I visited this Walmart when I had to return some items bought online and use their customer service at this place. The customer service agent that we got was decent but took a lot of time to get our refund processed. She kept on checking the item and then cross checked whether it had a return policy available (it did because we got the item within a few days and it stated online that it had return protection for up to 30 days) so that was a little baffling. Nonetheless, we got the item refunded.Once you’re in a Walmart location you really can’t just leave like that without checking what they have in store so that’s what we did. We went in to check the produce section (which was utterly lacking here at the time), we checked the frozen section and everything in between for grocery hunting. One thing that I did notice is that they lack organic sections for their grocery products be it chicken or eggs or dairy. They do have a few but the options are far less then other stores. If you shop at this Walmart purely for groceries, you might want to visit another dedicated grocery store to get all your items from your checklist.This Walmart has all the COVID precautions in place with the mandatory mask on policy and social distancing. They have different sections such as electronics, house improvements and many other. Overall, this is a huge store with all the necessary things that you’d need available to you along with a decent grocery selection.

Not a secret Walmart has everything we need the daily life at a good price. But did you know about Walmart tires center? Yes I visited their tires center and the have good variety of tires. I am reminding Walmart tires center. The agents know the job and will guide you.

It’s amazing how after waiting for quite some time, the two landscaping employees love to watch you wait idly to buy lawn products, while they sit around talking about their post July 4th plans. Mediocre service, but what can you expect at these prices. Perhaps I’m asking for too much. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s instead, much better service and attentive staff

Prices are seems to be normal than low prices as indicated. Diary products are not in stock and the door of the refrigerator is not working conditionDecreasing the rating to two stars for the associate Nusrat - please treat customers as a friend and not as your slaves. Please have a name board to stand the queue.. Whenever we say something, the associate becomes deaf and simply asking/saying something irrelevant. It would be better if this place have some better persons hired to help the customers.

I ordered several balloons bouquets along with balloon weights online and selected the curbside option. I went inside the store to pick up a few more items. As I was leaving the store I notices the bundles without paper weights. The young gentleman advised me that he left a message for me that for them to affix the balloons to the weights it would be an additional $2 per bouquet. The balloon weights are $2. Wow ! I advised him that I didnt see that charge online. He advised me that its their store policy. I paid ...no problem. I went out side waiting for the curbside service for the balloons.....15 minutes went by, so I went in the store. The same guy stated that I should purchase balloon bags and it would be easier to keep them from getting tangled. I asked how much and he advised me an additional six dollars, I paid the charge and within five minutes they brought the balloons out to the vehicle. I didnt expect to have two additional charges. It wasnt a problem but that information should be on the website when you place the order.

The auto center staffs (not technicians) are trained poorly. Customers are waiting in line over 30 mins or more but no second lines open. Dont go there. Its not worth it. But the general customer service is great. They know what they are doing. Supervisor (Ms. Z) was even better.

Spoke with Mukesh and Sasha, apparently on Fridays this Walmart only changes tires and refused to do an oil change on my car. No signs of this anywhere at the store or on the website, stay away.

This one is huge inside compared to many others we have been in Pennsylvania. I love this area as Walmart and Costco come next to each other making life much easier for regular shoppers.

Also known as Wally World, this is the place for good selection of your everyday items as well as seasonal stock. Their reputation as a stop shopping experience has the average consumers attention no matter where you are. This is the one trademark everybody knows.

The cashier did not bag some of the items that I bought and paid for. Came home and realised 3 of my items wasn’t in any of the bags that she handed me. Mind you, I could not drive back to rectify the situation because I was in Edison, NJ visiting my brother from Westchester, NY.

Like most walmarts, this place will offer the ability to save money. Usually is very clean. Shelves are well stocked. Clothing is sometimes messy, but thats mostly because customers will not fold clothes and put them back properly. Theres also a Subway and auntie anne pretzel shop inside, offering fresh food. Conveniently located right next to a AAA, which makes us a convenient location anytime youre getting your car serviced. Overall its a typical walmart. Relatively clean. Great deals. Lots of variety.

Thos is also average super center.No vegetable section and narrow secrion for frozen and dairy items.

Visited specifically to see their garden center - variety is average and the plants under direct sunlight were not doing so well (those in the shade were better off) but if youre looking for pots and potting soil Walmart has a wide selection. Other than that, wonderful selection of home good items with affordable prices. Would definitely shop here again!

I prefer to come to the Edison location. Seems more organized than the Piscataway one. They stick my Big cheeze microwave popcorn so I also prefer this location.

The earlier you go in the day the better your shopping experience will be meaning less crowds, more merchandise choices

Workers are nice but its for sure a shady place. A lot of theft goes on here. Again, the shop and workers seem like good people. But if you look through the medicine section, there are empty boxes because the goods inside are stolen. The baby formula section is locked up and that says a lot about the kind of people that frequent the place. Keep your cars locked because you honestly can never know what happens.

Dirty, empty shelves, employees standing around talking, and nothing getting done. Seems to never change there. We usually just go to Target now. Its more expensive but its clean, organized, and the shelves are always stocked. I think the Employees have given up and dont care.

Probably one of the worst Walmart centers. They have no deals while all other places have it. Do not price match and pick up is horrible. There is no one at the pick up kiosk and none of the employees help you to get one. Go there only if you know what to pick from where.

Such a great spot. Had everything I needed in stock and everyone was very helpful when needed. Carts was sanitized after used as well which made me feel comfortable while shopping. Only thing I did not like was it I one way to get out of the parking lot which took like 15 minutes to get out of the parking. I know its not there fault but it was very annoying.

