The owner Luis is a crook, who uses mafia tactics to conduct his business. After he repaired and painted the bumper of my wifes car, he refused to release the car to us until the person who referred me to him, paid him an outstanding bill for a job he had done. I had to call the cops to accompany me in order to get him to release my car. Police filed an incident report.After some time, the Indicator light for the blind spot detectors came on. I took it to the dealership where Luis had the blind spot detectors calibrated after repairing the bumper. The dealership told me the car needed new blind spot detectors and they had told Luis when they calibrated the existing ones. It turned out that the 2 new blind spot detectors he charged to my insurance were never installed or even purchased. Now my insurance refuses to pay for the parts again, since they already paid Luis for the parts. He swindled my insurance out of over $1,500 and could not provide any proof that he purchased those parts, much less installed them. I will take this issue to the next level to protect anyone else from this crook and his business practices.

They did amazing work on my truck and made it look brand new in only one day. There were roughly ~6 dents and some paint missing.
