The salesman Carlos was patient and very informative relative to the car. I was offer a test drive. My questions were answer. The finance department was extremely helpful. Overall, the service was excellent.

We were there yesterday, we needed a vehicle as soon as possible, and the first person who got out to help us in a VERY HOT DAY was Joe… he was very patient and he try to help us in everything he could and as quickly he could… it was so quickly that I still can’t believe I have a vehicle right now. Love my vehicle. We highly recommend this place and ask for Joe. If I could give 0 starts I would. My family went to purchase A BRAND NEW MAZDA SUV on Sept 5. 1 week after the brakes weren’t working, so we took it in and ask me if they have returned the vehicle? Wait no, ask me if they have even STARTED working on the vechile. NO. Why? Because the sells man wasn’t at all helpful we didn’t give him a 5 star review and it interfered with his bonus. He’s basically being sour about it. So basically the truck is just sitting at the dealership without them doing NOTHING. Payment is just around the corner and we haven’t even had the vehicle to ourselves. We’ve been calling and calling and no call back (they know who’s calling) If someone were to call us and work this out that would be very genuine of them, but they have not. So I do not recommend this place. They are nice up until they sell the vehicle only.Edit: NO THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT REVIEWS PLEASE FIX MY INLAWS TRUCK PLEASE.

This Review is based on my experience with the Service Department in Edinburg Bert Ogden Mazda dealership.I initially bought my Mazda vehicle in the Mission Bert Ogden dealership. Due to a service needed, I was sent to the Edinburg location (technician I needed was located there). I dropped my car there, and after several days with no update, I started getting calling but getting no response from my Service advisor. I had requested my Insurance to get involved, and they had the same problem. Calls unanswered, and when they did answered the Advisor was not available and said that would call back. They never called back. After two weeks I stopped by, and talked to the Advisor in person. She apologized and explained that they had not even started working on my car. She said it will be completed by the next day. That also did not happen. I dont mind waiting, but this experience has been of poor service and unacceptable. I would not buy a vehicle nor service mine with these folks again. They have no communication or consideration with the client.I do not recommend this place.

I think I got a good offer on my trade-in . Mario was a good salesman . The only problems are that phones here are hardly answered and it is taking too long for the payoff on my trade-in . Two weeks later, my old vehicle has not been paid off and the bank is still billing me while the car hasnt been mine for 2 weeks . Other than that, the staff at Bert Ogden Mazda is great . I am very happy with my new 2021 car .

Worst experience ever!!! They sold the SUV we had already signed for and given a down payment on. First, they told us they had it at another location and it was being serviced and that to hold the vehicle we could leave $1000. When they finallytold us that the SUV was ready, to go pick it up, it was a totally different one. The MANAGER had the courage to offer other vehicles to us, but that only proved us that the type of business they do isnt fair. What a disappointment! Never again!!! Save your time, stay away from this horrible place and save your money!!!

Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Also, they are compliant with the COVID-19 guidelines and I saw the door handles being disinfected numerous times.

Horrible sales people. Dont go here. Jairo doesnt know anything that he is selling you. All he does is google for answers. They try showing any type of customer service but in reality these people do not care about you. They are so selfish and could careless about your needs.

I took my Mazda in to get radio checked because it was was ghosting. I was told part needed replacement and part would be ordered. Its been two weeks and not a single follow up. I call the service dept and no answer and this has been several days. I have email stating part was going to be ordered and yet no one answers.

For starters i did not get my vehicle until a week later, i had not seen it or taken a test drive, when i finally got it, it had several scrapes and scratches, the windshield has 3 little cracks all which nobody had told me about. Overall im very dissappointed and regret ever going to Bert Ogden Mazda

I would give it ONE star but.... I normally don’t do surveys but I feel like after the service I had at this Mazda, I had to. First, I was there on 7/3/2020. I was helped by Austin. He was super nice and professional and even though he was in the Subaru dealership, he helped me at the Mazda one and he was very nice. Unfortunately, he and I believe was the manager was the only good thing about this dealership. Austin brought over Marcos. Another sales person and he was not the best person. Even before sunning ANY numbers he had already said it wasn’t going to work with what I wanted. He is NOT the person to deal with. I went back the next day and the same guy, Marcos, was insisting on helping us even though we repeatedly said we wanted to wait for Austin. He isn’t take no for an answer and it was super annoying. Because he was being annoying I have in and asked to test drive the car and he was upset that I didn’t do it yesterday and I let him know that I had told Austin I didn’t want to and it wasn’t his fault and he kept blaming Austin. Then he got I maje car and dove us next door to get Austin to test drive is. Again, Austin was very nice and professional. This morning I come to find that Marcos was listed as a sales person but he did NOTHING to help make us decide on the purchase. I think it’s unfair and people like that should not be working there and should not be taking credit for driving us to another sales person. If I would have known from when we signed that he was listed as a sales person I would not have signed. I don’t want to give the whole review bad starts because at the end the experience was very good with Austin but I would not recommend anyone to Marcos.

The crew starting from the salesman and the sales supervisor did an outstanding job of working with me to arrive at a mutual agreement. Theres still a few issues with the car to irion out but overall Im very pleased. Recommended highly.

Ive bought two cars from here so far. The first one never broke down on me and only required regular maintenance/replacements. The life of the parts exceeded that of other vehicles. The second car I just puchased a day ago, but I dont have a doubt that my experience with this car will be just as great.The staff was helpful and honest about what to expect when searching for the specific vehicle that I was looking for. They did everything they could to find something Id be satisfied with considering I had a very limited window in which to purchase a new vehicle.

I live in Austin and drove the 5 hours to the dealership to purchase a jeep wrangler they had at the dealership. The sale price was $34,220. In the description it stated it had the tow package. When I arrived I inspected the jeep observed it didnt even have a tow hitch and the windshield had a rock ship. I also realized there was a recall on the manual transmission. I made the salesperson aware of my findings and they stated they could not sell me the jeep due to the recall and liability issues.A few days later I found the jeep newly listed on autotrader for $40,920. There still hasnt been a remedy for the recall and they also raised the price. So much for not being able to sell the jeep because the liability issues. I texted the sales person about this and never recieved a response.
