an honest Salesman. I happened to find one in Erik Sanchez at Fox Acura. I called in asking for specific features that my wife wanted. Erik answered the phone. He immediately got to work in finding every single thing and more for us. He sent us videos and when we were ready to see the vehicles in person, he had them ready at the front door for us to view. He wasnt pushy and understood we couldnt buy on the first day as we were closing on out house. And talk about product knowledge! The guy knew everything about the car! He even spent an extra hour with my wife after we purchased teaching her how to use the features. I couldnt have asked for a better Salesman. Ask for him when you go buy a vehicle. Seriously. Hes very open, honest and transparent, but is also on your side when negotiating.

We drove our brand new Acura MDX to El Paso to visit our son. The car was great until the sunroof wouldnt close. We needed to drive home to Denton TX the next day, and David at Fox Acural told us to bring the car in at 3PM to see if they could fix whatever was wrong or at least close the sunroof for our drive home. Janeth in service was fantastic about giving us status updates. Unfortunately, our issue was major and would require parts being ordered, and we had to be back in Denton by Friday. Janeth gave all the necessary info to our dealer in Grapevine TX. Even though the sunroof couldnt be fixed, Fox Acura went above and beyond in letting us bring the car in and then spending a few hours working on it. Its very unfortunate that weve encountered this issue in an MDX that only had about 600 miles on it before driving to El Paso, but thats not the fault of any dealership. So we can only thank Fox Acura for everything they did. Thats why they are 5 stars!

Came in to get 2 keys cut and programed for my TL-S, price was surprisingly less than other places Ive looked and it was done in about 30 minutes! Staff was friendly and attentive. I had an issue where one of the keys would not activate the drivers memory function when I got my car back but after I mentioned this the staff immediately took the vehicle back and had it resolved in 10 minutes and even took the time to show me that it was fixed. Janeth really went the extra mile and I felt very accommodated throughout the process.

I, unlike other customers, did not have a good experience with Fox Acura. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, five point inspection, and tire rotation, I was told my vehicle was ready at about 1:15 and all that was recommended was a new air filter. At approximately 2:30 I am notified my tire is damaged and I need a new tire. Somehow, this was missed during my five point inspection AND tire rotation. I was given multiple stories as to what happened and how it was missed. I spoke to the manager who refused to acknowledge why I was upset over the situation. As I explained to him, it was not about the tire but the fact everyone gave me a different explanation and yet I was expected to believe they serviced my vehicle. I was told well you didnt catch it either correct, just like I did not realize I needed a new air filter. Thats why I PAY them to catch these things and they somehow miss a gash and the fact I need a whole new tire yet call me to replace the air filter? I informed the manager I would just handle the situation myself and add my experience to their review and survey, his response well the rest of our reviews speak for themselves. He proceeded to tell me how everyone has a great experience there and again dismissed my situation. When I pick up my vehicle I ask to see the photographs they had of my tire and ask if my tires were rotated, I am again told yes. When I question why my damaged tire is in the exact same spot as originally pictured I am told oh we only rotated three tires. You rotated my tires and still missed a giant gash and why would you only rotate three? Sadly, they are the only Acura in El Paso. Oh, and lets not forget my work order says all my tires are bad and the red is marked for them. Also it says my left rear tire is damaged (that wasnt the damaged tire). I would double check your vehicle because they are either scam artist or incompetent.

Went in for a quick service. I was greeted immediately and guided to the waiting area. Snacks and drink were available. Service took less than an hour and even came with a complimentary multi point inspection and car wash.

I have a dead battery on warranty. I get to the service department before 5:00 PM and all the technicians are gone for the day! Don’t advertise a 6:00 PM closing time if you can’t assist a customer before 5:00. Thanks for nothing, Acura Service department!

Thank you to Jessica Rojas and Juan Ortiz for the excellent customer service they provided to me during my visit to El Paso. I drove in from San Antonio on June 10th and my AC was not cooling properly. I made an on-line appointment for the following day but I did not correctly specify the issue I was having with my ILX. Regardless of my error, Jessica was very friendly and professional about getting my issue resolved. Juan Ortiz quickly offered to work on my AC and got my AC working properly within a couple of hours. Thanks to them I was able to make my trip back San Antonio in comfort!

SHADY SHADY. I purchased my Acura from Clayton Jones and the finance with Sonny. I should have paid more attention but after being at the dealership for hours I just wanted to leave. Now reviewing my contact they claim to give me a rebate and dealer credit when in reality the amount they applied as the rebate and dealer credit is the amount I paid down on the car! No rebate was ever given to me as my contract states.

When I call because I had a flat tire with a nail I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Scott here in El Paso he immediately took care if my problem was very concerned said if I needed anything they were there for me he sent a girl to see my tire at my home about 7:00 pm she checked my tire and call Scott and told him I needed a tire I spoke with Scott and told him that when I bought my car last here I got extra coverage he looked me up and yes I had it told me if I could take it to him and they would fix it I had someone drop it off and I told the girl from there that I needed someone to take it to my job in which they did the only thing I don’t like is your Carwash they always do a bad job thanks

Fantastic customer service and I would certainly buy here again!I had reached out to Clayton again after several months of owning my new vehicle. I had concerns about when to change my oil as I had no idea when it had been changed the last time or what type of oil I had in the vehicle. After pouring through the owners manual and still coming up with nothing, I reached out to Clayton. Within a very short period of time he was able to tell me when it was changed last, what type of oil, and when it should be changed again. I know he did not have to do this, he could have ignored me completely (the sale was over), but as always he rose to the occasion and helped with me which was something that was very important to me. I reached out to Mr. Acura Jones telling him I wanted a pickup truck. He called me later the same day and sent me pictures and I information on the pickup trucks they had in inventory. I made showed up the next day and he had my top two choices ready for me to test drive, as soon as I made my choice we knocked out the paperwork and I was out of there. I have purchased from the Fox auto team before, from Infiniti to Lexus and to Toyota. Those past three times it has been amazing. This time the sales manager was forcing his own agenda rather than taking my interest into consideration. I was told that we cannot be approved through GECU and that our only option was to lease the vehicle. My financial stability was never an issue, it was as if the sales manager was trying to achieve there monthly quota. I went to Bravo Cadillac the following day and I was approved for a brand new Cadillac from GECU who Fox Acura said I was declined from. Thanks for your dishonesty because we love are new Cadillac and you lost out on a sale.

I worked with salesman Carlos. Even though I told him I was just gathering information and driving to compare ride quality, he took the time to explain the product and test drove two RDX’s. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Wish I could say the same for the other new car lots sales people I visited who couldn’t even say the horsepower rating or gas mileage of their product without looking at the window sticker. I would recommend seeing Fox Acura if you are more of a technical buyer than say someone who just needs to know how to work the controls and where to put gas.
