10/10 Great ExperienceFirst I wanna thank Robert in the Service department, very helpful! I went in for a recall on my 2014 Ford Fusion and everybody I spoke to was very friendly. It was my first time being to a professional dealership and i will say I felt welcome, and just icing on the cake they got it done the same day! Thank you Robert and Casa Ford employees I really do appreciate it!
This is definitely the worst dealership. Let me share the worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought a brand new car last year a 2020 Ford Explorer. About 3 months after I start having problems when I brake. I take it to the dealership and they tell me it’s nothing. The problem keeps happening and I take it back and they supposedly fix it but that same day I keep having the same problem. My husband takes it back a third time now very upset and they finally let us know it’s the transmission. It takes about 3 weeks for them to finally get it fixed. Fast forward to June of this year I go to the dealership to remove my warranties and I’ve contacted them multiple times to get an update to no avail. They keep giving me the run around or every time I call they just won’t answer. It’s been about 3 months and they told me it would take 45-60 days. If you want a faulty car and for them to add warranties you didn’t want go to casa ford.
Took my vehicle in for a recall, guy I spoke to said the part was on back order and wrote my number down and said he would call if the part ever came in, after calling twice about a month and a half later and being blown off, I went back in, and spoke to Mr. Tony in the service department. 10/10 upstanding employee. He was shocked to when I told him why I was there, and disappointed to see the first guy didnt take the right steps in helping me. Tony went above and beyond to help me and got me a part the same day (friday) and had it installed on Monday. Casa Ford, if you see this, give Tony a raise. Its hard to find good employees these days, and hes definitely a good one.
Im so happy with my new Lincoln nautilus and thank you to Casa Lincoln for making this transition so easy. I Want to give a big shout out to Travis York who made the experience so great. Travis is very knowledgeable and personable! The communication was great too. If interested in purchasing a Ford or Lincoln, visit Casa Ford/Lincoln, and ask for Travis York! I dont know about the sales but the service center is amazing! I bought my Ford in NC and it had a recall issue, Javier had no problem getting my car in and fixing it! They provided a rental for my family and fixed it quick. There was an issue a little over a month later with a motor mount that ended up being defective and they set me up with another rental and I had my vehicle back in a day! Javier and the service manager Oscar are the absolute best. Also the women at the cashiers desk are so nice and sweet. Honestly the whole service center is great they all make sure youre taken care of! The service here is superb! I originally took it to Shamaley and they refused to do the warranty work since I didnt buy it there. No joke I walked in and Javier had it everything set up and taken care of within 10 mins. I cant say enough nice things about the service center!
They will promise you anything before you buy the vehicle and afterwards you might as well be dead to them. They promised to fix an issue on a used truck I bought and now they have given me the run around for 4 months and it’s still not fixed. Lies and poor customer service. The salesman blocked my number. Go buy a car on Alameda Ave. you’ll be treated better and get the same product.
Really satisfied with the great customer service from the sales representative Mr. Raul Bustamante. There is a big shortage on inventory at the car dealers and Mr. Bustamante was always on top of it he kept working at it for a couple of months and finally he was able to bring a couple of vehicles from out of town for me.. Been doing business with Casa Ford for many years and I will keep on doing business with them..
ATTENTION FORT BLISS PERSONNEL, the management (Alfred Alvarado & Miguel Ortiz) at Casa Ford lied to my face and robbed me out of at least $10,000. If they did this to me as an experienced car buyer & active duty E-9, what do you think they’ll do to you? AVOID at all cost!!!!
The salesmen, Cody, was quick to greet us upon arrival and eager to assist. I didn’t really have any intentions of buying this day but Cody understood what I was looking for and took us directly to the truck I purchased within the hour! The entire staff was pleasant to deal with and quick to answer any questions. If I should be in the market to another vehicle I will be returning to a Casa dealership, this was my third vehicle purchase from a Casa dealership.
No wonder you guys have so bad reviews. Besides scheduling an appointment for services they dont help you. They care less about your time more than 7 staff of the shop at montana street dealer having fun talking each other and not able to help you with your appointment for services. Not coming back ever. again, NO LONGER YOU HAVE SUCH BAD REVIEWS.
Worst experience me and my family ever had in a dealership. Jose Rosales a very short guy from Casa ford lincoln was extremely unprofessional. I had a call with another Jose earlier where he was very professional in which Im 100 percent it was not the unprofessional Jose Rosales. When we got inside the dealership and ask for Jose, this guy told us he was Jose. We sat down on his desk and for almost a minute he did not talked to us because he was texting and laughing on his phone and in front of our faces. It was very unprofessional for doing that. At this point I was about to leave with my family due to the lack of respect. He asked us what do we want to do? I let him know that I was interested on a colorado that I saw online. He told me that he was going to see if it was available. He came back after a while just to tell me that if I already have a car financed in a bank I cannot get another one. We just left this place very dissapointed from the lack of professionalism in this place. Jose Rosales was probably assuming I was not going to afford to pay two cars. Im a software engineer probably earn more than you Jose Rosales and my credit score is very high and yes I can afford to pay two cars. Extremely disapointed from this place I dont know from where they get the name casa de los nice guys. If you ever go to this dealership dont go with Jose Rosales a very short guy. The same day I went to Viva Chevrolet and they were very professional, very friendly, you feel very welcome in that place, they help you right on the instant you go thru their door and thru the whole process. Afortunately I got my truck in Viva chevrolet. Casa ford please take action on this type of employees because they give everyone in the dealership a very bad reputation. I have recommended two friends to the place where I bought my truck in which they have purchased. I will buy a suv to my wife as well. Right there Casa ford lost 4 sales because of this type of unprofessional employees that looks like they dont want to work. I hope Casa ford takes action.
