I highly recommend this shop and will be telling family and friends about them. My cars front bumper and the front left light were messed up by some drunk driver and I was sure the cost to have everything fixed/ replaced would be at least $3000+. I ended up paying a little over $1900 which wasn’t too bad specially for the amazing quality of work they did here. My car literally looked so brand new. They also left the inside of the car so clean and that was definitely something I didn’t expect. The customer service was wonderful and they kept in touch with updates throughout the whole time they were working on my car. Unfortunately I forgot to take some before and after pics or I would post them here, but I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

The owners are super nice and professional. I had a collision and I was hit on the passenger side. I shoppers around to see which shop I would choose before I got to auto and truck. They checked EVERYTHING on my car and put it back to brand new! They were always in communication with me and explained everything. I would highly recommend! Theres before and after pictures.

They were extremely kind and did an amazing job with my truck. It looked like it had a bite taken out of it from the side and when I got it back I couldn’t even tell it had work done. Perfect paint match too!!!!

I was involved in a collision with a 16 wheeler. My truck needed a lot of work including the driveshaft being pulled out, shocks needed replacing, rear suspension as well, needed to be sanded and painted. They managed to complete all of that and more in a good time frame. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Joe was very professional and helpful along the process. If I could give them ten stars I would, they left my truck like the day I got it from the dealership.

Very professional and helpful. My number had been cracked for 2 years and finally decided to get it fixed after someone dinged my door. Dropped it off Monday and was told I needed to get my grill fixed which was no issue I suspected it was broke as well. Originally with a pick up of that Friday and even after them having to order the grill they were still able to get it to me by Friday. Great experience and I’m very glad with the outcome.

They really helped me out with my truck. I had to get my rear bumper fixed and the owner personally saw to it that I was taken care of and up to date on the condition and status of my truck. They were quick and professional and the finished product was beyond amazing. I wouldve never been able to tell I got in a fender bender. Wanted to add to my 5 star review. My truck has a very difficult to match 3 stage pearl white paint job and I was really worried about what it would turn out like. Joe was great at explaining the process and what it would take to make my truck 100% again. The truck came out better than expected and I would definitely come back for further services. The folks here are excellent to deal with. They worked with me and my Insurance that my repairs where to my satisfaction. The repairs that were done are of high quality. The shop owner immediately knew the type of paint I had and it’s special characteristics. The work is some of the best I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend this place it’s worth the drive.

Dropped off side skirts and spats for my 1990 Nissan skyline that another business messed up. They quoted me 4 days to complete the job, it was done in 3 days! They came out flawlessly and perfectly match the metallic paint on my car. Very professional, they actually take pride in the work they do. Got it fixed in a timely matter and I cant even notice that there was any damage, they smoothed out all the dents and repainted it perfectly. We have had three vehicles painted by Auto and Truck Paint Center. They all look great! They just finished my 2002 Chevy Tahoe, and Im so happy with the way it looks. Perfection and great attention to detail. The staff is excellent and the owner makes sure hes involved with every aspect of each paint job. We wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else.

Called to have a car estimate for repairs on a 2020 Mustang GT around 4:30pm. They said they would tow to their place and give me an estimate, so I paid tow AND owner and wife see the car and since it was late and they stayed to wait for it. I say, wow these people are good people. So I have them keep the car to inspect the car further on another day, and it already getting late and dark so owner says I need a further inspection and would charge. It was never stated they would charge to look and give an estimate over the phone, but okay no biggie I dont mind paying for their hardwork. Im already there too and it has good reviews right?? so whats the deal. I say okay that fine how much you charge an hour and how long will my estimate take. Owner states $40 charge an hour but it will take 3 hours for us to inspect it and we will have to take down the exhaust to see if any frame damage. Ok Fair right?! Well when the estimate is ready in about 2 days. I show up they quoted me 6,800 dollars. Okay fine, I say no I will keep looking. I Pay my estimate fee And then I see take the car out of the shop and they didnt put my exhaust back on. IF YOU TAKE SOMETHING OFF TO GIVE A ESTIMATE, AND IM PAYING YOU TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND YOU NEED TO CHARGE FROM FREE ESTIMATE to FEE ESTIMATE TO TAKE AN EXHAUST TO FURTHER INSPECTION THE CAR AND YOU DONT PUT THAT EXHAUST BACK YOU KNOW THATS JUST B.S.! ...OH GUESS WHAT WE TOOK OFF THE PART TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND CHARGED 3 HOURS LABOR BUT WE WONT PUT IT ON THATS ANOTHER 3 HOURS OF WORK. So. I Tow my car out that same night. I go to another 5 star location on east El Paso they estimate me half the price YOU DID and I ask them Hey guys do you need to take off the exhaust to see the damage underneath? They respond No. It was not necessary, we can see the damage just fine and can quote you right away, in 30 mins I had a quote printed out and the guy tells me. Hey you know why they didnt put the exhaust back on? Because they broke a screw that holds it and its stuck inside we are going to have to weld another screw to it just to take the broken on off!Shows that they dont care for people stuff and just try and rip off people off for a fee estimate of hundred bucks. IM NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT U CAN CHARGE RIDICULOUS PRICES AND THEN BREAK SOMETHING AND NOT FIX IT HAVING THE ABILITY AND TOOLS TO DO SO.Advice: If you have hard earned money and are not using an insurance just go somewhere else. Reviews on here are probably from those that used insurance claim money not their cash.Honestly, Im more embarrassed for you all then anything else. By the way my car is just wonderfully fix now and yes its a clean title and they restored it to factory for less money and without extra fees, and without trying to GET money for a lousy estimate and without further damaging it and not say anythingTEN PALABRA, ES LO UNICO QUE TIENES EN ESTA VIDA Y LO QUE VALE TU PALABRA ES LO QUE VALLES, NO TE DEGES VER POR UNOS DOLARES!

This is not the first time I have brought a vehicle(s) to this business. Each time they have done excellent work on each vehicle. From the first time on an insurance claim, to the few times I have had body work done on my wifes cars. They are friendly people who will treat you right.

Repair work on my van was done well, and when they said it would be done, it was. Not like so many other shops that give the BS runaround. My van looks great, and they did some extras for me at a VERY reasonable price. Check this shop out, you owe it to yourself.

Right after I got hit from behind I was concerned about the services some body shop would provide because I drive a brand new truck and wanted it to look brand new after it was fixed. Any concerns I had were immediately extinguished the minute I spoke with the receptionist from Auto & Truck Paint Center on the phone. The entire staff down there were extremely professional, charismatic, and understanding from first contact. I knew I was at the right place immediately. The body shop had my truck for a couple of days and when I came to pick it up it became very clear very fast that this is the only place I will ever take a vehicle for any type of repair because it came out absolutely perfect. Very well established shop with professional employees and manager who treat every customer very well. I was under a short time crunch to get some work done on my truck and they took on the job no problem. Came back in a few days to find my truck finished and ready to drive away before the weekend. Not only did they do great work but they went above and beyond and painted my lower trim on my truck that needed some work but was not part of the deal. This is THE place to go for all your automotive bodywork needs. Very pleased with their business and I will definitely be back soon for more work if needed.

When it comes to bodyshops, I’ve had a bad experience everywhere else, but here the owner and staff were real friendly and straightforward with their work. They delivered. My car came back to me in a timely manner and everything is beautiful and completed with integrity and attention to detail. They gave me no issues and have a lifetime warranty policy on their work because that’s how much they back it! If you’re in El Paso or its surrounding cities, this is where you want to bring your car.
