Has a friendly atmosphere. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me to their shop and told they would be right with me. After attending the customer ahead of me, I stepped up to the counter told them I needed an oil change for my vehicle. They took my information, insurance, and keys. With 15 minutes my vehicle was taken into the shop onto the lift and getting worked on. 30 minutes later they notified me that it was complete. Oil had been changed, oil filter changed and 27 point inspection done.

Went in for a vehicle inspection (very last minute decision) and it only took about 30-40 minutes. For such a short wait time and only $7 charge, this is way better than doing this at the DMV. 👍

Charged me a fee after they told me they couldn’t do anything to my car. They charged me half of the service I had originally asked for when literally nothing was done to my car. The manager was talking to me like I was an idiot once I started asking questions.

Two or three years ago, I went in there for car inspection, it went good. A couple of days ago, I went in there for the same thing as I calmly asked one of the employees, he was rudely shouting and I couldnt understand what he said, I left and I didnt want come back there again. I couldnt believe he misbehaved like this.

I would go to this place again but make sure you ask them to call you when your vehicle is ready. They didnt call me or text. And my tire pressure light was on when I took it in and they checked tire pressure but light is still on. I dint notice till I left so make sure you check. Everything else seemed ok.

Doesnt listen to customer and rotate tires even though its a part of service and you specifically ask them to do that! They just tell you that you dont need it. Its almost 5000 miles and didnt do what I specifically asked for. Now I have to watch next time I get my oil changed and definitely will be using someone else!

Worst shop I’ve been to! Staff is either out or busy. I went on three different occasions only to be told that no one was available to help me with a simple inspection. Inspections are something that only take 10 15 minutes at most but I would have to wait for someone’s brakes to be finished to have that done. Definitely something wrong with the shop’s efficiency if they only have enough staff to do one thing. They only thing they had to say was for me to come in earlier. So there you would have to work around their schedule, drive up and hope they feel like helping you.

Bad service. The guy was literally on the phone texting knowing my car was out already and still has the audacity to say to me hold up. And kept on texting . Not to mention i ask for them to put my brand new tire on my spear rim and they ended up putting one of the old used tire on it instead. Really bad service someone should really take over the manage proper way.

This rating is only for state inspections. I got there early for a state inspection and on the door they have a sign.... No state inspections until further notice

Went in to have brakes checked and it was a waste of time and money. Was not told their was a fee associated with the check but hey at least I’ll get pricing for parts right, nope? No real information was given other than the cost to replace my whole brake system and that they would have to order parts which wouldn’t be in for days. Was it really that bad, the vehicle is only 4yrs old? what were the charges for parts, labor? Who knows where this magic number came from because all I got was a receipt with a hand written estimate. If they didn’t want my business they could have just said they were busy.

My gmc logo in the front went missing all of a sudden, they checked my tires for any holes and put my back tire to the front tire and the front tire to the back, very unprofessional .

I was there for vehicle inspection, I was in and out maybe 20min. tops...They made special accommodations for my special needs child on board, professional and fast.

Im in a new area & need an inspection to renew my Honda Texas registration. Its $7 at participating shops - results go online immediately, that tells you something. They have several locations around the Valley also. The customer area was spacious, clean, restrooms, child play area, vending machines, TV, free coffee. The shop work area was very clean. The work was quick & friendly. Pueblo earned my future business. I always need a good professional job & it looks like thats what they offer.

I went there to buy tires for my car.

They handled my tire rotation as needed. I also had a code on my vehicle which they indicated it was an oil change. Will be changing my breaks in time.

Worst service ever. They didnt wanted to repair a tire or change the spare one or just put some air on it. I didnt expect for them to do it for free I was going to pay for it. They just want to sell you a new tire. Never will go to these place or recommended it

Got my tires with them through a finance company. Snap for what was supposed to be a 3-5 mo agreement. Im now going on 6 mo. I called to check on my balance thinking Im almost done and they tell me I still need 6 more months and paying more than double the original amount. The guy told me to check page one on my agreement. And to my surprise Pueblo failed to give me pg 1. This company is a scam. Im definitely reporting them. Never going back. If you happen to go there verify you have received all pages of the agreement you sign.

Place takes forever. No communication. They keep adding charges. They have high prices. They kept me waiting over 6 hours for and alignment.

Worst experience ever! If you ever need an alignment, in my opinion, do not go here. Took my truck for an alignment and they couldnt show me how my truck was before they did it, they said they were having issues with the machine. When I took the truck it was running straight, when I picked it up it kept pulling to the right. I told them my concern and they said that the brand new tires it had might be the issue then they blamed the casters and that they would have to pay for an alignment again after the casters were installed. If you have issues with them report them to the Better Business Bureau

Purchased a set of new tires for my truck from Pueblo Tires that came with a manufacturers 60,000 mile warranty. Well, Im 37,000 miles and 1.5 years into them, and theyre worn down to the wire. I took the vehicle in today to address the problem and was bluntly told that there was no way the manufacturer would honor the warranty as the inside wear on one of my tires indicated an alignment issue. (side note: I had the vehicle aligned and tires rotated twice by Pueblo over the course of those 37,000 miles) Because Pueblo THOUGHT the manufacturer wouldnt honor the warranty, they refused to even TRY to file my claim with them. Id be just fine with a no from the manufacturer, but Pueblo declining to even try to file the claim on my behalf shows me that once they ran my AMEX for the tires, that service they brag about ended. They did offer to help by selling me more tires though, *big surprise*.That shampoozie service they tout needs to have the poozie part dropped from it. From my recent experience, the word SHAM alone is a more fitting description.

Fastest place to get an inspection sticker.

Paid for high end brakes to keep my car safe and got cheap brakes that didnt last me 20K miles under light usage. Couldnt help me because they had no record of my car ever being there.

Went to get my inspeccion sticker (11:10am) to my surprise when i walked in no one greeted me. Yet two guys were surfing the web in the office with the door open. Finally one asked if i needed help. Long story short theres only ONE man there that has a brain mass to do an inspection and he was out dropping off some lady who had her car worked on. I was told to either wait approx 30mins more or come back within a time bracket because after 12pm no more inspections. Annoyed!