Worst car dealership service ever. Bought a vehicle over 2 months ago. The salesman showed up late to the appointment because he went to get his haircut knowing the appintment time. Then rushed us through the sale. Had an issue with the tire pressure light and he refused to call me back. Been waiting months on our license plate and was told it was in and would be mailed to me by said salesman and then never responded even though the messages show he read it. Managers wont call you back even though they say they will. Still no update on my license plate and had to fight to get another temp tag.
I’ve went to multiple places to see who would give me the most for my truck. Without saying anything, they offered me the number I wanted with no hesitation. Glad to have done business with Casa Ford.I recommend talking to Charly Rios for sales, or Marco Martinez if your looking to sell your vehicle.Great service, great time management and great coffee!
I took my truck for a regular service, and Sergio my advisor was very helpful and kind. Even though I did not have an appointment, the waiting time was reasonable. I received excellent service all the time. I do recommend Sergio as your next advisor.
Very courteous. Kept me well informed and did a good job. The only problem for me was it took Ford too long to send the parts needed. Casa did well and I would be happy to use them again. I would be willing to recommend them.
Honestly, I was taken care of with excellent customer service by Javier Mendoza. Everything that my vehicle needed to be repaired it was taken care of. Plus he communicated with me on a daily basis and kept me up to date. He is exceptionally great when it comes to treating people and taking care of the issues. I highly recommend him for his excellent customer service. 👍🙂
Service department was very clean and organized. Service managers however need more training. Nobody ever asked us if we needed help. They just looked at us like lepers. And when I explained to someone what my daughters vehicle was doing, they told us all transmissions shake like that. Its normal As a former ASE certified technician, I know that it is not normal.
Excellent customer service. Dominic made buying our F-150 go smoothly. He shared his knowledge on the vehicles that suited our needs and even stayed late to make sure we took our new vehicle home. Will definitely go back in the future and specifically deal with Dominic again.
Great service as always. The new renovated building is better for waiting on your vehicle. I wish they have something else to eat other than popcorn like cookies or some pastry. I like that on the old setting they have burritos. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are not that bad. They took 30 minutes to finish the oil and filter change. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership.
Extremely disappointed with the parts dept absolutely no help. I literally stood there for 10 minutes and two customers walked in after me and were immediately greeted and helped. Just because Im not Hispanic does not give them the right to treat me like that. For future reference when any customer comes in how about you greet them and ask how may I help you.
Jose did a very good job allowing me and my wife to test drive a used vehicle. After an exchange of proposals we finally agreed on a very reasonable sales price. The best action that took place was how Alex Aguirre found an institution to finance our vehicle at 1.99% interest rate for 4 years. A very happy customer thanks to Casa Ford and their employees.
Mr.Tony provided great customer service and did all he could to make the service experience great.Unfortunately, same can not be said about the initial experience when talking to the lady of the service department over the phone. My new truck that I bought at Casa Ford came with additional coverage for things like chip in windshield repair protection which was the reason for my visit. When I spoke with her in the morning she stated that I have to bring the vehicle in for inspection of the windshield before seeing if the vendor conducting the repair is available . I informed her that I had done so about four days prior, but at that time the third party windshield repair lady was unavailable. I asked her to schedule an appointment and she replied that she can’t do that and that instead I should come to the dealership every morning to see if the third party person is available on that day. I asked her to repeat that since I couldn’t believe what she had just told me twice more. Who the hell has time to drive over twenty miles each day to the dealership in hopes of getting the warranties honored that came from said dealership when buying my truck? This lady definitely needs some training regarding customer service and there needs to be a better system in place. I wouldn’t mind calling every morning to see if the person repairing windshields is available but to tell the customer that they have to be there in person each morning is ridiculous.However, after the unpleasant call I decided to drive to the dealership and Mr. Tony was able to get a hold of the windshield repair vendor and then they took care of it in a short period of time.Thank you Mr. Tony
Virtually no cross talk or communication. I tried multiple times over the span of a week to contact someone about my wife’s car. Every time except one I was told that the individual (Javier) was “busy” or with a customer. I would imagine that someone who was a representative of a brand as large as Ford would be more willing to communicate with a customer. If you really need work done on a car and prefer a Ford location, DO NOT choose casa Ford Lincoln.
Our experience from beginning to end was amazing! Most car purchases can be a tedious and a lengthy process, this one was fast, friendly, and informational. Travis York (Sales Associate) made sure every question was answered, and that we thoroughly had the best experience. We love our new SUV and highly recommend Casa Ford!

