This is one of the worst places to go to for your shipping needs. Half the time, if you ship an item from here, it most likely wont arrive on time. Also, DO NOT let anyone you care about apply or work here. The supposed Store Mgr, Tracey, isnt a store manager by any means. She doesnt care about her employees. She lies to appease situations. She calls employees in on their day off, just so she can leave the store for the day. She doesnt train anyone, but instead has new hires TRY to train you. There is no work structure at this location. A customer violently attacked an employee behind the counter, plus 2 other customers, and when charges were pressed against the attacker, Tracey tried to persuade the employee and customers not to use their rights, to press charges. The cops were called and the attacker was arrested. This location has a horrible workplace environment. The Assistant Mgr, Geno, isnt any better. The few employees that work there discriminate against others and customers, but will act like your friend, until you leave the store. Stay away from Sonja if you know whats best for you. She acts nice, but is very demonic when working there. As an employee, your job will be threatened daily, unless you give in and do what they say. If you want to transfer, you will be denied, and your job will be threatened. I dont know how this place stays in business. If I were you, I would definitely pick a different location. Hopefully the other stores are much nicer and will accommodate your business needs. The only employee that has any respect for the customers and your shipping needs, is Tim. Tim is a great guy and will take care of anything you need. Hope you find a much safer and professional location. I will never visit this store again. Good luck and have a great day!
Omg!!! Upon walking in the store i was greeted and felt welcomed. Tim was very great with everything he did to help me complete my task and was very fast paced. Tracey was awesome as well. You never know the small things that will make your day. All of the other associates were awesome as well🤗. I will be back

If I could give this location a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I have been an online seller for a popular auction/buy now company for 20 years. So I am no dummy when it comes to shipping charges as a seller. I purchased a FedEx label through this auction/buy now site. I was well within the guidelines of my width length and girth. I had a beautifully packaged picture to send to a buyer. I took my package into this location with my FedEx label attached and they informed me I could not send it in the packaging I had. They told me I had to purchase another shipping box for $26 and they took my label off of my box and put it on this other box. I asked them if there would be any other charges other than the shipping label I had already purchased plus the $26 for this other box they were requiring me to put my box in. And they said no. They shipped my package and they ended up charging the auction site which then charges me for $222 and some odd change close to a month after the buyer received the package because the box they put it in sent me into an oversize charge plus an overage wait. And before I left this location I questioned numerous times if that would happen and I was told NO. This location refuses to help me and told me I need to call FedEx Customer Service. FedEx is telling me I need to contact the auction site. The auction site is telling me I need to go through FedEx. So nobody wants to help. I covered all bases and asked questions and because of the negligence of a FedEx employee at this location who failed to tell me the correct information when I asked about extra charges, I got an astronomical amount billed to me. Because nobody in their right mind would sell an item for $95 plus pay seller fees on that $95 plus have to buy supplies out of pocket like bubble wrap and then turn around and pay shipping charges of $222 to send the item. I want to be reimbursed for the extra charges that I CLEARLY asked about over and over again if there would be any and I was told NO there are none. I just had to buy a different box and that’s what I did. I will NEVER go to this location EVER AGAIN.****UPDATE: I put in a dispute through the auction site. The auction site contacted Fed Ex and Fed Ex denied the dispute. They make me sick. They won’t even do anything about their incompetent employees at this location so needless to say, I’m DONE giving Fed Ex my business as well.****

If you are shipping a return back to the company you purchased from and the box doesn’t have any “filler” then they will make you buy it for around $4. Next time I buy something online and there is a possibility that I will have to return it then I’m going to have to call the company to see who they use for returns so I can make sure not to use FedEx and only use UPS.

I had two packages come from the same shipment and they did not want to recognize that both packages had the same tracking. And refused to make a copy of the tracking for the separate package therefore I had to make another copy out of my inconvenience so that got the next day to bring the box again.
I had a package sent off from this location on 9/19 paid $19.04 for shipping to have my package to be sent and received to my friend by 9/24. Monica that took my payment and modified my package. For the past week it has been saying pending. I spoke to fed ex customer service number rep and to see why have my friend received her package. I was told I need to contact the store as I did. I called twice a rep name RAY and MONICA said that I need to contact customer service which I declined no. Because 1-800 line said i need to contact store 4 reps told me that already. They have to the worst customer service. Do not over speak me when I’m talking, especially when YOU the sender has sent off my package. I will definitely go to a different location because they are rude as hell. Do better and maybe you’ll have a more positive outcome.
The lady told us to print out a label & we emailed it to fedex & she print it out for us & shipped it to the wrong address & sent it back to my house & we had to take it back to fedex & the packaging was already beat up & they told us it’s to beat up so you have to pay for a new box & etc knowing we already did our part I just don’t see why they couldn’t return it like it wasn’t our fault for the packaging to be like that.

These people are rude for no reason then made me pay 50$ for boxes that were damaged when I received them from the facility I got my parts from that are struts. If I don’t wanna pay for the service then I can put them back in my car and I’m 6months pregnant.

They lost my package. 300 dollars out the window. Package arrived at destination empty. They said they were not responsible . filed a claim and never heard from them. Very poor service from this location and the 800 #.
I ordered a product and the website said Fedex delivery would be Sunday 6/28. I was up late into the night and realized No delivery. Expecting for package to be delivered first thing 6/29 only to go back online and see that the delivery person LIED like customer was unavailable or closed. When did Fedex start taking packages back if no one is available. Normal they will Not knock and just leave item in front of door or toss over to your patio. I’ve had many deliveries and that’s exactly what they do. Overall, it was a lie and my family was home preparing for Monday and not out in the dangerous streets at 9:13pm. My opinion they need better workers.

