I highly recommend this shop, I was in an accident not too long ago and had damages to both left doors on my 2018 Chevy Malibu LT, not only do they work with ALL INSURANCES, they were even able to help me with my DEDUCTIBLE!! They even dealt with the insurance company so that I didn’t have to and even kept me up to date as far as everything that was going on with my vehicle!! I hadn’t even had my car in the shop for two weeks when they where already calling me to come pick it cause it was ready!!

Is very sad to say what happened here, I went twice to this place, unfortunately. The first time they “did” a good job, I thought, but a speaker sounded funny after I got my car, so I was like, may be they changed it, may be not, but I was more sure they did than not, but you have to go on, then after two years the paint started to crack from the job they did, so I went back, and they “couldn’t” find the file of the job somehow, until I texted the manager the review I posted then, which was a five stars review, cause I thought they had done a good job, after seeing that, they honored their warranty, the manager took the car in cause there was proof. finally. And actually they had the car ready pretty fast, within four days. Then when I got my car I saw the gas cover different, very different, an old cover faded by the sun, and now I thought the speaker first now this?? so I knew this guys are shady as they can be, so I thought I’m never going back…..now, wait, please, after a few weeks I got a flat tire, so I was like, it happens right? Funny thing I got those tires not longer than 4 months ago pirellis, great tires, worth 1200 dlls all of them before taking my car with them, man when I looked at them tires they were as old as the constitution, with the wires out and all, I knew they stoled mine, texted the manager, to let him know about it, he called me saying they didn’t take them, then the owner called me denying everything as well, being very disrespectful to say the least! This guys are a mafia of thieves be aware please don’t go here at all.

Profesional service and quality work in a timely manner! Eric and his team helped me from the moment of my accident to the insurance deductible and all. They always informed me of anything that was going to be done to my car and offered to answer any questions at anytime. They did a great job fixing my vehicle.

During the recent rain storms I accidentally drove over a curb damaging the front passenger side wheel And suspension, I called for a tow truck and Eric explained to me that his trucks were back logged but that he would find me a tow truck from a different co. Within 10 minutes I received a call and within thirty minutes a truck showed up to help. That is customer service! Not only was I impressed but I trusted him to do the repairs to my truck when I found out that his shop is more than just body shop. I highly recommend them

If youve ever been in an accident, you know how devastating it can be. From police reports, medical bills, dealing with insurance, and fixing your car, yeah, it can get crazy. Thankfully, VIVA Auto Collision Center worked with me in providing the most efficient and well-deserved treatment a customer can receive. They were patient and always ready to answer any questions I had regarding the insurance and auto. Andrew, Eric, and Jaime would always make themselves accessible to my questions and were even willing to help me with my co-pay. Best of all, they left my auto impeccable! As if nothing had happened to it.

There were some complications during the repair and paint process, but Viva handled everything nicely and delivered a good product. Viva does value their customers and will commit to you, but patience is necessary. I say patience because this work does take time, and mistakes can be made along the way. However, what we found is that Viva will communicate with you and will ensure youre happy with the end result.

I took my car to this shop after being rejected by my insurance’s recommended shop due to the color of my car.I mostly worked with Pedro, during the entire time my car was at the shop. He was always very nice and made everything very easy by working with my insurance himself, and always kept me informed of the progress.It did take longer for me to get my car back than I expected, but I am very happy with their work. Rene who happens to be the one who recommended this shop and is an employee there did a very good paint job.

Excellent customer service, they took care of everything, i was hit by a vehicle on the freeway they where there within 5min, picked up my car had it towed to shop, they even took care of dealing with the insurance, and went as far as making sure i had my rental ready. Had never been in an accident before they definitely made me feel so at ease, when my car was ready it looked like brand new, so satisfied with their work, that 2 yrs after my accident another vehicle struck me but this time damages werent that bad as the first time, they where the first call i made and once again same service as the first time took care of everything i didnt have to worry about anything. They gave an estimate and said they would contact us when they were going to be ready to take my car in. They stated they’re were very busy and got out contact information. It’s been months and multiple phone calls to inquire about the estimate and work they already told me was going to happen. No calls or responses back.