I am sad to do this review. This is the first time I take the time to write a bad review. A vehicle I was highly interested in was seen in iseecars.com. I did the interested make and model and it showed a vehicle at this place. When I went to the option to see it on the actual website (casaford.com), it showed it with the same price as on the iseecars.com. I reach out to a customer service rep and she did see the price mentioned on the website. I rush from my house in NM to the location the sales rep sent me to. When my wife goes in, the gentle man rushed and informed her thats not the price and they made an error on the website. Ive tried to show proof of the price and the website and still no one is validating the price. Also, I did a CARFAX and there was a recent upgrade installation to the GPS system. When we went to go inspect the vehicle, the vehicle has two CD players, which means they removed the GPS system installed. Its already been 4 days and the price is still coming up on the emails and still on the website. I have not made an attempt to meet a manager/owner. The CS rep nor the sales person have advised me to meet with a manager/owner. I can post the pictures here to show proof of what I am talking about.
Terrible customer service at Casa Ford Lincoln after sale is done. Trying to get a hold of anyone here is very difficult after the sale, but before that when you enquire information or you are interested in making a purchase from them they call you every 5 minutes. This customer service should be the same after the sale is done. Bought my vehicle here about a month ago. I was suppose to get a follow up call to get me a few things. 1. I provided my insurance to get may plates not once but two times and sales rep was suppose to call me with plate information. Nothing a month later. 2. I was promised a follow up on spare keys. Again a month later nothing. 3. I was promised to get the keyless entry reset to set up new. I had to continuously be calling until I was able to talk to sales rep and ask for all the mention above. At this point I did had another issue with the vehicle making a loud noise. I asked sales rep what was the process and told me to take it in. Did not ask me what was the issue but only gave me a loaner vehicle in a hurry since he was dealing with another sale. He advise me that a technician would contact me to ask me about the issue. 2 days later no one ever called me. I did get a text only from sale rep saying vehicle was ready. I asked was the issue fixed? No no issue found. Tried calling sales rep several times with no answer. Would only send me texts. I was given the phone number for the tech for me to call him. What a joke of customer service. After several tries finally tech called me back saying the loud noise is not an issue and that if I wanted it to be corrected I had to deal with the sales rep. At this point Im very upset and tried calling sales rep again. Once again no answer only via text. He referred me to his manager that never answer the phone for me. Finally got a phone call back and the only thing that was said theres nothing wrong with the vehicle, as far as the noise just drive it like that. Seriously? This is the way Casa Ford deals with customer service? Very disappointed as I have tried to get a hold of a manager in the leadership chain with no success. I hope something gets done about it, but at this point I highly doubt it. In my book Casa Ford is all about getting the sale and forget about the rest!
I recently purchased my leased Explorer. As of today, 30 days after I signed they still have not paid off ford finance and ford finance is telling me that I could potentially face a 30 day late mark on my credit because of this and to avoid it would be to make a payment to catch it up, even though this vehicle was current and this deal done before the next due date in plenty of time all while I am now making payments on it to another financial institution. Ford finance has rejected the payoff twice because they do not include the proper paperwork that is needed. I have not yet received the new registration for the vehicle either so this is no longer current. I have attempted to contact Luis Acero as well as any person in finance for resolution and the phones just ring, no one ever answers. I left a message for the GM Alfred and have yet to receive a return call. Does Casa Ford not care if they impact a customers credit?! All I can say is watch out if you try to buy out a lease because it will be the biggest nightmare you can imagine.
Mike has sold us 2 F150 trucks in the last 3 years and his professionalism and thoroughness has remained consistent and excellent. He goes above and beyond for his clients and matches you to the right vehicle everytime. I am always at ease with the buying process because I know Mike is anticipating my needs and has all the resources I need for an easy quick and easy transaction. I highly recommend Casa Ford.
Honestly I have gotten my oil changed here twice and this is the worst Ford service center that I have been too. The service people didn’t return my call when I had a concern about an issue the first time I brought it. I decided to go to a place back in Florida to do it the next time and the guy had to destroy the oil filter because they screwed it on way tighter than what it should’ve been.Now yesterday my husband dropped my car off for me being I was out of town. He called several times throughout the day to find out when my car would be ready and he just kept getting a voicemail and no return calls. He called the service desk to leave a a message for the service guy and to request for them to wash it, still he wasn’t called back. After I got off my flight we went down there to find out if it was done. It was done and the service rep never called to let us know. They brought my car out and it wasn’t washed. On top of everything there is a very noticeable scratch on my car that wasn’t previously there before he dropped it off!! Honestly I would just stay as far away from this service center as you can. I’ve received better service at a 15 minute oil change place!
Friendly and not pushy. Salesman showed me what I was interested in and discussed several different vehicles and options. No stress.
Dominic is the best car deal I have ever dealt with. He was able to get me in the car I wanted without the extra hassle, && was able to get it for me at a reasonable price. You can tell that he truly cares about doing what’s best for you. 1000/10 recommend!!
I called to schedule an appointment to test drive the mustang Mach e. I arrive at the time specified and the person I spoke to wasnt there. No big deal, someone offered to help me just to find that the manager took the vehicle home for the evening. The most valuable thing I have is my time, and for it to be giving so little consideration when I scheduled an appointment, why would I want to go back?

