Took a tire in to have it fixed had a tube in it they sold me a new tube the tube had a pin hole in it I was told that it had a lot of holes in it this place is not honest

I have travel to South Texas two times in the last year the first time I had a major tire problem so I called Texas tires they asked me to come to their shopI I bought 4 brand new tires ... there was no extra frills added to my bill and my bill was so reasonable that if anyone ever passes by there they need to stop at the staff is wonderful, friendly, and while I have never been in the tire business I’ve been in the sales business and that’s why I would rate them the five star that you see above.So when I return in February 2017 yes you guessed it I bought four more tires for my Toyota forerunner

I took my car in because I was hearing a roaring noice and wanted to know what it was. Right away the technician test drove it and detected the wheel bearings were worn. He took the wheels off to confirm. Very professional n knowledgeable. My husband has used this business for many years.

Great customer service! Came a few times to get oil change, alignment and they had great prices! Ill always come here! ☺👍

We took 5th wheel we had just bought in to get new tire, rim and wheel bearings greased. Was advised all wheel bearings bad and needed 2 new tires. Asked if work would be more than $700? Advised $700 should cover the issues. We went to get a bite to eat and came back the bill was $953.00. Could not get any real explanation from service counter why bill was more than $700. Paid the bill and went home. Got home and there were no hub covers on two of the wheels. Grease all over. Took the vehicle into Texas Tire and was told the covers must have come off when we went down the road. The service technician then said oh something wrong with your axle that was why the hub covers came off. Advised needed to go down the road to another place for some welding that needed done. Decided to not take recommendation of where to go from Texas Tire. Found another place on our own and told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the axle. All was safe. Was not good customer service either lots of dodging. Should never have let them complete the work.

Had an alignment done on my cascadia about 3 or 4 months ago..truck drives straight as an arrow..staff was very pleasant and professional. If in area and need front end work I would not hesitate to go there.

Be very cautious when dealing with this place. the owner seems like a nice and friendly guy but he will rip you off especially if you dont have a clue about prices and price comparisons. I wont say specifically what I bought but it was something used that I ended up paying nearly what the same thing would have cost me brand new at Walmart. I also bought some accessories that he charged me 3 times what I could have bought better ones on Ebay. I ended up paying $100 for these items that I couldve had for $28 including shipping. I liked what I got but I paid way more than I shouldve because he took advantage of me needing this work done. If I could return these I would but I doubt that he would refund me my money. I feel total buyers remorse with this place.

Worst place I have ever been. Their prices are outrageous and dont have any respect towards their customers. I tried paying with a debit card and it was a nightmare. They were trying to make a copy of my card and drivers license.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. First and foremost this place needs to learn what Customer Service is. I will NEVER let ANY of my drivers on our fleet buy tires from this company again. I had a HORRIBLE experience & I would not recommend anyone buying tires from here. From what I can understand they are the only one in that area and they jack the prices up and take advantage of that...They gave me hell trying to pay via credit card. Seems like they wanted comcheck or cash..I would NOT recommend this place... If you are running flat, TRY to make it to the next town.

Got what we needed. Did a great job!

Needed to replace tires on my motor home. Spoke with the manager whose nick name is Funny. Made an appointment by phone arriving at the set time, taken right in and was finished in about 2 hours. I had 6 tires to change and balance. Was surprised at the speed.Talk about customer service, the secretary next to the waiting room had a big container of Pio de Gollo which smelled like heaven. She let me sample and actually gave me a coffee cup full to take home. Sorry did not get her name but she is a real asset to the company.I was treated well and will return to their shop when needing new tires.

Terrible work. Improper work procedures caused damage to my vehicle. They would not fix it. Had an employee pick up the truck and they tricked him into signing a warranty waiver. When I called to complain, the person on the phone refused to give their name. Later found out it was the owner. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!