Overall best experience ever, had a horrible wreck was brought to the shop right away. The next day they started the process with the insurance immediately and parts were being ordered. They kept in contact with me through the whole process, giving updates. Getting the car back sooner then expected was the best overall customer service I’ve ever had especially from taking it two a few other collision shops before. My car looks amazing and even better than ever! I would definitely recommend this shop, very satisfied customer.

I took my car here for massive hail damage (about $7K) and they did an outstanding job on the repairs. My car absolutely looks brand new. I strongly recommend this repair shop. They made the repair process from start to finish completely painless. They took care of everything, from calling my insurance company, setting up a car rental from Enterprise, paying my $500 deductible and keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. My insurance company adjuster originally estimated the cost of the repairs to be considerably less than what it ended up being. Erick contacted my insurance company on my behalf and had the adjuster come take another look at my car, twice, and got the requested funds approved. Viva Auto Collision really went above and beyond with their commitment to customer service.

Worst Body shop in El Paso. Took over 3 months to fix my car and have yet completed it completely, after I payed. Been lied to and also have alot of my calls avoided. Still finding issues with my vehicle. Have to go in person to get in contact with the body shop. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Had a minor accident in my 2016 Ford Focus and after a lot of research decided to take it to Viva auto collision. Dealt mostly with Andrew who had a lot of knowledge about the entire process and proactively helped everything go smooth. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday and got it back the following Monday and was kept up to date. Minor issues were fixed after I picked up the car and signed all the paper work such as a little scuff on the door, hazy paint was hand waxed, and a missing bulb in the new headlamp was replaced. I still need to return to address the scuff on the door as shown in the picture. Would recommend the shop for it’s great customer service, fast service, and good work.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible, took my car in after accident and was very unsatisfied with the work. My car is silver and they were not able to color match my vehicle so I am stuck with one dark door. Took it in twice and they were still not able to fix it Erik never got back to me and didn’t even try to fix the problem. They fixed something on my door and even dented my vehicle no customer service skills whatsoever save yourself the time and go to a business that’s accredited by the bba. It’s amazing how the “owner” selectively reply’s to certain reviews.

I was very well pleased with the dedication to customer service right from the moment i walked into the building. I took 2 of my vehicles in and they were left looking great! He definitely went above and beyond for ny wife and I.

My car was in a crash, and the lady who handles the insurance assured me my car would have gotten fixed. She told me me they would tow it and save me all kinds of money. So since she made it seem like such a good deal and made me feel at ease, I went along with her claims. I told her i didnt think my insurance would cover the damages since i wasnt the one driving the car. She assured me that it wouldnt be a problem. So I went ahead and let her take my car. Three days later I got the answer back from my insurance and of course they said the damages wouldnt be covered. I then called viva auto collision and asked for my car back. These crooks charged me over $500 dollars just to get my car out of there garage. They charged me all that money just for holding it there, for three days. With all these great reviews I cant help but feel cheated by an employee that promised me that I wouldnt have to worry about anything, and a company that would allow a costumer get cheated so badly.

I’ve taken my car there twice, within a month I had the unfortunate circumstances of two accidents, but since the first time they did fix my car, I knew I was gonna be back, they paint, the color, the pieces, they even put stickers back on as if the crash really never happen, the second time I was struck on the rear of my car a 2017 challenger by the way, and it looks amazing, back to stock. the employees are people Easy to work with, I mean what other body shop has your car ready the day they say so? I came to Viva about 6 months ago when my DODGE VIPER was keyed. Viva took care of me and my car. When I received my car back it looked like it did before it was keyed and viva even aligned some of the body pannels that were miss aligned. Amazing work guys keep it up!

After almost 3 months of my truck being in this shop, they never took responsibility for their negligence and lack of professionalism from the owner made it worse. First they agreed to no payment until work was done then asked for an advance to buy the material (which I agreed),then wanted the whole payment before work was done. Keep in mind i was cooperative and agreed whenever he asked for more time to fix my truck. This shop is the reason why people distrust body shops. If youre looking to fix your truck just save yourself the trouble and go with the preferred shops from your insurance. Ill let his work do the talking now and see for yourself.