I bought a vehicle from this dealership bringing in my own pre-approval from an external financial institution. I would have given the dealer a 5 star rating had it not been for the sales/finance manager (Carlos) for attempting underhanded tactics to get me to pay a higher price than I said I would pay. Additionally, for a manager hes highly unprofessional and it took a call to the dealerships general manager to sort this out.
They are great people specially their technicians the only thing I find horrible is that they have to work in a place with no AC for them. It’s very HOT outside but it’s hotter for them inside where they work. Appreciate that they have AC for the clients but also care enough for your technicians so they don’t get dehydrated and something bad happens to them!
They cleaned my 03s engine, and inside the car in a timely manner.
Jose Rosales is the rep to go he didn’t let me go without a great deal 100% recommended his services was excellent thorough with the entire procedure from beginning to end also Alex the financing manger was excellent both of them make a great team made me feel welcomed and felt that family bond! Went in and knew the vehicle I wanted. Salesman Pedro Rostro helped me immediately within 3 hours me and my family were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted. This is the second car he has sold me and everything went smoothly, no issues, great customer service. Will definitely go back to him for our next vehicle.
Very professional and provided recommendations subsequent to vehicle multipoint inspection.Received an oil and filter change. I was also going to get a tire rotation but they did point out that the tires were 6 years old so I will soon get new tires instead.Great service. Reasonable in price.