The customer pickup area was very easy to find. I checked from the app.. The wait was a bit long, but for Walmart, that is par for the course. I recd my order after showing my ID. Definitely one of the better clothing sections and sports section. Has a tire center if thats your thing. One of the bigger and more stocked stores in the area, Definitely one of the cleanest

Saturday afternoon I understand it’s busy but wouldn’t you think they’d be stocked enough for the demand? The breads were almost gone. And they don’t price match... There was a robot vacuum at $129 in store but was only $99 on their website. I always use the self checkout because they rarely have any cashiers anyway, but today I went to one, hoping she could help me, only to be told no. Oh well. Probably gonna come back anyway because this is the closest Walmart to me, but definitely check online prices first for big ticket items like that and don’t just buy off their shelves even if you think it’s inexpensive enough.

This walmart is good place to shop. Everytime I visit the staff is refilling the shelves pantry shelves so there is product. I did go in this time to look for a simple dress or skirt, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I didnt see any staff in the apparel area who can help me.

I can only blame the customers who trash their aisles and throw away their merchandise on the floors. That keeps their staff unduly occupied in rearranging the stuff constantly. Good prices and large variety. The quality of merchandise, especially in clothing in fairly low.

I havent been back to this walmart in over a year because of how ridiculous the lines get and how incompetent and useless some of the employees are. I decided to give this walmart another try a year later, same deal. For instance I stood waiting for a manger to give the cashier at the customer service desk a draw so he could refund my broken purchase. I stood there for 15 mins with my two children while the “manager” stacked empty boxes! (not to mention there was already an employee handy standing there watching her atack these boxes. I would THINK I would take priority to stacking boxes. Then I go to self check out.. mind you the store is FILLED with employees with no one doing anything I proceed to self check out. It wasnt until I was done and had to split my purchase with card and cash. A mans walks over and literally yells at me because self check out doesnt accept cash!! WHERES THE SIGN? OR THE PERSON THAT SHOULD BE STANDING THERE? So of course my sale is suspended and I now need to wait in line to check out again. Im NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Target thanks you for the thousands of dollars I now spend at there location due to your incompetence.

I have bought things for pick up twice here. Both times they gave me broken items. I just picked up a security light today. I should have opened it there. The package was very badly opened, clearly used, no instructions inside, stripped wires. Horrible experience. Done shopping here. Whoever filled this should be retrained .

This place had rats running in between isles, and birds flying around... Majority of workers were pretty much useless. Cashiers were the worst. Rude and didnt want to be bothered... Fortunately I frequent other WalMart sites, and they definitely are not like this one... Wont be going back to this store...

The quality of cleanliness and service is lacking, messy shelves and half open products. But you get the sort of work you pay for, Walmart. Minimum wage means minimal labor.

The worst experience ever. I walk into the Wal-mart tire center at 6:05 pm with a tire blow out. They have no cars and no customers and they refused to assist me with my issue. Worst customer service ever. I will not be returning to this Walmart.

Went to look for a high end 17.3 inch laptop. They had none.Giving 5* because the person tried to look everywhere with sincere effort to meet my requirements.

I prefer the edison walmart over any other in Middlesex county.

Corporate has to train their employees and constantly update them with all the info. Customers might ask, the other day I was so 😠 frustrated after I walked the store bck and fort 4 times and asked 5 employees for the same info. And no1 not even the manager knew the answer and didnt even tried to find it out for me🤷‍♀️

Omg they are finally moving the online grocery area and giving them more room. Omg it was the worse during the pandemic sometimes I had to wait hours for my food after already getting a confirmation that it was ready . But things are looking up. The staff was always pleasant and professional regardless though.

The customer service dept was closed hours before it was supposed to on a Saturday. The one employee that I had to flag down told me I had to come back the next day to do my return and then walked away. I called corporate and they confirmed that CS was supposed to be open but that someone would call me from the store - still waiting on that call over a week later. Then I went in to buy something yesterday and there were huge lines, only one register open, and two people working self checkout that only takes cash. I was given attitude because they dont have plastic bags. I was told my only option was to purchase a bag or carry my stuff out in the rain.EDIT: I received a call last night from the store manager at 949PM last night. Im not really sure why anyone would think that was an appropriate time to be calling but most people are in bed. Also, I had originally called 06/12/21 and I am just now receiving a call back on 07/07/21?

It was a Saturday night & they only had 1 cashier available. It was a complete mess!!!!!! It is bad enough Walmart wants you to check yourself out, but with the same prices... Smh... I made an appointment. Jeff squeezed me in. At first they had an issue with my car after I mentioned they might have an issue starting it. but they said they could just jump it for me. well it was on the rack and the the manager said they couldnt do it. Then, they had me wait another 45 min and said theyd try. Well in the end, they finally stuck it out and did it. I think they have to hire more people there. The phone rang when I called, and no one picked up for a while. The same happened when others called while i was waiting. I think Mushuk, the manager did the best he could with what he had, but upper management should be hiring more people. There were times when no one was at the counter for a while, and customers were complaining and some left. What, they only have one person at the counter? one person said to me. I dont have time for this, ! Another lady said as she walked off. Its not their fault, upper management doesnt have adequate help back there so they have to scrounge between departments covering others work who are out. I feel bad for them, even though I got an oil change in 1+hours, I gave them a break and thanked them in the end but others werent as patient. Jeff and Mushuk, you guys did great. But at your team meetings, as for help so others who dont see your struggle and hard work, wont misunderstand and mis rate the department. You AUTO Have a prosperous day!!! :)