Had a standard fare RMA return to send out with a pre printed label. Dropped the package off but instead of simply using the label I provided FedEx printed one of their own... and entered the wrong to and from address! So instead of shipping my return to the manufacturer they accidentally shipped it BACK to me. Not sure how no one at the location caught this considering the package was supposed to be sent to New York.
I had the worst experience ever trying to fax documents. I stood in the local store and no one asked me if I needed help for 3 to 5 minutes. I was told by a representative that your fax machine does not take cash. So I leave and go put money on my card to come back and be told by another employee that I could use cash. This was a huge inconvenience for me and these needed to be faxed immediately. I will not visit this store because the customer service was terrible and I will be informing my family and friends in the area of this experience.
On tracking it said attempted to deliver, my door camera said other wise. As of now my package is considered a lost package because this location apparently loses packages all the time? I would not be surprised if I walked in and saw someone wearing my lost package. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE location. I live a few blocks away, and really doesn’t make sense why my package has been lost for over a month now.

Place is clean and affordable. But who ever is there Saturday morning has a bad attitude and made me look elsewhere for printing even tho is more expensive. Customer service goes a long way and I would give those two, dark-hair ladies 0 stars.

Told them exactly what I was trying to accomplish and they told me no problem and enlarged and printed it exactly how I wanted it. They made something I thought that was going to be so complicated very easy! Thanks ladies on helping me get my project done.

Nice clean location, things ship on time. I usually deal with morning shift - always cheerful even if theyre slammed with work. One employee; Sonya - I am always glad to see. Shes always very helpful and has great customer service skills. Ive never seen Sonya once where she didnt greet me politely and didnt have a big smile on her face, even when I have a huge heavy package to hand her. This is my favorite FedEx location.

This office is well run. The staff recognizes their regular customers instantly and treats them like family. They keep an upbeat positive energy.
Theyre open late which is very convenient since I work from home and have to wait for my packages to be delivered which can sometimes be late in the evening. I can drop them off with no worries, and fast service and a very friendly staff.
I walked in and the store around 9:15pm. It was full of people and I worried that I wouldn’t be serviced quicky or even acknowledge and the direct opposite happened. Rianna greeted me and everyone else who came in the store, she was multitasking but not in a way that took away from my needs, she was knowledgeable about the services that I needed and redirected me from what I thought I wanted to other options that yielded the best results for what I needed. She didn’t make me come back instead she did it while I waited.
I dont write reviews, but feel I need to in this case. I went in have them pack and ship a 24in monitor and Mac mini, keyboard, mouse, etc... The worker says it will need to be 2 boxes, okay. Says give me a minute to pack it. He goes over and starts wrapping the hell out of the monitor with bubbles. He then gets a box, just for the monitor, no lie was easily 4-5 times bigger than the monitor. I mean it was excessive. I asked do you not have a smaller box? He said he has an 8in x 8in, I said for the monitor. He then asked do I want it to arrive in one piece or broken? Long story short, this all could have been avoided by showing the box before he started using 10ft of bubble wrap.
This location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & EMPLOYEES. The guy at the front completely ignored me & did not look for my package. The manager or whoever the women was is even worse. They are ignorant & don’t even try to help.

Store is kept clean, and it is always a pleasure dealing with the morning crew. They are always helpful, even when very busy. I am very happy to visit this location everyday for when I pick up parts for my job. I recommend their services to everyone.
Bad customer service. If I could give 0 I would, Karen was so rude. She did not let me ship my package because she said my package was loose and told me that I had to buy the pad from them. She gave an attitude no wonder why this location have so many bad reviews.

Most unethical group of people i have ever seen. Charged me, an adult male, $11 for a scan of a document. My teenage sister went today to have the same thing done... not only did they unapologetically destroy my document but they Charged her 1000% more than i. Strong move in a time like this; i hope taking advantage of young girls is not a business strategy but apparently is.I gave them a chance to correct their mistake and reputation but they could care less. Don’t do business with this location or with fedex unless you want them to prey on you or your loved ones.
If a package is being delivered to my house and has to go to this location first it will never get to my house! Ive had to make 3 claims so far because of them. Theyll even list it as delivered when it clearly was not. I work from home and will watch them drive past me and then get a notification that it was delivered. Horrible service!

Destiny was unwilling to accept a package that had movement inside. I took this as an upsell (they sell bubble wrap, foam etc). She asked what was inside, I said a broken MS Surface tablet, packed in the original MS box, with bubble wrap and air bags, placed into an Amazon box, going back to MS. She asked a coworker if they needed to repack and she said if there is any movement then they need to repack. Historically FedEx air has been much more careful that their competitor, for me anyway, and the device was already RMAd - there is no way they could hurt it further other than a microwave or something. So I drove to another location and they accepted it with no issue.
Called ahead to verify if fax was available. It’s an automated system and when trying to direct to the location, it simply hangs up.
My tracking has been saying on way to deliver for the past 9 hours now. My package still isnt here
When you have a clerk that transposed numbers and sends packages to the wrong place, makes for a terrible Christmas for a 2 year old grandson. I think next time Ill use a different carrier. His little heart will be broken Christmas morning with no gifts from his Grandma and Grandpa.

I was at work yesterday when my package was delivered so nobody was there to sign it off. Today I am off I was sitting there waiting for a knock on the door to receive my package but Instead received an email stating business was closed or nobody was home. I was sitting right there waiting. Now again I have work tomorrow so Im just going to hold it at the nearest location. A knock wouldnt hurt.

Worse location I have ever been in. The lady in the front counter should be fired ! Super rude and mean, while I was waiting in line she kicked out every single customer and told them she is busy..I wonder if managers know how much business they are losing because of the lady that works in the front desk.
