I took my car there for the yearly inspection. I was able to get an appt early the next morning. I arrived a little early & they took my car in immediately. Both gentlemen were very courteous, friendly & professional. I will definitely use their services again.

I cant explain how much I appreciate their service besides being super friendly they really go the extra mile trying to help you find whatever it is wrong with your car and and they make you feel like youre in control when it comes to the repairs that need to be done to it theyll call you every time theres something is is different or something changes they call you and ask you know if you want to proceed or if you want to do something else or if you want to pick up your car if you change your mind I mean they really consider you and respect you as a customer. I recommend their service to anybody that is stuck with car trouble I mean theyre the right people for the job and there will be no hidden nothing . If they dont theyre not pushing about making a decision leave it totally up to you but once again I recommend it 100%.

I had to replace my entire engine after I flooded my car. Theyre always super friendly and explain things multiple times to help me understand. They offer credit plans if needed. Their service is usually pretty quick. They will even offer Uber/Lyft if you leave your car. I really recommend them. They can be a little pricey but I will only trust them to get my car worked on. Its worth it.

I was able to get an appointment right away and they provided a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. that was VERY convenient. They provided a detailed estimate and a list of the items that were required/recommended. The folks at Premium were very professional and communicated well.The BEST part was that after retrieving my car, I had an unexpected problem. They sent a tow truck to my house to pick the car up and checked it out at NO COST, which I really appreciated.I would definitely recommend Premium for auto repair. I found them because they are a AAA approved vendor.

Took my car there for a couple of days just so they can tell me what I already knew what was wrong with my car. They never told me what was causing the problem. Basically they just did a check engine light test. Could have gotten same results from OReillys.

Scammers, Con Artist!Short story, Went there to have A/C looked at, was a little hot in my car.. . They took 4hrs to check my car, only to tell me they hooked it up to some little hand machine, that the machine rejected any work because it was completely broken. Was going to be a $500 repair, new parts / labor ... Thats a long time for a quick diagnosis, nearly went all day without my car... Didnt even connect it to Vacuum for pressure hold... LEFT & Went to a mechanic I found on FB for a second opinion. He stated nothing was broken just needed a quick recharge and refill ... my A/C works super well ..m cant believe they were going to have my pay them 500$ !!! I spend 35 on material at Auto Store, and the man charged me 50$. ..

I took my 2005 F150 early in the morning because my life beams were dim. The mechanic calls me Kate that day to tell me I have strong current and that my headlight assembly is too dull and yellow, which is the reason why I cant see anything while driving at night. They charged me $90 to check it, and wanted to charge another $500 to replace my headlight assembly, which I declined because they were very clear.The customer greeting is great, and even got me a ride home on an Uber. My disappointment is with the maintenance service. Turns out that it was a plug that was backwards and lights work perfectlyfine now. 🤦

I took my car with idling problems. They did a computer analyzes for 149.00. They said that according to the diagnostics performed by the computer that likely it was a timing chain issue. But they could not tell me for sure if that was the problem. They needed to inspect the timing chains and that would cost me more that 700.00. They could not guarantee that doing that would fix the problem. As I saw it, they were doing guess work at my expense. You would think that with their computer they could pin point the problem. I could pay 900.00 and still be with a bad running car. What kind of mechanics are those. I can do that with out a computer. I now for a fact that the problem with my car is not the timing chain nor the timing belt. I paid them the 166.00, but I was totally dissatisfied with their service. I wouldnt recommend there service to anybody. Youre better of taking your car to a neighborhood mechanic.

Came by this place by pure accident, our truck had issues and needed an mechanic ASAP. We also live 40 min away, they took the truck in the next day but was able to leave at shop. They are AMAZING they had found the issue we have been having with the truck that no other mechanic could find. They also gave us a full detail of what we had wrong with pictures and estimates of all work. They have been more than amazing and we have finally found our mechanic!! They are also very friendly office staff always greets us with a smile and always finding us answers to our question.

I am so happy to have an automotive place to take my car for repairs that so far I trust. They are upfront with cost an very pleasant staff.

Went in to get my ac condenser replaced! Took them 31/2 hrs and got charged $ 1,400. I feel like they over charged me. I asked why they charged me $900 for labor when they charge $119/hr and manager said that they charge a minimum of 5 hr no matter how small the job. Seems kind of sketchy!

