Angel, came to my home evaluated the damage, gave me a time he’d pick up my vehicle from my employment. Completely professional and kind, kept me informed through the process. He then delivered the vehicle to my home. The work was fantastic, the car looked brand new. Awesome customer service!!!! Highly recommend!

We worked with Ruben in Cedar Park Texas to repair our 2 vehicles after the hail storm in April. He and his team were very detailed on what services they could provide. He came to our house to assess the damage to the cars and even dropped off both vehicles after they were repaired. We heard a few of our neighbors telling us they might have to wait months to get their cars repaired at other shops, we referred them to Ruben, and he was able to help them get back to normal sooner.

They reroofed my home. But they did not bill by the work done. They wanted all of the insurance money. After having a meeting with them they would not change the bill. If you use them get an estimate FIRST and ask for an itemized bill.

Westside Tent- I’ve had two vehicles repaired here from hail damage in El Paso, TX. Both times I received excellent customer service from Raul. He truly goes above and beyond. They get the job done quickly and they handle all aspects of insurance claims. The convenience of having them bring my vehicle back to the westside tent for me was great. You wouldn’t even know my cars where hailed by looking at them now, the repairs where good!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Watch out for these scammers. They cut costs and do a bondo job instead of replacing components they were paid to replace. They also lie and try to say you agreed to it. They were paid the the full amount from my insurance and didnt replace my hood. I only found out after another hail claim and a reputable shop told me they used bondo on the entire hood instead of replacing it. Now it has to be replaced because you cant do paintless repair when its has bondo, only the insurance wont pay because of the cheated job done on the previous claim. Dont believe anything Carlos tells you. Run, stay as far away from these guys as possible.If you want to work this out, then pay for the job you were paid to do. The roof needs to be replaced, not caked with bondo. You were paid in full for the work and cut corners. Ill send you the bill and you can pay for it. Thats the only way to work it out.

While in Lubbock, TX, my car was hit with damage from a big hail storm. I live in Georgetown and I’m new to the area so finding someone I trusted with my vehicle was proving to be difficult. Worried about the damage and being taken advantage of, I called CAHR. They offered to do something that no one else did; they offered to come to my job for a free estimate. Once there, they gave me their number to call/text so they could meet with the insurance adjuster too. Once that was done, they took my car (approximately 11am) and told me it should be two days when I got it back. The next morning (approximately 8am) I see the gentleman pull up with car looking good as new! I work in the automotive industry and when the guys at work saw this their jaws dropped. Less than 24 hours and my car was back ANd they guarantee their work if something pops up later. It’s been two weeks and my car is still look better than before!

My car came back with a broken head light that they repaired, and the back window with a noise, this is the second vehicle serviced for hail . First one came back with missing plastic pices, knowing it was a new vehicle . I do not recommend this company, last time I Service my vehicle for hail with them .
