This was my first time at Champs at Menlo Park Mall and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the customer service care. Jasmine and Brandon were amazing. Brandon left an imprint on me because he had just came back from his break and still had his food in his hands when he noticed that I was lost and in need of help. Jasmine was excellent because she took just a little extra time to help me in finding the right size sneakers for my daughter.

I was searching for Air Force 1 white/white which is sold out and xavier checked for locations that had it.. found a pair, called and got them put aside for me. He went above and beyond and his effort is appreciated!
