Love this store, found out accidently recently when visiting Philadelphia downtown, and of course came to this one because I was nearby. Cant find anywhere this store. All stuff very good, recommended to all good quality fit style fashionable people

Nice quality merchandise. Mostly manufactured in China. Not as good a selection with regard to sizes. Staff is very helpful at this location. Some merchandise is a bit pricey. Inside Menlo Park Mall.

The salesperson who assisted me, Gabriel, was truly helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Love Uniqlo, always great selection of clothes and they are great quality as well. Prices are decent for the clothes youre buying.

Its absolutely ridiculous that you need to return to the same store. Bought at another store location (no where near where I live because I was visiting someone) and Im stuck with my purchases that I couldnt even try on in the store because the fitting rooms arent open. They told me I was able to return within 30 days. So I figured I would just bring them home and try it on but they never mentioned that I had to bring it back to the same location. The return policy is awful I will never purchase at any of these stores again. Now Im stuck with items I dont fit in or want.

Great place to go. Great quality with both the customer service and clothing that they offer. Definitely go here. They have all the latest styles of clothing while they are comfortable and fun to wear.

Clean store however they had a lot of items out of stock. Also there was a fairly large line for checkout with only one register open, yet two other workers just standing around.

Bad customer service. Bad pick up system. You order an item that is already available at a store for pickup, then you have to wait for the same item to be shipped from the warehouse to the store (which took more than the expected time) and they cant give you the item already available at the store instead!

The store is always clean and organized with new clothing options coming in pretty regularly. The staff is always very friendly and provide you with whatever help you need.

High quality clothing at extremely reasonable prices. Great for setting up the basics for your wardrobe. They also will hem any of the the pants there for free or nearly free.

Great place to shop, just a long way to get to the store from the place we usually park. The place is neat and usually packed with merchandise. The people in the store and the cash counters are very helpful and courteous. I usually end up going to the store to return something that I have bought online, super convenient.

Fits are streamed for younger folks but sometimes youll find good sales here but many prices on simple items like pullover sweaters and jackets could be lower if they want to compete with the apparent good priced outlet malls.

UNIQLO is a great brand of clothing because theyre effective and affordable. For example, their Heattech clothes definitely keep you warm, and theyre more comfortable than other winter clothes. This UNIQLO store is great because its very neat, which helps you easily find great clothes, and the staff is very helpful. If youre looking for great clothes, at very affordable prices, I highly recommend UNIQLO at the Menlo Park Mall.

Quality apparels, mostly buy for my family. Love the fitting, sizes, designs and the prices are reasonable.

My so called cashmere sweater got holes everywhere after wearing few times. Brought it to the stores and nothing they can do, not even apologize! What is this good quality uniqlo advertised? I paid more expensive than other brand for nothing

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Since their jeans only come in two inseam lengths, I was forced to have them altered at the store.The result was too short and I went back to the store to return it. The cashier told me that they dont accept returns of altered clothes.Essentially they force customers to alter pants because they dont offer most sizes and then dont take returns.I left my jeans behind in disgust. Never ever buying anything from them again.

Although some of their winter stuff is good quality like the heat gear, I find their clothes to be overpriced. Women’s tops have no shape or fitting whatsoever, they pretty much look like grandma clothing. If you are looking for winter parkas, overcoats etc, do look into their fall/winter time sale season. They do carry good quality outerwear.

Good overall experience, however found clothing a bit pricey. This retail location a bit disorganized after locating a floor rep, then waiting for 20+minutes as she searched for a pair of sweat pants to color match the hoodie. Walked out...

Wonderful store of Uniclo products.A huge selection of winter and summer, sane prices and lots of deals.Great quality and courteous service.

Basic garments of good cut and design. The variety is small, however. The testers are few and not comfortable. The system of boxes pretty good. The aesthetics of the premises gives a sense of encierro by the high disposition of the coat racks.
