My husband went to Fiesta Nissan and was being assisted by a salesperson by the name of Lalo Saenz, he proceeded to take a down payment of cash of $2000 in the promise that after I came in to apply to co-sign that we could get approved for a vehicle. The salesperson suggested me and my husband get something to eat to give the deal sometime to be worked on. We then came back only for him to tell us to go home and wait until tomorrow and that he would call us in the morning. The next day he didn’t call at all and he did not answer any of our calls. We then got worried about our money. My husband had to go in person to the dealership only to find out this sales person had taken the day off and that there was no deal made. Honestly a simple phone call could’ve sufficed. We will be taking our money elsewhere. This man was very unprofessional and we will not be coming back.

Company has to learn about honoring and keeping word promised. What is the point of setting an appointment when is not honored. Dissapointment.
