Very poor customer service. Called 6 times the phone just rings and then line just disconnects on its own because no one answers. On 7th try of calling the line rang for 11 minutes until I just finally gave up and hung up! Yes I was desperate because I was stranded which shouldve never happened if they would have actually done a multi-point inspection like they said they did! Very upset never going there again

Total lack of customer service. Subaru service desk DOES NO LISTEN. Burt Ogden Subaru is up to par with the customer service expected in Mcallen, which is a very low bar. You are the worst experience I have had with a company 8n years ! Truly sad you do not give your support team More than 3rd grade customer service skills.

Wonderful Staff!Services here are extremely good. They are very consistent with all the virus sanitizing protocols.

$1,500 is not cheap but I paid it thinking that it would be done properly. I didnt even get to leave the parking lot and 2 things were immediately wrong with my car. Gave it right back to them. It seems like its fixed now, but I dont plan on going back.
