Frank Rimada offered us his services to custom paint our 02 Silverado on August 2020. The original return date was October 13 2020. After months and months and one excuse after another our truck was finally returned to us on July 14 2021 and we only got it back because we filled a case with the El Paso County Attorneys Office. Our truck was returned with many scratches and blemishes in the paint. The doors do not match the rest of the truck because they were painted weeks later after the truck was painted. Our lights don’t work our doors don’t close properly not no mention many many other issues. After 11 months I had to take the truck to another shop that will repair the electrical and then to another shop who will have to repaint the whole truck! Be smart people look into the business you want to work with because I didn’t I trusted in Frank’s word and that’s as big mistake.

Stay away from this business. Shady practices, neglect and breach of timelines.Saddest part is they dont even aknowledge their mistakes. Its everybody fault but theirs.EDIT: ACCORDING TO OWNERS RECOGNITION, WARRANTY IS ONLY RESPECTED WHEN LEGAL AUTHORITIES (DA & EPPD) ARE INVOLVED.

DO NOT RECOMMENDHE HAD MY BROTHERS TRUCK FOR 11 MONTHS. Bumper wasn’t bolted in, scratched pain ALL AROUND the truck, lights not installed no lights work, the paint of the doors don’t match the body. And he blames us for “rushing” him. 11 Months to get an 02 Silverado Candy painted. Now has to go back to get redone will be done in only 2 weeks. Cause that’s how long it SHOULD have taken. Only reason we got the truck back is we needed to get a lawyerHe ignored texts and calls it got to the point my dad when to the shop (and let him know) with a trailer to pick it up UNASSEMBLED) and he refused to answer any calls texts and had gate locked so we couldn’t get the truck back. The cab door doesn’t open anymore. God knows what he did to it. And the locks aren’t working. There was NOTHING wrong with this truck.DO NOT LET HIM PAINT YOUR VECHICLE!!

Ive heard terrible things - had to get the police involved for going way past the deadline, and having a plethora of problems in not only my mothers car, but in an associates truck

Great experience, I could not be happier with the finished product. Always in contact with you, keeping you updated with your vehicle, as well if I had any questions, Frank was super easy to get a hold of and if not leave a message and he was calling me back within that hour. I will be coming back here hands down for future work to be done. EXCELLENT WORK!!

Had the grill and mirrors to my 2015 GMC Denali HD painted by Frank over at Rimada Concepts and the end result was even better than I could have imagined. Super happy with the end result. Took a bit longer than initially expected but Frank made it right and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. Will be coming back to his shop for future work real soon.

Service was awesome, took my son car there because he had a broken rear view mirror. The part was there same day, they fixed his car and did a free diagnosis for check engine light. Also keep a look out they have some awesome new business opportunities coming soon.

Great shop. Frank provides quality service at a great price. We had some issues due to miscommunication but after we sat down and talked about it everything was resolved. I highly recommend this place to anyone. One advice is to set up your communication preferences early in the beginning. This way there will be no problems. Frank has a hearing problem due to loud noises, so make sure you speak slowly and as loud as possible. Overall the experience was very unique but a pleasant one. Five stars and by the way I am not related to the owner. I do believe that quality of work should be recognized and he did a great job.

Nightmare!!!! this guy takes your money than hides. Lies after lies. Wish we had read reviews. Does not know what he is doing in my honest opinion. Save yourself alot of grief! and shop around. My son took vehicle to a respectable body shop work done in one day SMH!!! one day!!!

If you value your vehicle, I advise on finding another auto body shop.Has had my vehicle for over a year and has not even attempted to work on it.Refuses to return my vehicle and now Im having to go through a lawsuit for the return of my vehicle as well as the $4,000 that Frank, the owner took but refused to give back.

I took my truck in for some work and got great results. Frank and his crew are very detail oriented. If I had any questions, he never hesitated to awnser and he stayed true to his word. Theres no doubt I will return. Thanks again Rimada Team!

I was referred by a family member to check this place out. I was looking for quotes on a paint job and was getting outragous estimates. I came in and was quickly helped by the friendly staff quote felt genuinely honest. I had the service done and turn around time was AMAZING! They even gave me free bonus tips on how to care for the new coat. Highly recommend Rimada Auto Body.. dont believe me? Go in and check them out!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Rimada Auto Body. If you need work done, go there. Frank, the owner, is amazing - especially after the fiasco I had. They got me in right away and fixed my bumper real quick and for a reasonable price. Great shop and great service. This place gets 5+++ stars in my opinion.

All his reviews are fake! Friends and family left him reviews. I’ve known the owner for a very long time and I trusted him enough to refer my family. He did a terrible job, until this day he never got back to my sister on pending work that was done unprofessional. Please please think twice before going to this body shop. I will post pictures of before and after to proof. Too bad we can’t sue for this, but it’s definitely a learning experience and we will know better for the future. A red flag to the public.

Rimada Auto Body is recomendable to anyone, The owner builds good relationships with customers and the work is great quality! During this pandemic there were a few delays lengthening repair time but in the end the outcome was 5 star worthy .

Terrible services. He has lied from the beginning until now he has the van from January 25 2020 and we paid him February 14 2020 we are now in May 30 2020 he has said the van is ready February 28, 2020 and March 13 2020. We have pictures and letters. We are now in May waiting and he blocked us he does not answer.😞 This is very terrible we do not know what to do. ☹️

I had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident 😔 The situation was extremely stressful, I dreaded having to go through the entire process. Franks treatment of me and his conversations with my husband put us completely at ease. He took care of everything and made us feel like we were his top priority! My car is black and I was concerned about the end result. I had consulted other shops and while they offered a lower price, some said I could have my car back in a few hours. Huh? I have a new car and you know what they say, You get what you pay for. I then went to Mr. Rimadas shop and after he explained the process of what it would take to paint my car, I decided to go with him. Im glad I did. My car looks great! Also, I got it back sooner than I would have if I had gone with a larger body shop.