I went to get my car repaired at this place, and quoted me $130, to fix my car, when I picked it up is was $250, just for laborCUSTOMERS READ THISI am not saying I am a mechanic, BUT I usually fix most things in my car unless I do not have some equipment, so I decided to take my car to this scammers.They told me that my car needed $2000 worth of extra things, spark plugs replaced and coils, brake adjustment, brake fluid flush, PCV valve changed, tire rotation and alignment, strut replacement, timing belt replaced, coolant flush, brake pads replaced. And they told me how all of these repairs need to be done relatively quickly to keep car in good condition.First of all, I had done most of their recommendations myself. I changed the spark plugs in my car a month ago, I did a brake fluid flush, I replaced the spark plugs, and I replaced the pads and rotors in my car. So this makes me think that this shop does not even check what the car needs and just say whatever they they want to charge you more money.they want to charge me $60 for a PCV valve replacement a job that is worth $10 top. Is a job that would take me 10 minutes and buying the part would be $7.They wanted $400 to replace spark plugs, I did this job for less than $5o buying high quality spark plugs, they want for a brake fluid flush $150 when you can get the fluid for $5DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You will be overcharged and lied to. Your car wont need all the extra things they are saying. they are scammers

Everything from customer service to their professionalism exceeds my expectations. I know if I’m having problems with my vehicle...they will fix it!! I love that they email and text me my vehicles history and I love how they are so detailed with pictures of what needs to be fixed. Premium Automotive has been servicing my vehicle and my family’s vehicles for several years now. Their customer service is wonderful as far as my experience with them. I was kept informed along the way and no work was done without my prior approval. They also worked with my extended warranty company to make sure what services were covered and then informed me of what my portion of the total amount would be. No surprises. Excellent, quality work. My a/c is working perfectly now and is ready for the hot summer days up ahead. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle at my home which I appreciated, especially during this time when we’re dealing with COVID-19. I’m considered high risk so that was important to me.

I have always been vocal about this businesses inflated prices. Their argument is that they offer “warranty” but seems that every time there’s an issues with their work, I have to become a lawyer and state my case. There’s always push back. The have completed 2 unnecessary repairs to the power steering system due to misdiagnoses. When the issue returns there’s always an excuse as to why I have to pay for 1 more thing when the problem should have been corrected the 1st time. I have lost all faith in this business and I can’t even get my money back or have an adjustment for their mistakes. The shop also broke my evaporate purge valve and attempted to hide it from me by gluing it. This is the most expensive poorly trained deceitful business out there. The negative comments are true. This is a POS shop.

They do good honest work. They offer coffee and water in the lobby. Also, they will offer a ride to wherever you need to go while you wait. Unfortunately, they are somewhat slow. Do not plan to be in and out quickly.

Always a good experience

The rates are too high for some basic work, but they are very versatile and most of the work they offer is well priced and work is guaranteed to be done right. The offer a warranty on the work. With a lot of small shops around that could and would screw people over, thats something worth valuing more for the money.

Too busy or going out of business? I called and made appointment for inspection at 4.00 PM on a weekday. I went there at 4.00 PM as scheduled. The front desk person seemed to have lots of issues being handled over the phone and between internal staff while I am waiting there for his mercy. About 15 minutes later, he showed up and asked me what am I here for. I said I have an appointment for inspection. He said the techs are not there. Comeback tomorrow. I just walked out with a feeling that they dont want to do the inspection job. Question is: why do they sign up as inspection center if they dont want to take the inspection job? I called Joes on Closner. He has a small shop but was very willing to do it and told me to bring the car in at 5.00 PM. Thumbs up to Joes.

On September 13, 2019, Premium Automotive Services (PAS) auto mechanics and Customer Service front-desk personnel did a prompt, affordable and excellent job in replacing my vehicles transmission and radiator. PAS performs many other types of Auto Services, apart from transmissions and radiators. I recommend PAS in Edinburg, Tx to all customers who sooner or later will need auto repairs or routine maintenance service.

I called to see how much they would charge to check what was wrong with my car and they were trying to charge me over a hundred dollars, so I went somewhere else and they got the job fixed with only a thirty dollar fee to check what was wrong

We were able to do our maintenance on our Mercedes with half of the money the dealer was charging us. I really like their customer service department. They explained every question we had. Our I will definitely come back.

