I am a long term urban shopper from this specific location. Now Im pretty positive they hired new employees because the employees this location had about 4 months ago were too amazing to forget. The new employees, specifically this tall young man with curly hair whose name is Justin if I remember correctly, was on his phone and speaking inappropriately with other employees. The manager Becka with the horrible haircut, was EXTREMELY bothersome. She would not leave me alone to shop in peace. This location has clearly gone down hill. The clothing has not only gotten worse, but their new employees have too. I hope this location, does what needs to be done to redeem themselves.

Staff were nice and friendly. They got a nice lil selection of vinyls to choose from. The clothes were cool too.

The store fosters a nice, comely atmosphere, but the sizing is limited and the prices are high. I’ve seen many reviews claiming that the items are of high quality, but for me, that isn’t always the case. Some items that are made to last only a few wears are priced at immense markups. However, the general shopping experience at this location is great, which is why I am choosing to leave four stars.

Big stores with not much in them. Better off going online much much much bigger selection

So happy to find this store in Menlo Park Mall! Previously we went to NYC and Portland, ME. Great funky vibe. Love the gender neutral dressing rooms, i can see what my son and daughter are liking at the same time.

Its a nice little store with nice little things....That being said its a teen store in my opinion. Cute shorts, dresses and little crop tops galore....Never actually heard of them until my teen wanted to go. Cute stuff, I would say medium expensive, definitely not cheap, quality looks o.k. too.

Been there a few times. The staff are super friendly and helpful. This make a difference nowadays when you usually shop at chain store. Its the people there that make the difference.

Meh.... I feel as though the slow death of brick and mortar retail makes me not care much about what is actually inside a store. Urban outfitters is generally over priced in every way possible, but the store itself is amusing to walk through. Lots of interestng and amusing books and gifts to look at. Its a nice stop when doing mall rounds, but Ive never personally purchased anything. I assume they are aware people just pass by to touch the books and gifts, leading them down the path of Barnes and Noble where people perpetually just pass by to mess with their products and not actually purchase anything.

Very rude employees,there is no sign that says “no recording”, but sale lady was telling me that I can not record. How am I supposed to know? at least they could talk without attitude! a-shame!

One of A KIND Store! Stays on POINT with whats NEW/VINTAGE

I love the vibe of this store but I never want to buy anything here because its all too expensive. Plus the mens section is pretty lacking.

This store always has very interesting side products to see such as books, waffle makers, tarot cards. Definitely recommend if you are one of those stylish people looking to decorate your rooms.

Very unsatisfied with the customer service. I placed a pickup order and payed online and called to make sure I could come pick it up. I do not live in jersey but I wanted to make the trip because I wanted the jacket. When I got there and waited 30 minutes for them to even find the order they said I had to pay for the jacket again and the other payment would be refunded in 3 days or I could come back?? Completely rediculous I’ll never shop here again.

Its an Urban Outfitters in Menlo Park Mall in Edison New Jersey. They have a clean shop.

Majority of the clothes were cute but most of the girls shirts were really short, and I, like many others, are not into tops like those. Not to mention that Urban Outfitters, like Hollister and many other trendy brands, is way to over priced. I had about $200 to spend in that store and was only able to buy three t-shirts and two pairs of jeans. I remember being very excited when I was given a gift-card for Urban Outfitters to only walk out of the store somewhat disappointed. As an example when it comes to prices, I was intrested in buying this thin denim-like jacket to only see that it costed $75.. I know, its ridiculous. Dont get me wrong, the quality of the clothes is great, but your really only paying for the name.

Lots of overpriced trendy merchandise.For example, they sell Metallica shirts for $35+. One can get better shirts directly form Metallica site for $20.If overpaying for merchandise is your thing - this is definitely a place for you!

Pricey compare to H&M and Forever21. Ive always find its selections are not very wide and pricey therefore I usually leave without purchases.
