Was looking for a tail light for my Nissan Sentra, I checked on the website if they had it available, they had two on their inventory ($40 and $50 ones). Called them to check if they still had it, they said yes.My husband drove all the way to the Far East side to get it, getting there, they wanted to charge $80.For this price we buy a new one, as the attendant told myself to do (a***h***). They dont disclose the correct prices.

Worker was rude, had to leave my toolbags upfront. All of their vehicles have been in really bad accidents. And when I found what I needed, had to go up front and tell him I found it. His quote was ridiculously over even the price of a new part. Save your time and go to pull a part.

The inventory on their website is up-to-date and prices are reasonable. As a woman I really appreciated the gentleman who helped me look for the sunvisor I needed. He drove me to a couple of vehicles so I can pick out the sunvisor that was best to my liking. It was my first time at a junkyard and he made it very easy for me.

At first sales people were very blunt but helpful. Found a great price for what I was looking for, being a female with some knowledge but no tools, it was a plus that the parts were removed from the junk cars for me. Havent tried the parts hope all goes well they guaranteed it, plus they had a 24 hour return policy but since I cant get a hold of my mechanic till over the weekend, they gave me a little extension. Plus they were very grateful for my business when I was paying.

I bought a transmission for $850 for a nissan. I ended up not picking up the transmission, the company didnt even move the transmission yet they charged me a $240 restocking fee. I dont see it right that they charged me 240 for nothing. I wont be back and dont recommend coming here.

I own Caveman Auto Repair in Carlsbad, NM which is @ 150miles away. I have done business with Andre for about 5yrs now. The engine in my 94 Lexus is from Andre. The transmission in my daughters 03 Camry is from them. I have also installed about 1/2 dozen engines and transmissions for customer vehicles from Andre. I have not got a bad one yet. They have very reasonable prices. As a business owner in a different town, It is difficult/expensive to get things shipped out. Also the engines are pretty well stripped down, ex manifolds, mounts or brackets that you would normally expect. When I decide to deal with Andre, I usually make the drive, bring the core, and pick up the part so if anything needs to be swapped over or is different I know right then. Otherwise I would give them 5-stars. I have never had a problem with a part. I think their was once I made a drive for a part they couldnt find. But I was picking up parts in El Paso for another vehicle so it wasnt a total waste. Like I said, I have NEVER bought a bad part, never needed a warranty reqest. Most of the stuff has been reasonably priced & low mileage. Their inventory is HUGE, although in my opinion a little disorganized.

They will say anything to sell at high over price. If you are not sure about parts or know a lot about cars I assure you they will pray on this. The arabic decent owner tried telling me I cant buy the one piece i needed of the car and interchange it, I needed to buy the whole piece (an extra piece) for more than double the price of what I had seen it new online. I asked him to explain and he said some stuff I could tell he pulled out of his ass, i know you can interchange and it commonly fails. He seemed so confident about telling me his BS, though, I can only imagine how many people actually fall for these types of lies. Its cool if you want to sell it as a whole, just say that but dont make stuff up. He then had the audacity to tell me I was wasting his time, im sure you can see the irony here. Damn clowns, i just ordered the part online.

I ordered a motor off a 2015 Ford Transit van that they had listed for $2,400 and they said the motor only had 23,750 miles. I went forward with giving them my credit card info so they could ship me the motor. Then the day they were going to ship it, I decided it would be a good idea to do a carfax report on the vehicle the motor came out of to see if they were being honest on the mileage. It turned out the last update on that vehicle actually showed 98k miles. They completely lied about the mileage on the motor to sell it for more money. I canceled the sale and asked to be refunded the $40 I spent on carfax which they would not do. DO NOT BUY FROM SHADY COMPANY!

Horrible service, spoke to a person up front to see a part and they wanna sell it to me with out being able to see it and we need to know if its the proper part or not. On top of that, selling a oil gauge thats brand new for 10 at auto zone and they want to sell it for 30. Then we tell the person there and told me then leave and buy it over there. What kind of personal do these people hire. Worst ever!

The WORST service! I am still waiting for my part to come in, they promised me a date and I am still without my tire rim plus they charged me an extra 50 bucks to get it “on time!”. No customer service at all! Very disappointed!

(Im a Disable Vet): This place should not even bee allowed to sale their parts to anyone in this city. I first called on the phone to find out if they had a part that I was looking for, and person on the phone told me that they had it, and it was going to cost me $20 dollars. After driving all they way across town, when I got there were two men on the front counter, so I continue to let them know who I was, and why I was there. Both gentlemen were not very helpful, because they told me that they never heard of me. I was very confused because I knew I had talked to one them on the phone. One of they even accused me of being a liar. Anyways I ended up wasting my time arguing with two men that I dont even think they are professionals. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. My impression of these people, is that they are going to rip you off!!!

Sold Us in an engine with a hole in the oil pan advertised as a running engine when asked them to pull another engine refused and tried to stop us from leaving with the engine that was already paid for and loaded in the truck then proceeded to rip our temp tag off of our truck so we couldnt leave their property and had to call the police.

Went in to purchase a part for my son’s vehicle and I showed him the picture of what I needed. He gets me the wrong part and starts yelling at me states “ that he is paying his workers more than what he’s selling me the part” if he would of gotten me the part I showed him he wouldn’t have to pay his workers as much. Very incompetent and rude. No customer skills.

Vatos mamones that is Andre Auto Sales, they are a style of Arab narco that you arrive and tell them it smells how much a cap of the wheel of a 1991 grand marquis and they say 250 dollars, and you go and they tell you ok ok mmmm 245 dollars!They are very good, mamones yell at you and think that they do you the favor or imagine the transas that are done there !!!! .....they sometimes try to speak in English to Mexicans and vice versa but they dont know how to speak in English or Spanish. they are so rude that seriously is much better to get new parts in certifit o u pull it junk yards also the place stinks like crap