Had an unpleasant incident happen with Miguel the appraisal guy, I attempted to speak with his manager and it was a fail, then I attempted to speak with Alfred the main manager and he told another manager to assist me as he was not going to. So I attempted to speak with the GM, he was unavailable, so I left a voice message and still havent heard back. Customer service starts from the top, and I can obviously see why the management team is horrible!
Great experience at Casa Ford. Was able to do the majority of the paperwork from home, and were treated very well once we actually arrived at the dealership. Alfred, Travis, and the team were attentive and took the time to make sure we were thoroughly familiar with our new car and were happy with the finance and delivery process.The dealership didn’t try to add in a bunch of extraneous dealer-installed options at an inflated price like their competitors tried to do.Can’t recommend them enough.
Plz dont sell ur car to them I have been waiting on my check back for 2 months now every time I go in the act like they dont have a check and then wont give me the money saying they dont have tilte yet but they sold the truck 1 week after I gave them the keys Idk y I cant have my money bc of no tilte but u guys sold it without one

Jeff, one of the service writers at Casa Ford, did a great job in handling a recall on our 2014 Ford Escape. We bought it used and got a recall notice about the possibility of the door locks being defective. We first took it to a dealer that was close by which turned out to be a mistake. All they told us was that Ford had disallowed the recall to be performed on our car with no further explanation. We then went to Casa Ford where Jeff explained that the reason Ford had disallowed the recall to be performed was that it had already been performed before we bought it. They then checked to make sure that the work had been done correctly, which it had. Jeff did an excellent job in keeping us informed of the progress and explaining the situation to us. On a scale of 1 to 10, Jeff gets an 11 as does Casa Ford. Thanks guys.

Went in to try and trade in my 08 Expedition that I got last year with 18% interest rate, I went in with low expectations thinking I was going to waste someone time. Travis York helped me out, got me out of that high interest debacle onto something newer and better, truly amazing service, he was not willing to let me go until he worked out an amazing deal, and way lower interest. I dropped off my truck last Wednesday for a very intensive warranty service. Javier not only wrote up my service order but he kept me abreast of the service progress along the way. My truck was even ready 2 days BEFORE the day it was promised! I would highly recommend!
Absolutely the worst!!!! I can never get a hold of the person I am calling because the operator doesn’t know how to do their job!! They never pick up the phone either it’s the worst experience doing any business at this dealership!!!
I have never felt this level of disregard as a customer by a car dealership. Four weeks ago I took my car for an ABS recall and was told it would be ready in two days, after one week I was told Casa Ford was waiting on parts even though the service department stated they had the necessary parts available. After another week or so now there a master cylinder and some other brake component issue promised to be serviced and completed by the next day. So here I am nearly a month without a vehicle and having to unnecessarily Uber at my own expense due to the incompetence of the dealership. I am disappointed and frustrated at the low level of service from Casa Ford. Clearly a need of customer service training and management involvement. Communication with the service department is nearly non existing. I also used the “Chat option” Casa Ford offers to explain the situation with the promise of someone returning my call by the best day; this was last week. I have other Ford recalls for the same vehicle and I wonder if I will have my car before 2022.
I went to Casa Ford to get my vehicle serviced for a recall. Casa Ford couldve been more organized, need to communicate better and leave poor attitudes at home. I should have told them, I might buy a car,,, just get better service... lol

Took car in for warn out terminal replacement and new battery.-When the car was returned there was a burnt hole in the driver side leather seat.-Had to take it back for that to get fixed.-A day later the battery was dead and had to get towed back to dealership.- Took a week to give me a cause of my battery draining. Nothing specific just a parasitic draw from somewhere but don’t know exactly so wanted to charge me almost $3000 to change out a whole electric system.-Almost 3 weeks without my car by now.- Had to take it to another Ford dealership to get exact answers and fix the problem.
Between Casa Nissan and Casa Ford, my family has purchased many different vehicles throughout the years. So we figured this would be the perfect place for our son to purchase his first car. He was not approved for a lot, but enough to be able to negotiate. In negotiating the price salesman Stephen Stophel sends my son a picture of someone driving the car my son wanted. He texted my son telling him they just sold it for the higher price and that he was very sorry he missed out. This was ABSOLUTELY childish and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN CASA FORD AND CASA NISSAN!!!!!!!
Worse experience ever! Asked for Air check for my new vehicle and Sergio Garcia refused to do it when it never took more than a minute to check the air!!! He asked me to wait at least 2 hrs!! Ive been in more than 20 dealerships all over the states. Sergio claims that he has a “policy” I would like to know what a a policy that prevents from helping a loyal customer!! So disappointed. Sometimes small things can do a lot.Also, last time I had an oil change there they gave hard time too when my vehicle still under warranty.

I am a loyal Ford owner and am very disappointed in Ford Motors. My truck has been at every dealership in El Paso, Texas. Casa Ford spent the whole time with the truck only to tell me what the problem wasnt. Shamaley Ford wouldnt be able to work on it for 2-3 weeks. Finally, Viva Ford figured out the issue. However, since the truck is a 2020 F350 the dealership is telling me that they dont know the part number since the truck is so new. I have been without a vehicle for a month now. I called the customer relations department at Ford Motor Co. and get the run around from them also. Not very impressed for the customer service.
Everyone in service, parts and sales were helpful and pleasant. I have purchased from here before and would do it again. Plus, Ive been satisfied with bringing my vehicle back again and again for the great deal - The Works.

