Very knowledgeable and professional associates. Took care of my needs amazingly, running into glitches in the system and taking the time to contact Verizon on my behalf and solve the problem. Highly recommend this store. If I could give it more stars than 5, I most definitely would!

WORST experience Ive ever had!!! Im now paying monthly for a phone I already paid off and they are refusing to fix it!! Everything they told me was wrong!!! I wasnt even looking for a new phone. I liked my phone but they were having this amazing deal and then when it was all said and done, nothing they told me was true. First, they didnt even have the phone they offered so I got a different one, it was supposed to come with a glass screen and a case. They put on a liquid glass case and charged me $40 and I never got the case, I went back 3 times and finally just bought my own. I paid the remainder of the new phone off that I stupidy got and Im being charged monthly for it, even though I have receipts showing its been paid, and they are refusing to fix it. Im getting out of this mess I should have NEVER gotten into!! Horrible horrible place!!!

I used their curbside pickup and everything went smoothly. The employees were courteous and kind is very helpful. I was able to pick up my new phone and start using it immediately. I only had to wait about 10 minutes in my car. the employee came out with a mask on and stayed six feet away. I really appreciated it. The store is on a busy road but easy to pull into.

This was my best experience with a Verizon store! I have been using the services for decades and their Technology Specialist Jarred Barbosa was the first person that Ive seen multi-task in years and it was a breath of fresh air during this pandemic! Five stars for Jarred and store manager Malcolm!! Ive already told my friends and family to head over there to get new phones!!

My family and I came in to switch from our previous carrier to Verizon. The gentlemen in the store were knowledgeable and very helpful and would not let me and my family leave until we were completely happy with our new phones. They also explained the bill so I could understand it and what i should expect. Very satisfied.

After having a horrible experience at another store (Best Buy), I went to this Verizon hoping they could help me. I was promptly greeted by Malcolm, who pulled up my account and gave me options. After letting me know what he could do, I picked an option and he got to work setting things up. He was able to do exactly what the other store said was impossible. He suggested insurance options, which I needed bc a damaged phone was was brought me in, and explained what each included. He also took the time to transfer all of my content over to the new phone. I will absolutely be going to this store for all my future needs. Malcolm provided top notch customer service, was extremely knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with.

Wish every place was like this place! Although we put Bianca through the ringer with a ton of questions, she delivered service with a smile. She was knowledgeable & helpful with finding the right plan for our phone needs. The great experience did not end there. A few days later I had a glitch with a phone app. Even though it was not technically a Verizon issue, Chris studied the app & solved the issue without hesitation. Im so happy to have switched to Verizon & even happier to have them right around the corner from me!

Im a Verizon wireless customer bought a phone outright and it broke the S8 plus and they refused to help me they tried fixing it but broke it more dont go to this store bad sales rep go to the Verizon in Avon near Costco their so much better
