City cars is awesome. Mike and Ruth are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude. I went to them to find a n SUV, my credit was not the best but Eddie and Ruth worked with me. Eddie was very nice n told me We will help you find the SUV that suits you no haggling, no pressure, they did not push me into finding something different.I was even allowed to really test drive it in the highway n not just around the block. I was in the process of looking for a good running car. Our other car broke down, and we only had one left in the family. WE DEFINITELY NEED TWO with my husband going one way, and with me going another dropping off kids and picking them up. Two days in a row prior to finding CITY CARS, we spent the entire day at car lots all over San Diego, and they couldnt meet my expectations. We went home, and online, we found a bunch of cars. We printed them out, and low and behold, we noticed 4 or 5 cars were on the same lot.The next day, after being exhausted from our two-day search, we showed up on the lot of City Cars looking for an SUV type of vehicle. I missed my Hyundai Santa Fe, my husbands Lexus and Benz were sold because they were on their last legs, and all that was left was our SUV. I wanted the look of an SUV and the look of a car, and after looking at several cars, all I liked on this lot, I noticed my baby in the corner! It was exactly what I was looking for. I should say that God is in my corner all the time and shows me favor.I met Eddie. He was the coolest guy you could meet. He was very friendly, very enthusiastic, and although I could tell he was a salesman at heart, he actually showed he cared. We laughed and talked all the way until we came back from our test drive. He was very attentive to our needs, and even lowered the price of our vehicle to our asking price. He was definitely willing to negotiate, and NOT A PUSHY SELLER!!! Which is why we liked him.Then we met Ruth! She was awesome. I loved her fingernails, and how she asked if there was anything she could do to make our transaction easier. She was honest, and even asked if we saw another car on the lot that we wanted instead, she could also help us out. I loved her attitude. The last person we dealt with on our two-day search was horrible. I took my money back she was holding on the car because I simply didnt like her attitude. Ruth and Eddie are awesome, and not only did we send other people there, my husband wants to purchase a car from there as well. I just bought a car from City Cars. My credit is not that great but just like how they advertised it, Lee and Ruth made it possible for me to drive off the lot with my Volkswagen Passat. Definitely coming back to them again and also recommend my friends to buy a car from them as well.