Nolan was the first to wave and greet us as we drove in and was very professional and helpful. Although we changed our minds a few times, he kept his professionalism and met all of our needs. Stayed after closing hours and was not pushy and answered every question we had for him. Will definitely be doing more business in the near future with casa ford because of Nolan. We were on the road traveling. We called to get an oil and air filter change, they got us in and out in three hours including the 50 K service! Definitely recommend this dealership!

Took my truck in citing a speed sensor issue. Was told the issue was just because the truck hadn’t been run, but found plenty of other things that I ‘needed’. After a week with the truck back, the issue resumed and when I called and asked for availability to be revisited, I never received a call back. Wasn’t impressed with being unable to locate the source of something I could probably determine on Google and certainly the lack of followup after over 2 years of dedicated patronage here. Will be going to local shops now instead.Update: went to a local shop who identified the problem within two days and needed to speak with Casa about parts on hand or need to order. The local mechanic was unable to speak to anyone in the Service department this past weekend or they have not returned any calls. Downgrades to one star.
Loved the attention to detail Casa Service provided us on our Avaitor. Nesario always does a great job getting our needs met in an expedient manner. Very happy with the service.
Everything went well and they finished my service repairs quicker than they estimated it would take. They were very attentive while I waited and this gentleman came by periodically to give me my status on my car which was a great help and service. I would have given them 5 stars. I didn’t because I was offered to be dropped off at home and picked up if I waited in the waiting area, but nobody ever came by to do so. There was no coffee available and popcorn too because it appeared they were out of service. But overall I was satisfied.

A month ago, I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my car. Which they’ve scheduled me at 7 am today. I took my car early in the morning to be told that they don’t have the parts to repair my car recall. Wasted my time and sent me home. Suppose they don’t have the parts; why wait for the customer to get there. They should’ve called a day before not to bring my car in so I won’t be wasting my time. Not the first time I’ve encountered lousy service from Casa Ford.
Came home with a new truck and a headache we are so beyond disappointed, how are my family and I going to be treated so poorly when spending $47,000 at an establishment. The WORST customer service ever and exactly why I’d rather go to mission chevrolet where we are treated with dignity and respect. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the manager and customer service representative genuinely cared enough to hear us out on this experience and are in the process of making it right so thank you for that.
Absolutely amazing service! Took my 2020 Ranger to have the Ford performance tune done. The team at Casa ford took me back and walked me thru the process with their lead tech. They were super professional and made sure everything on the truck was good to go while taking the time to explain how the tuner functioned. They even helped to set up my ford performance account. I have tried other ford dealers in El Paso, but Casa out preformed the others at a better price. Will not take my truck anywhere else.
So.. Today I walked into the dealership with my husband and NOBODY came to greet us or ask what we needed. didnt know I had to dress up to go to a dealership and be treated like a person.
We were treated extremely well. Jermaine took care of every detail in a professional and courteous manner. We purchased the car and are very happy with our Ford choice!! Everyone at the dealership treated us very well.

In this last Service from the Maintenance team my experience was better than my last one. They checked my vehicle, they ordered the parts and finally repaired the vehicle. So far no issues, hopefully it will stay like this for a long time.

Craig my Casa service rep. told me my F150 had to be laid to rest (after 245,600). I had to purchase a néw engine or buy a truck. He gave me his honest opinion and stated, to take my time, it is a tough decision, and if I had questions, just call him.Well my wife made up my mind, and we purchased another truck, an F150 Platinum. Our salesman Marco, and Alex, in the Casa finance department, were excellent. There wasn’t the slightest amount of pressure nor tough negotiation. I received a great price and rate for a vehicle that does everything but cook dinner😂.I have been doing business with Casa Ford for 30+ years and will continue to enjoy their excellent service and outstanding team. It is truly, “THE HOME OF THE NICE GUYS, YAH!”
Dropped my car off for a service and was taken care of in a timely manner, very professional staff.
My fathers car has been in the maintenance service because of a recall concerning headlights turn off automatically. 1st time the parts were ordered wrong. Now it been in the shop since Tuesday (2-23). They finally received the correct parts. And they still havent been able to fix the problem. And no return phone calls what so ever. Your service sucks the bag.😡😡😡
