Bought in my own catalytic converter to swap out and nd asked if they could return my old one, they did the job for 140 and when they gave me back my old one they took out the palladium and left it hollow and then had the nerve to deny it!

Convince me on removing my catalytic converter due to being clogged but wasnt worker said he will give me a good price for the removal but stayed with converter . I guess he sold it for cash.

Went in for a brake shoe replacement and came out with my transmission leaking fluid it was raining that day so I didn’t find out to the next day and the receipt had wrong date year plus they took 2 days because supposedly a new brake part was bad I went on may 27 2021 and the receipt said may 29 2020 now I have to replace my transmission not coming back again