Ive given this place multiple chances, but sadly I wont be coming back here anymore for anything. State inspections take hours to complete, time estimates are always way off. Most recent event was when I got my wheels fixed and ended up with a flat tire a week later because the job wasnt completed. Found out the hard way when I was driving on the freeway. Thank God for Discount Tires. Use this place at your own risk.

I cant recommend this place enough to whomever needs car repairs.If you only knew the stress I endured after leaving the closest (dealer) shop emergency-lighting it to this mechanic, youd understand where I am coming from.About 45 minutes before closing, I call PAS frantic about my car not being able to drive after paying (the dealer) to fix it. Mody was very receptive and empathetic to my situation. They kept the shop open waiting for me to arrive and paid for me to get home. They then loaned me their loaner car that next day until my car was fixed.This would have been enough for my thumbs up, but they also utilize a digital inspection app that showed me my car care needs with pictures to back up the claims.I am so impressed at how theyve done business that I intend to go back to slowly work on the other needed repairs on my paid off car.And, by the way, they didnt try sell me on anything. Mody simply fixed what ( the dealer) didnt do correctly. And corroborated why I didnt need to pay for all the other parts (the dealer) expressed I needed to pay for. They saved me hundreds of dollars.This was a novel! But, I am won completely over.As a small business owner, I understand what makes a business a good one.This is one of the good ones.

When I first went about a month ago to get a belt replaced I walked out with a 1000 dollars in repair. Which was fine supposedly my ac had froze up and all these parts needed replaced. So I now have a leak in what looks like my water pump. Took it back because these guys seemed real honest the first time. The service writer told me it would be 90 dollars for a diagnostic that does not go into the repair cost of the vehicle. Sorry thats a bit pricey for 15 minutes of work with a tool Im sure they have paid for a 100 times over. So I call back later on and the guy I talk to says since Ive been in before he would wave the diagnostic fee. Bring it back this morning and I was first told that they were replacing the water pump but with no warranty on the labor since I wasnt paying for a diagnostic. Told her the guy said he was waving the fee for that. She called him and all of the sudden he says a visual inspection. Sorry I dont think I misheard what he said the night before. So there is lie 1. Let them do the visual inspection, came back with leaking from the left side. Need to run that 90 dollar diagnostic.... at this point they once again say they will replace the pump but no guarantee with no diagnostic...which should have been free. Sorry not going to pay 90 dollars for a pressure kit where you watch water spray out the leak. So I take my car back and lift the hood to put water in the reservoir and guess what... they forgot to put the cap on... real professional. Oh and no water in the tank but still didnt think about filling it. I grant them thats not their responsibility. However after all this I am questioning whether I needed all the stuff for the first repair or if it was even done right!

Very good customer service, very friendly, and they fully explain what is happening and needs to be done. They are also very good at identifying what must be done and what is an optional repair. Unfortunately it always seems like there are more repairs than anticipated, but that is the nature of having cars that are 10 years old.

Dropped off my vehicle early in the morning to get a quote for a repair as soon as possible. They not only never called me back, I had to call them, they provided me a quote twice as much as another shop with certified mechanics. I feel sorry for whoever does not get multiple quotes. The employee got offended when I knew what I was talking about and did not let them take advantage of me. Do not get repairs here way too expensive.

Went in for an inspection sticker since the location is literally minutes from my home. I see them take my vehicle in, and see them opening the hood and even putting the car on a lift, which I thought was odd for the state inspection. Sure enough some short man comes over and immediately says that my vehicle wont pass inspection because of a reflector on the front of my vehicle, which had a chip in it, but he offered to see if advance auto parts had the part and they would replace it for me for 30 dollars labor, even though they dont normally do stuff like that...then, he says after popping the hood the noticed one of my headlights, the area where it connects to the frame had a small crack maybe 1/8 in into the 4 inch wide connector and that he could also Help me out with replacing that for 100 dollars in labor..at this point relazing the smug little man was running a scam, said no thank you and paid the inspection fee, and left immediately down the road and got a state inspection sticker with no issues, no repairs to help me out with, honest good work is not to be expected at this location, more along the lines of milking their customers.

My Brothers front tire was vibrating and making noise. Pulled in at closing time and they threw it up on the rack for free to take a look. Wanted to make sure it wasnt something that would break and leave us stranded.
