I went in on Saturday July 17th at 2:25 pm to purchase shoes. When I walked in the store was empty. There were 3 Ladies in the check out area. I assume all associates as 1 eventually asssited me. The other 2 were near a bench deep in conversation and neither stopped to greet me even as I was making my purchase. I browsed the shoes and found what I wanted. I was in the store 5 minutes and neither lady came to ask if I needed assistance. I called my daughter into the store as she didnt come in with me initially. After my daughter helped me find a shoe I approach the Ladies asked for my size and it was then that one greeted me and went to find my size. When she came back with it she began to chat however that was 10 minutes too late. Michael Kors Menlo do better. 3 associates and not one of them greets me until I approach and ask for a size? Believe me if Macys had my selection size I would have never purchased them but I needed a pair of shoes ASAP for a function. Shame on you. Be better than that!

Good Costumer service, my mom and wife find a good watch and Purse and was not to crowded.

I needed the bag for mothers Day pay top dollar for it they told me it would be there it came on Monday after mothers Day good reason to go back to coach

In this store you will get quality, beautify class and wont need to pay a fortune for to get them. 5 Stars to the designer who made gorgeous things affordable.

The blonde chick I met today was helpful in me finding Uniqlo (which Ive never been to in this specific mall) but her demeanor was very fake and the fake half teethed smile trick is getting old. Ive been there before to ask simple questions but always get treated like some suspect for no reason, and its crazy because Ive been meaning to buy a MK bag for my mom for her birthday...but not with the snooty attitudes from sales associates. You work in retail, not in some Parisian hotspot or anything. There are better luxury accessory stores, Ill save up and surprise my mom with a Coach bag instead 🤷🏾‍♀️.

I bought a smartwatch in cash, I do not ask to connect to my cell phone, and decided to return it, pay in cash and the employee tells me that they return my money in a check to my house for 4 to 6 weeks? . ....no good

Highly priced no discounts or offers. Same bag we got from other shop with 40% discount. Very less people works here to help you.

Ive learned that quality bags are worth the money...you need 2 or 3 to get ya through the year! Looking foward to finding my all year solid black bag soon.

Horrible customer service, nobody asked me if I needed help probably because I’m a Spanish young women - Spanish people always get that made me Feel as if they thought I was trash is cool tho the only I don’t understand is besides you guys been rude ya don’t know how to do a simple job the simple fact that I went in there to spend money and you guys are just plain ignorant!!

I walked in, there were no other customers in the store, so it wasnt like they were busy. They saw me but no one greeted me nor asked me for help. I decided to take my business elsewhere, where they deserved it.

Experienced a terrible attitude when I went for an exchange. Employee was curt, rude and derogatory. They also were sale centric in the sense that they had an argument of who was getting the sale in front of me... when in fact neither helped.
